The internet was very very poor. I was in Casablanca for work and could not access properly my emails, this is very disappointing. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful, however the staff at breakfast was the complete opposite.

I only stayed for one night with my family. Everything was ideal. The only regard I make is the time that takes to make the check. I would rather have done it online to save time.

me and my team had an efficient stay at the ibis casanearshore. both location and service offer a very functional stay. however I would like to highlight the internet issue. The stay will be even more functional if internet access was more efficient. At pick time (afternoon/night) it is impossible to have a descent connection.

« TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE »

I did not stay because I had a personnal inconvenience. I informed you and the hotel about it way ahead of time to check if they could refund or change/postpone it. The answer was a no without any flexibility (I kept the email). It's even worse because I'll be staying there next week for 2 nights. It's not about the money, it's about the principle. I stay more than 100 nights with Marriott & Hilton hotels and when this happens, they always accomodate me without discussing.

The bad story started with internet. I tried to connect my computer but i was told that my max number of connected devices was exceeded and i should disconnect other devices, i disconnected my phone but without result. I tried to call front desk and but the phone keyboard in the room did not work . I found the hotel number on internet and ask for new code and the person on the phone gave it to me. Then i went to shower and i found that there was no water on the tap. I called again with my mobile.... and the person told me i was not the only one. I asked fo another room to shower but the person told me he was not authorized to decide so i asked him to call the boss and call me back. Nobody called bak so i went downstairs and insisted to have a room as i had to go to an important meeting. The person was kind and guided me to the room. Conclusion: ibis has very poor infrastructure but hopefully you have kind people to compensate. You need to think about efficiency of your management staff. I am a gold member in accor traveling a lot and never seen this before...

Hello, The Hotel is fine, very useful for the people coming in the Nearshore Campus. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with my credit card. It was blocked(!), even if the payment for my entire period of stay was made befor my arrival at the hotel! At the Hotel's Reception they told me that's anly for assurance, but never told me that's blocked the amount of may stay there! That's a very bad thing... I couldn't withdraw money from any ATM with my card! I asked to be de-blocked but the things are not so simple! It was only the first step, I steel didn't have access to my money! It is a shame, because all the rest is OK with this Hotel... but, imagine I could be in the City and I would have to pay a big amount(to say, more than 600 Dirham and no cash in the pocket! What would be happened? Me in ... prison? Because an abuse in the hotel? Finally, that should be resolved in such way that the hotel's customers don't be hurt in their feelings.
