« Conceige was rather cold to guests checking-out of hotel, they saw I was with my luggage and tried to push the glass door but chose to stand there without assisting. Not sure how they would react for checking-in guests. »

House-keeping staff was impatience. However, satisfied that hotel is next to subway station.

I just came back from my trip and check my bank account and found that the hotel charged me over $500aud for a reservation that is all prepaid. I will be contacting Accor Plus to question why his has happened.

« A satisfactory stay - nothing fantastic to shout about »

My reservation was from 28th (but i arrived in the early morning of 29th Dec) to 31st Dec. I requested for a breakfast pack to be ready so that I could rest. The check-in under accor was supposed to be a breeze especially if I have done an on-line checkin (which I did). Unfortunately, the Guest Relations Officer that attended to me didnt understand me when I presented my accor card and went ahead to check my partner's passport when i already said the reservation was under my name. Whilst I appreciate the breakfast pack being prepared, it was obvious that the egg was prepared in advance and was cold (I said i would arrive in Shanghai at 4am and given the immigration clearance and transport, the hotel should be able to estimate my arrival). The second GRO who attended to me, was a bit more helpful but she didnt explain what time breakfast commences and she failed to tell me that since my reservation was for an executive floor, where i could enjoy my refreshments and happy hour. Nothing was said to me. The shower water temperature wasnt constant - either too hot or too cold. To top it all off, the next day was my birthday - no mention of happy birthday or a nice gesture was given. So that to me was not something I expected from the Pullman group. So, frankly, my experience was below my expectations.

We greatly regret that on the occasion we were not able to deliver the caring and attentive service, which you are entitled to. We will make sure such incident will not happen again. Also I have shared your comments with all heads of departments and have ensured that the following actions are implemented to prevent any future occurrence and ensure that all our guests are satisfied. 1. Our Front Office Manager has ensured that all our team members are coached and trained to optimize check-in and check-out service. We will strengthen the attention to details and enhance training for all employees; 2. Our Executive Chef is taking immediate improvement and make sure take away breakfast foods are served in right quality; 3. I have stressed our Chief Engineer to ensure that the constant of water temperature. 4. It is a pity that we missed your birthday. We offer no excuses for the lack of service. Therefore, We will organize series training for all our receptionists to avoid similar situation from recurring again. Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience we have caused. We thank you for taking the trouble to contact us, as it does assist us in maintaining the standards we require and you are most certainly entitled to expect. We would like to offer free upgrade your room for your next time arrival. I sincerely hope that this incident has not marred your impression of our hotel and trust that you will give us an opportunity to restore your confidence in us. I’m as a Silver member , when I check In the hotel and no nobody was at the Accorhotel member counter for check in , and im should be have a welcome drink am I as a silver member . But no any welcome drink for me as well . Most of all I’m book a Executive room , Im as a vegetarian and I have leave messages when I’m book the hotel to order with the lounge pls prepare some variety Vegetarian foods . Finally no one come to me any answer .

The room was very comfortable, with a great bed and amenities. The location was outstanding, next to the metro. Norman the concierge was outstanding. I had trouble breathing, and he arranged for me to see a doctor at a medical facility that immediately took care of me and helped me.

Tired worn interior lighting with insufficient lighting. Rooms constantly filled with cigarette smoke coming through the vents despite being a non smoking room. Facilities are limited with small gym in lobby Staff at front desk were overwhelmed with large groups so it took 30 minutes to check out. Would not stay again or recommend

Staff were too busy talking amongst themselves or using their phones to greet us at the door on arrival and it took close to 30 minutes to check out due to large crowds. Otherwise thestaff in the executive lounge was very helpful. The hotel itself is poorly maintained, aging dingy carpets and insufficient lighting. Lifts were very slow and WiFi continuously drops out. Rooms were spacious but filled with cigarette smoke from air vents despite requesting a non-smoking room. Facilities are limited with no pool and small gym located in the lobby. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

We stayed one night in one of the suites and we really liked the room and also the service and food in the lounge. Nothing to complain about there! But in the evening we went for a romantic dinner i the Venu restaurant and I have to say that the food and the environment was really bad. It went so cold everytime someone entered or left the hotel. Most of the food was not warm enough and many of the stations were empty and they never came with new food. Really disappointing and waste of money.
