« Good value near Casablanca airport »

We stayed here prior to flying home from Casablanca Airport. The hotel is located in a business park about a 20 minute drive from the airport. Considering the price, it was very good value. The rooms are somewhat small and spartan, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel seems fairly new. We ate at the restaurant in the basement of the hotel and had a good, reasonably priced meal. Being in a business park, I am not sure there are any food options otherwise that do not involve driving somewhere. We did not prebook breakfast but added it for 65 dirhams which was good value.We had breakfast on a Saturday morning and there did not appear to be any egg options with breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for people flying out of Casablanca airport the next day.

« Decent stay, weird location »

The check in process was deeply flawed. I logged into the app and was supposed to have expedited check in. Instead I had to fill out forms and do everything twice since the computer system was down. Then we got up to the room, which was two single beds (as booked) but only had one towel (? are we supposed to share? Ew!). The room was neat and clean, the shower was the best of all we had in Morocco. The location is a bit odd. Wish there was an airport shuttle instead of making guest negotiate one last time with the rip off artists that call themselves taxi drivers.

The internet was totally inadequate to perform work from the hotel - improve the internet service for access to the USA business environment The AC units in the rooms were not adequate - did not remove sufficient humidity for a comfortable stay

Pleasant helpful staff. Room as expected for Ibis--clean, no frills, good size, just what I was looking for. But: the A/C barely worked and the room was way too warm all night, and the shower nozzle leaked like crazy, so much more water sprayed on the walls than actually exited the shower head. I was unable to tighten it with my hands; probably a worn out washer? Very convenient to the airport.

« Helpful staff, room so-so »

i) the A/C in the room was barely functional; it remained warm and stuffy all night in spite of turning the fan to high and the temperature to the minimum. ii) the shower was fine, but there was a lot of leakage and stray water spouting from the attachment of the shower hose to the shower wall fixture. I tried to hand-tighten it without success. Probably the washer just needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the room was very serviceable, and as always the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was a good experience. I enjoyed the service of Osman, Abel Samad and the lady in the reception as well. they were very welcoming and helpful, especially Osman he's a really nice guy. One small comment please be more flexible your air conditioner, although that it is April but the room was always hot and the AC was always warm and makes the room hot. Also your Wi-Fi was always less than 1 MGB ... was so slow even to navigate

As usual the breakfast organization clearly lack of management. No spoon, no more yougurts, no glasses.... you need each time to ask somebody to refil. Is it customer job to manage the team? no it is not.
