« No free parking available, lost items not returned »

Not convenient for travelers whom are driving as hotel does not provide complimentary parking. Most hotels I had stayed in Dhamghai provide free parking on site. Next important thing is I had left an iphone charger in the room upon check out. When I ask the hotel a day later, they said they did not find any charger after my check out. I insisted they check thoroughly and later receive a positive reply. When I go to hotel to retrieve the charger, I was given a imitation iphone charger. This was completely unacceptable.

check in was smooth and I received a free upgrade to a higher floor. This is much appreciated. Any questions and requests were quickly answered by the room attendent. But this is China - and though the design is international, in line with the Pullman brand, there are some downsides. What it means, for example would be that the fittings aren't always aligned to either the vertical or the horizontal. It would be slightly off to a random angle. But if you ignore that, it is a 5 star experience.

« Convenient but cold attitute from staffs »

Wanted to have a good rest after doing a show, thus spend alittle more to go for the executive suite. Room given was hit with direct afternoon sun (aircon not cool enough), shower (lever that controls the rain shower and showerhead was faulty - would auto jump to the other one while you are showering), toilet could not flush in one time. Service from the front desk was also not as warm, called front desk to check if welcome drink could be consumed at the executive lounge but they say no. Was quite disappointed that I could not enjoy the privileges as a silver member. Location is good, train station is just downstairs, many eateries and convenience store.

Very pleasant stay with wonderful staff making me feel right at home, Executive floor ladies terrific....did everything for you,,,Arlene fantastic. Facilities on floor 27 terrific...everything I needed for my 2nd stay there, Spa a little too expensive but nice rooms and staff. Online check in a waste of time as still had to wait for 3 others in front to check in first...even went to online desk who sent me back to main reception desk. Not the ideal location for me but facilities and staff make up for that so will stay there in future...the people there really do make a difference. Room on floor 25 was great...everything I needed and comfortable. Would have loved to relax on first night after checkin with a cold beer in my room, but drinks in fridge were warm so no mini bar for me....beer needs to be cold and fridge did not do that. Have come across that at other chinese hotels too....never understood why.

Amazing Bed. Thoughtful with an early check in at 8.30am. Easy check in and out. Dusty in some parts of the room. Some furniture fixtures needs to be fixed or changed. Good water pressure. Hot and Cold water works fine. Love the toilet space.

Vey fancy and nice hotel. Beside a metro station, is really easy to go everywhere in Shanghai. Good breakfast and restaurant. Amazing comfortable room and lobby. I surely recommend this hotel if you will go to Shanghai for business or leisure purposes.

« Clean hotel, wonderful staff. Always willing to help. Great breakfast. I felt very welcomed. Great location. »

The hotel is easy to find, although Shanghai is a very big city, it has easy access to the metro and trains. I was welcomed by all the very wonderful attendants. Educated. Friendly and always with a smile on his face. When they did not understand a word, they were always willing to help. I was graced by the AccorHotels Platinum status which made me much happier. The bath and shower items are of excellent quality. My check out was quick and efficient. I have nothing to complain about, just lots of praise and compliments and compliments.

i booked 2 rooms under my name : one for me, one for my colleague. i checked in before my colleague. When my colleague arrived, the reception gave him the key of the room that i already checked in ... !!! the system didnt show the other booking. it was a bit embarrasing. Also, there was some renovation work start from 7.30am in the floor above me.

Our stay at this hotel is good. The front desk staff were really helpful. Bed and the linen is really comfortable. Wifi signal is good during the day but the connection is really no good at night. The breakfast selection is ok, however, am a bit disappointed with the food quality at the Chinese section. The variety of food is the same everyday.

The hotel is great. Very clean, with staff speaking English very well. Easy access to public transportation, subway. Good shops nearby. Not so far from People's Square (3 stations) by subway. Convience stores around the corner and fast food.

there's 1 day during my stay the staffs did not clean the toilet. It would be better on every shift in the concierge there's at least 1 person can understand and communicate in english

« Nice breakfast and location, but poor reception in waiting for no one in the Priority Check-in »

On our arrival, we waited in the Priority Check-in for more than 10 minutes. No one to take care of us. Finally one guy came to do it, but his manner was not nice and not friendly. We felt frustrated very much. As a Gold card member, it was the first time to have such a bad situation. In the Priority check-in counter, it should have someone to take care the Priority members in the first priority. The hotel has a very good location to get to the subway (MRT) LINE 1 just in 30 meters after going out the main door and make a left. The breakfast has good selections in western style and chinese style. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The services in dining were very good. The room had no bath tub, what a pity! The shower room was quite old and tiles on the floor got stains. The bed was very comfortable for a good sleep. All in all, this hotel can stay conveniently if you don't care about bath tub and the old stained floor and no one to take care in the priority check-in. I think they can improve a lot soon.

Overall very satisfied especially with Max Zhou from the front desk who made us feel very welcome and looked after us very well during our stay. However a lot of the staff at the hotel are unable to communicate in English.
