It's always nice to be back and staying with you'll, Nancy at the executive floor and Norman as always at the front desk make you feel at home, and most of the front seat staff, but had if few run in where service was falling short of expectation, this is okay but the problem is when there isn't any one to sort out regular client when they have a probem

location likely not well known with taxi driver from railway station, quite far for me if walk to the subway but the hotel has a regular shuttle bus service during the day. The reception counter staff was not pretty good in English communication.

Hotel and rooms all nice, but the choice of music during breakfast buffet is a disaster. Some kind of acid funk jazz upbeat music certainly not suitable for early morning breakfast. Stayed over weekend and seems like the AirCon is turned off in the building during weekend or other malfunction. Couldn't cool down my room at all. Night to Monday clearly better so I guess someone turned the AC back on then.
