Room is a big smaller than my expectation. Overall I have a good stay in Pullman. I choose this hotel also due to it near the train station and I can take the bullet train to Suzhou. Near by have 7-11 and family mart store. The breakfast can be further improve and add in the variety. It’s limited choose.

« Room is good but the restaurants need improvement »

Overall the room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast needs to be improved as the cut bread piece was completely dried out when they are serving from the plate. The service at the Chinese restaurant was poor when I arrived there at around 8pm for dinner. I did not aware that the restaurant will stop taking new orders from 9pm and the waitress kept pushing us to place order after we have just seated at the table. It left no room and time for us to 'discuss' about what to eat. After we ordered, the food was serviced at a reasonable quality but the waitress kept showing her sad face to us over the dinner.... maybe we were jeopardizing her off-work hour. If this is the case, the reception should let us know at the time we entered the restaurant!

Overall very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Chose this hotel because of very close location to Shanghai Railway Station. A day trip to Suzhou is made possible, and i had enough time to enjoy my cocktail hour right after return from Suzhou by highspeed rail. Upgraded to suite room due to gold status, appreciated. Room, shower, and bed, were just perfect. Minor problem is the lighting switch can be confusing and troubling. Suggestion is labelling on the switches, and reworkign on the master switch, because i had to open the switches one by one after master switch is off. Check-in staff handled the check-in with very efficient and professional manner. Welcome fruit platter well enjoyed. Experience at executive lounge exceeded expectation. Food were so tasty, we were actually too full for dinner. We had a relaxing and comforting evening cocktail hour too, with wines and nice seating. Special mention to Ms Mina Dai, and the rest of the team from executive lounge! We really enjoyed the lounge. Only minor setback is the room heating was not sufficient. Maybe because the temperature were really low during my stay. We can understand that. Highly recommended!

the hotel is tired, the service is not attentive. my porter waited in my room and produced a text message to ask for a tip. The rooms and lighting are very dark (the porter had no idea where to find the room light switches and used his torch to read the switches). The room service food was very average. i was charged again for my prepaid room at checkout. The hotel scent in the foyer area as overwhelming (it may have been for the Xmas period only - one hopes so). it took forever to get a taxi when it is a major hotel. Overall, less than impressive.

Poor wifi connection, keep disconnecting. Pimps at entrance of the hotel at night kept hassling the guest which we find that very inappropriate and irritating for a Pullman Accor standard. Good to have shelter connected to the MRT station. Non smoking room but you can smell smoke coming through the ventilation. Room are very warm and you can only turn down up to 18 deg cel. Staffs are friendly especially the housekeeping. Really good gym too and located just next to the MRT.

Hotel room cups were not cleaned at all, I suspect the cleaning staff only used water and rinse. The coffee stains that I drink the day before was still there. Super disgusting. I stayed on the 16th floor and when I returned in the evening, they were changing lights and made the whole mess in the entire hall way! Speechless.

The hotel is located close to Subway named Shanghai Railway Station Line 1 Exit 5 which is very convenient. The room is spacious enough even I ask for 1 extra bed for 3 people. Overall is very good. I have 3 good nights stay here.

It's amazing that the chef who makes you the French omelettedoes not speak English and does not understand the words cheese and ham... The english level of the chinese staff is in general very low. Besides this matter, the hotel is very good.
