All ok apart from shower drain fault which allows sound from toilets flushing and showers running into room. Also smells.

Great hotel, but air conditioning in room could not be switched on, room massively hot and opening window meant loads of road noise from outside

I regret that you found the temperature of your room to be too warm and am very sorry if this prevented you from enjoying a good sleep. Our Ibis hotels have an ‘air cooling’ system in place which does differ from air conditioning and this system is partly dependent on the external temperature. According to expected weather conditions for the time of year, the heating was on rather than the cooling system. As in actuality it was unseasonably warm at the time of your stay, I can only apologise if this system was not sufficiently effective on this occasion. Once again I am sorry that we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion and that it had an impact on the overall experience of your stay. Easy commute from Heathrow - took the tube (Piccadilly Line) to Hammersmith and changed to bus. Easy journey (bus lane) got off at Shepherd's Bush bus stop. Walked 2 minutes and I'm there. Checked in online before arriving. Room well appointed and facilities are very functional, organised in a thoughtful user friendly way. Bed was firm (the way I like it). Unfortunately the room's laminated flooring meant I can hear heels / footsteps from rooms immediate to mine ... Breakfast spread was excellent. Checking out was a breeze too (key drop box). Will stay again for sure!

Like staying here. Location great and cheap parking but the rooms are very hot as the air con doesn’t work unless it’s a certain temperature outside which it wasn’t . We had to sleep with the window open which was very noisy. They did give us a fan for the second night but it’s not really good enough not getting the basics right.

Disappointing

I stay at this hotel twice a year and have been doing so for the last 8 years or so. Although this was one of the most expensive stays I have ever paid for, it was the most disappointing. I noticed the change in staff last November and feel that they are not as attentive to detail. Check in was great and speedy and we were greeted with a smile, but breakfast every morning was terrible. I had to wait for a table every morning despite there being tables available but dirty, and the resupplying of the breakfast bar was atrocious. Although there was staff milling around, they didn't seem to notice when food needed to be replenished which meant having to continuously ask for plates and food when its supposed to be self-service. This is really not what I have been accustomed to at this hotel and was not a good start to a long business day.

Spoilt by parking problems at the hotel

Reception and the room was really good, nice and quiet, had a good sleep. In the morning the parking endorsing machine was broken so had to go back to reception twice and wait for 20 mins in the parking lot for the problem to be resolved.

Staff great, room small but very clean. One small complaint, the shower head bracket needs replacing- it was loose and the shower head kept falling out. Other than that we had a good stay, thank you.

Checkin was great, the room was functional and clean however breakfast was disappointing. There were three staff in attendance however the milk was unreplenished, there were discarded croissants on the floor and the general appearance was untidy and unclean.

Great base for a visit to the Capitol. Wasn’t expecting luxury and the basic rooms were fine. Beds comfortable and rooms were quiet. Breakfast a little disappointing, food on offer was fine but was not replenished quickly and staff were a little slow on the uptake. Special mention to Chloe, who noticed my son was wearing his Minecraft pjs and went to the trouble of printing off a picture from the web, sticking it to a card and placing in our room with a treat and note for when we went back upstairs... So good to see, I work for Accor myself and would be so pleased if a member of my team went the extra mile like that, well done!!

Checking-in was easy, the staff was accommodating to change our room due to an issue, and the breakfast buffet was appetizing. I was hoping the hotel would provide amenities like lotion, shampoo etc but that was not available.

Dear Sir The staying at your hotel was OK. The rooms, cleaning and facilty was medium+ BUT. I paid by a misunderstandig two times. My staying was 12/4-15/4, reservation no: HGLCZWL. 307 pound. Then I paid 98 pound -as an "insurance ????". I took this up with the manager (ZISSEL ???) at the day of departure. I showed him my bank account statment. 25th. of april I got a SMS from him with som explanation I don't understod!!!! I am very often in Shepeard Bush as a QPR suporter and will go back to my old hotel if this will not be solved. I have had good experiens with IBIS hotel in Wienna Per-Erik T.

We really liked the reception/bar/eating area. Friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. The beds were very uncomfortable due the very thin mattresses. The toilet did not have a cover so when flushing the water went all over the floor.
