Good location but the toilet at 1st floor need to develop more, The Breakfast good but the coffee also not so good quality and not fresh coffee. Ms Maggie Zhou is very kind to run and return my credit card that was drop in hotel, Please award to her.

I did enjoy staying at Pullman Jing'an shanghai: room is clean and location is great. But there are something I would like to point out. First, the check in staff, I am sorry but I have to say, they work very slow which makes us wait quite long time. Second, the priority check in /out counter is never opened and when it's opened the staff took whoever approached them regardless the guests are Accor hotel members or not which I think it's not fair to me.

I pick this hotel because it is right next to Shanghai Railway station. It is so convenient to travel to other cities with high speed train. The staff at hotel are friendly. When I requested for late check out, they were very accommodating. Over all, it was pleasant stay.

I was quite sceptical of the Pullman Jingan due to the previous ratings and feedback. However I was really surprised that the rooms were quite clean and adequately well maintained. Also the options at breakfast and the lobby were really great. Overall a very convenient location real value for money.

Always stay here whenever Im in Shanghai. I booked through accor, wasnt upgraded this time even though they the reception kept telling me Im upgraded. The concierge informed me a different schedule for the shuttle to the airport. Told me it was 8:30am when it was really 8am. Caused us to panic since they called our room around 7:45 am telling us that the shuttle will leave at 8.

This is a good location for Shanghai and the hotel is of a good standard in terms of cleanliness, decor and amenities generally. Its only drawback is the attitude of the staff who find it difficult to be helpful in any circumstance. They need to get their heads up from what they are doing and realise that service is everything.

Overall very satisfied. The hotel staff were very helpful ad friendly. We were somewhat disappointed that the swimming pool was closed as we had a 2 year old with us.

We were very happy with the service in the Club Lounge especially by Alicia. Kent in the Concierge area was most helpful with all our requests. Our room was everything we could expect. Overall a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

The Pullman Jing'an is my go to hotel in Shanghai. I have referred friends and relatives to stay here and all have positive comments in regards to the cleanliness, service and overall comfortable stay at the hotel. When we got to the hotel my friend just realized that he left his vest (with his passport inside) in the taxi we took from the airport. To just get off the plane and realize you lost your passport and speaking little English was quite a traumatic experience, but we spoke to the concierge and they went to look at the video footage to track down the taxi licence plate. They even went to so far as to call the taxi company to get the cell number of the driver and arranged from him to come back to the hotel to deliver the vest back to my friend. This was within the first 2 hours of arrival and I just want to say a great big thanks to the concierge that made this happen. If they knew or not, they literally saved our trip and my friend the hassle of getting a new passport so I want to give them a great big thank you for going above and beyond their duties to help out. After my friend received his passport back we went to the concierge to the guy that helped initiate the footage and eventual return of the passport and gave him a big thanks. He just said it was his pleasure and his duty to do so, and i just thought where in China would someone say that. That's what I call great customer service!! Thank you concierge for saving our trip which spanned 4 different cities using plane and train over a period of 6 days. So just imagine if my friend lost his passport he would have not been able to go on his trip. I also want to take the opportunity to thank Archer at the front desk whom made my stay at the Pullman extraordinary. He has checked me in on numerous occasions on my previous visits, but this time around I brought 2 other friends with me and booked 2 separate rooms. He was attentive and truly understood my needs (usually I like higher floors and requested that my room be close as possible to my friends room) both of which he acknowledged and quickly fulfilled (even when a previous staff that helped us mentioned that being on the same floor was not possible and the highest floor was 7th that he could give me). But I requested Archer to help out and he had no qualms and fulfilled my requests by putting us on the same floor and giving us the 21st floor instead of 7th and I truly want to say thank you to him for his dedication to service and to making my stay at Pullman the best that could be. If it wasn't for his positive attitude this experience could have turned out very differently and just wanted to say what a great job he is doing and I have already booked my next stay in August. not first time staying, previously was mercure hotel. didnt see much changes, but price has increased after change to Pullman. Expecting better with Pullman standard. Room is clean and everything was fine. great location to stay for business or leisure. Nite time a bit noisy due to construction nearby. will still return for next stay for the location.

Executive lounge girls are attentive, warm and talkative... Great attention to details, look after me and my father. Large variety of food selection, though wines are awful... Rooms are all right, not bad not great... Centrally located, closed to subway, train station, restaurants, and local shopping..

« A good comfortable hotel conveniently located next to the Shanghai train station. »

This is the first time that i chose an Accor hotel in Shanghai. I chose this hotel because it is right next to the shanghai train station and i could get to the hotel easily by taking the Maglev and metro from the airport. I was impressed by the reception i got. It was efficient and i was up graded to a better room. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. Room service is prompt and efficient. Amenities are good. The lunch buffet spread at the restaurant is good and the taste and quality of the food is decent. I got an Accor Plus member discount which made the lunch very good value. I also ate at the Chinese restaurant. The taste and quality of the food was good but i was not entitled to an Accor Plus discount at the Chinese restaurant. The only downside to my stay at this hotel was that during peak hours, the wait is relatively longer than at other hotels i have stayed at in the huai hai road area. So i was a little late for my meeting.

Gym facilities are very limited (space & opening time) Poor Customer service In room dining very disappointing : no salt & peeper, not even a tiny piece of bread The only good thing i found is the central location
