The check in process too long. I already came in this hotel from 8 AM because I was one of keynote speakers in an event in Mercure. I wanted to stay in the hotel after the event with my family for holiday and I booked 2 rooms 3 days before. I came at 4 PM at the recptionist after the event but they give me the key one hour later at 5 PM. It is written that check in is at 2 PM and check out at 12 PM. Why it takes so long? You have 2 hours to prepare the room. I came already 2 hours after the earliest check in time, and I got the key at 5 PM. And the quee was to long. If it is like that then the staying time is reduced, there should be a compensation. Please take this a serious consideration for future improvement...Mercure is one of best hotel with great reputation, but if the service is like this, this is a serious issue.

I stay with my fams. The first time was about the parking, I went with my car but the parking was full. Your staff helped me with directly took care of my car and went out him self to find the parking lot. Then right after that he gave me the key with direction where was my car parked out. Second one was about the pool, this one was amazing according to my daughter. Better if the tools for swim wass not rented. Third, was about the room, I thought this was fair enough. The last one was the restaurant, I thought this was quite small compare to the total room that Mercure have and the menu was only just have a little variants. Hope that someday will joint again with better and more.variants menu. Thank you, Arinto

It was a pleasant stay. Regardless some inconvenient, loud music on Thursday morning that we didn't aware of which we found out later on that it was a part of aerobic routine and the customer services have failed to inform us upon our check-in. And the extra pillow on the cabinet has lipstick stained and we had requested to change but the housekeeping forgot to fo so. The duvet cover and flat sheet has some sticky stained in some part. Friendly customer services, spacey room, and it is reasonable price.

Overall stayed at Mercure Banjarmasin was good experience. But there was a problem during at night, the room above me made too much noise. I heard people running above my room, disturbed my sleep.... also during checked out too many people checking out but the only 3 counter at service. Should have more counter to assist...

Overall my experience staying at the Mercure Hotel Banjarmasin was very pleasant with all the facilities and friendly service. It's just a note that the water heater is outdated and it seems that the body cover is melting. Service at the restaurant at breakfast is quite pleasant with the swift and deft waiters serving the guests and myself. One piece of advice is that it is better for tables that don't have guests to quickly tidy up before the next guest who will have breakfast. that's all my impression and message during my stay at this hotel. Hopefully Mercure and Accor will increasingly become the best hotel.
