« Very nice hotel next to Duta Mall Banjarmasin »

Stayed there for two nights. The room is nice and quite comfortable. The hotel staffs are very welcome and helpful. The hotel is collocated with Duta Mall and also very near to RS. Ulin hospital. Easy access for public transports and online taxis. A nice place to stay for exploring Banjarmasin, the city with delicious local foods and exotic rivers.

The location is perfect very close to shopping mall and near by attractions sites. The room is comfortable with big bed. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is standard but adequate.

Inside Room OK, Food OK, Staff hospitality also OK but it was take longer time about 30 minutes to get key when check in. It was stated the room is available from 12:00. Need to pay attention to clean the outdoor window. Restaurant staff during breakfast suggested to have more active provide services.

« is it 4-star hotel? »

``bath gel and shampoo were not provided at the second day. It was finally provided after we made a complaint. ``the towel was soooo old. it was not white anymore. i just didnt recognize whether it was a towel or a floor mat. '``the duvet was so thin, neither puffy or fluffy. ``the breakfast menu is quite a lot, but the taste is still need to be improved.

« All the amenities one would expect in a western hotel. »

I stayed 3 nights. Everything was comfortable and clean. I missed not being able to get a beer at the hotel. The people at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful.

Receptionist was awful at explaining things and make us feel welcome, we waited 10mins to check in. Calling the frontdesk, they are lack of common courtesy for a branch hotel with the class of accor, when i call them and ask things they hold the line without telling me and whispering to others to answer my brief question about the restaurant number. Swimming pool has lack of staff as we waited for 30mins for our towel, as we wait they told us they run out of towel and can only give us one towel at the moment. I can't figure it out how a hotel can run out of towel, its not even the high season anymore 3 january.

I had couple of occasion where I ask for room key, apparently, key was given directly to me without confirmation of any Identification. I don't think it is very safe to give key without confirmation, especially when your front desk do not recognize me. I had also kept my key at the front desk for my friend, but front desk had not asked the name of my friend (so I mentioned to them, and I doubt if they had noted it). So anyone could have mentioned they are my friend and gave the room key. I trust this is very crucial and you need to look at this. Budi from Banquet had been very helpful and the FB Manager or Restaurant Manager (sorry I forgot his name) had been very helpful for my event too. There was some change of plan for the food at the event, and they assisted immediately. Thank you very much!

« DISAPPOINTED ON THE LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAILS »

YOUR HOTEL STAFF FROM THE LOBBY, RECEPTION, HOUSEKEEPING, RESTAURANT (WHERE BREAKFAST WAS SERVED) AND SECURITY PERSONNEL WERE ALL SO AWESOME, CHEERFUL AND VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH GRACEFUL SMILES. BAD EXPERIENCES... FIRST THE DRAWER AT THE WRITING TABLE FELL TO THE FLOOR WHEN I TRIED TO CLOSE IT (IT WAS LEFT PARTIALLY OPEN). SECONDLY, THE BATHROOM WASH BASIN. THE WATER OUTLET WAS CLOSED, FLOODING IN THE BASIN TOOK PLACE! WAS UNABLE TO OPEN THE COVER EVEN TRIED TOGGLING THE LEVER BEHIND THE FAUCET!! HAD TO REMOVE THE METAL COVER BY HAND...!!! AWFUL THING IN A STAR RATED HOTEL. THIRDLY, WHILE SHAVING AND WASHING HANDS, THE FLOOR MAT WAS GETTING SOAKED WITH WATER, MY FEET GETTING WET. REALIZED I WAS STANDING ON DIRTY WATER...!!! THIS IRRITATED ME SO MUCH, I REFUSED TO SHOWER, FEARING THE SHOWER AREA MAY ALSO FLOOD. I INFORMED THE PLEASANT RECEPTION STAFF, SHE PROMISED TO REPORT THE ISSUE, AND I CHECKED OUT. I WAS IN ROOM 1255 ON THE NIGHT OF 18 DECEMBER, 2017.
