« Great hotel with excellent location, friendly staff, good facilities. »

Great experience, room was spacious and well decorated, toilet was modern and very clean. Common areas were very well furnished, free coffee and tea throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Location good within 5-7 minutes walking distance to the metro and tram stations.

The room was spacious and very clean, beautifully decorated. My room was on a high floor with a window. Toilets were very clean and modern. Minor issue was immediately fixed. Very happy with the service and the design and furnishings of common areas. Breakfast was excellent, lot of healthy choices. Location is very good, about 5-7 minutes to nearest Metro station. Quite a few restaurants around the area.

There were no hot water in the bathroom in one of the night we stayed there. The Aircon is not strong enough which makes the room quite stuffy, we ended up opening the window for better ventilation. Breakfast is nice.

Excellent location, well maintained facilities, fresh orange juice, tasty coffee. Morning shift is very kind, well trained and helpful. Bar is closing at 10 pm which is very inconvenient for guests arrival at late at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel from the 23/6 to 27/4, total of 4 nights. The price that I had to pay for the first 2 nights, over 166 Euro per night, was quiet too high for hotel based outside of Paris and 10 minutes from the metro. I saw the good reviews on the internet and I believed that it justified the high price but then I realized that it wasn't true. Room and Service: Unfortunately, the first deception was on our arrival to the room. This hotel doesn't have safe box in the room, at least in my room and the answer that I got from Aya the receptionist is that they don't have safe box and that they are not obliged to do so. I asked her What about standard? today every hotel with 2 stars offers safe box in the room. Aya was antipathic and rude, she really didn't try to help me, only offered to put my staff in the safe box of the reception like it used to be 30 years ago, or like if we are staying in a hostel. I explained her that I can't go to the reception each time I want my documents or my money, but she didn't want to hear about my problems. In addition, there is no closet in the room, there are only some shelves on the wall. All your cloths and personnel things are exposed to everyone that gets into the room. Since there was no safe box, I had to stay with my passports and money with me during 5 days instead of keeping it in the hotel. On the morning the housekeeper tried to open our door with her key without knocking before. We had to cry that we are still in the room and put the "don't disturb" sign on the door. When we left the room, we removed it. When I came back to the hotel at 18:00 I found my wife at the room, talking on the phone to Aya. The room wasn't clean, the used towels were on the floor and I heard Aya telling to my wife on the phone that the housekeeper is passing only once a day and since we were still at the room, she didn't pass again. I was very tired after this working day but I had no other choice than to go to the reception, I couldn't take my shower without a clean towel. I talked with Aya in French and explained her that this not acceptable that the housekeeper is passing only once a day, she should try at least more 1-2 times. At this moment Aya changed her version and said that the housekeeper didn't pass because we left the sign "Don't disturb" on the door. I told her that my wife took it out when she left, this is not our first time in a hotel and I hope that she believes me. I was surprised from her answer, she told me that she knows her housekeeper but she doesn't know me, so she prefers to believe her housekeeper. I add that usually the customer is always right and she answered that she doesn't accept it. I asked her, what would you like that I'll do now, how can I take my shower without a clean towel and she answered that she busy and that I've to wait. She wasn't really busy, there was only one customer but she wanted to punish me and let me stay few minutes until she sent someone with me to give me clean towels. Later on I found that there wasn't soap in the dispenser, we used a small soap bottle that we brought with us, we were too tired to talk again to this antipathic Aya. On the second day the room was cleaned, but the housekeeper forgot to fill the dispenser with soap, so I had to go again to the reception and ask for soap. Breakfast: This review is the same for the 4 breakfasts, there were no changes. No basic vegetables are served (cucumbers or tomatoes), no omelets, or sausages. Instead we saw plenty of ants near the Orange Juice machine. Also, for someone like me that doesn't drink coffee or tea, there was nothing to drink in the morning. I had to buy from outside herbal tea since this hotel didn't offered it. Conclusions This hotel doesn't worth over 90 Euro / night This hotel might be convenience for someone that come for one-night stay and doesn't care if there is a safe box or something better than basic breakfast. For the price I paid I could get much better room in the center of Paris. The design of the hotel is new and attractive, but that doesn’t useful. This is my first stay and probably my last in this kind of hotel. Also, I've no doubt that another receptionist might help me to overcome these difficulties, unfortunately I don't think that Aya knows what does it mean to give a service to people. I defiantly don't recommend this hotel at all !

The hotel was very nice, less than 10 min away from the metro station. Breakfast was OK, not a lot of variety but it sufficed. The hotel is nice and clean. Couple of down falls were that the AC didn't seem to be working well in the room and the bathroom sink was always clogged. We rarely had our room serviced (probably because we would leave the room late, around 2pm) but it still would of been nice to have the room serviced. Overall it was nice for the price, close to the metro, and was in a very nice area.
