Hotel is very conveniently located on Shanghai Station subway (exit 5). Warmly welcomed by reception staff. Room well equipped and bed very comfortable. Perfect for transport connections. Quiet location.

Since located directly across Shanghai railroad station, next to subway line and bus stop of Pudong airport bus this hotel was ideal for my business trip to Shanghai region. Room, Service and Friendliness are on very high level. I would book it again.

« Hotel hardware is pretty but software still has improvement room. »

Room is pretty good but front desk male staff's services attitude were not friendly enough. Met couple of them during my stay and they all reacted like a robot without human feeling. Luckily found the front desk female staffs are surprisingly helpful and showed their services straight from their heart upon my extended 1 night stay.

The executive lounge is the main reason I stay at this property. The people that work that floor are great and so accommodating. Unfortunately it looks like you have scaled back a bit there but the staff is so committed it has not comprised there service - they are fantastic.

Last days was terrible .i heard live music in my room at 10 clock, is so noisy, even i am seventh floor, eventhough they change the room to suite room.i am try to call receptionist 5 times around 30 minutes

The stays were very comfortable. Our rooms were clean and well-organised each day after the house keeping. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth. We wish the fitness lounge could have offered more facilities and the concierge could have more welcoming. We had breakfast at the restaurant once. Even though the food options are great, the taste and quality isn’t great.

Excellent. Only one Point. It is an international hotel but the selection of German channels or film programs could be a bit more in this day and Age. Check in and check out was also excellent. And also thank you for the Problem in the time when the Elevator stopped not on the right Position. It was funny for me.

Room on 10 floor smell cigarrete Paid money on arrival , hotel keep calling for room charge , paid by debut card means a cash money Wants to prolonge my stay 22-23 , arriving late , someone open the door when donot diaturb sign was on Toilet work with key in the lobby - Max zhou and hotel manger - duty manager was kind and problem solving , help to bring satisfactory back offering suite and fruit basket We are your memeber and we feel home when we come to any accor group hotel , so we need more attention

Hotel location is very convenient , Close to shanghai railway station and MRT station .Most taxi driver doesn't know the hotel location , Even provided the hotel address the driver still confused. Anything inside the front doors are extremely satisfying, but the area around the hotel is very poor. The hotel is very close to the metro station exit. Room is neat and clean. Good choice of breakfast.

« Many problems with water and room heater »

The room was very cold after check in and remained cold for the entire stay! It was cold outside so I believe hotel was saving money not turning on heat. My biggest problem with your hotel was poor or no water pressure spitting with water and air in the lines... and on my final day little or no pressure cold water shower (no heated water) and that really sucked so I wont ever stay again! I did tell the from desk on checkout and they sould careless and kind of thought it funny! it was not funny!

« Nice yet to improve on detail »

I was a very frequent visitors of the hotel which i used c-trip for booking before and shifted to Accorhotel app recently. Overall is nice and that’s why i stay here. However, please enhance a fast check out options ( or if you have, please let me know) so we don’t need to queue up if lobby is busy. Drop the card and go is most appreciated. Also, if after clearance of room charge, it should be good if a receipt can sent to the registered email so we can also avoid use of paper and save time as well Highly recommend to have electronic “Fapiao” with new fapiao and tax policy in China, again, we need to wait for manual real fapiao which normally visitors is in sort of hurry when check out and is a bit lost of endurance to wait for a 3-4 mins fapiao issuing procedure Lobby and check in counter staff is very nice as i frequently visited, they all recognized me and give me a warm welcome Again, i wrote in my previous review in C-trip that the area out of the hotel lobby ( outside area of hotel) is kind of dirty , quite a bad impression indeed
