I am a businessman usually very busy in work days, so I do like staying in Pullman each Friday night for a refreshment in weekend, especially in summer season. I do appreciate to your good team for their professional services from 1) the front desk led by Mr. Gary He who always works till late night while still arrival in the next day early morning; 2) executive lounge team with good combination by local and asean staffs; 3) F&B team and nice food with reasonable price; 4) swimming pool which is very clean and well managed. As Accor platinum member, I am pleased to see Pullman Shanghai South has been a good choice for local-based businessman’s playground for refreshment, as a life style! Cheers for Accor!

Negatives: - Slightly long wait for check-in in the late afternoon due to only two desks were occupied Positives: - Room upgrade was positive surprise - Most important: Breakfast experience has been improved due to apparently some changes in the breakfast offerings (fitness muesli offered without sugar added). Many other dishes still focus for my personal taste too much on tasty but unhealthy food, such as no whole wheat bread or rolls. However, this food can be avoided due to alternative offerings. Neutral: - no fruit basket in the room, but luckily there are shopping opportunities around the hotel, therefore a plus for the great location.

I checked in on 24 July 1am due to flight delay from Beijing. Was widely awake by nasty and disgusting smell at 5am, which there is leakage from the toilet/ shower and smelly water on the floor. Was extremely tired from full day travel and work but can't help myself but to ask for help to change another room. Staff was helpful but the situation was disgusting and affecting my next day work. I feel extremely dissatisfy and surprise this could happen in Pullman hotel.

Excellent service but far away from the city centre. It made business travelers somewhat difficult to stay while taxi services were not easy to obtain in the neighbourhood.

Overall service was excellent including room size, quality of breakfast, cleanliness and good manner of staffs. However, I needs to complain the distance from public transportation while taxi service was not easy to obtain. It took over 20 minutes to get on a taxi at the hotel front door on 18 July at 10:00, well outside of the rush hours while nobody stood in front of me. This poor experience may hinder me from staying in this nice hotel any more in spite of the other virtues.

Because of a business trip, I had a 2 weeks stay in the Hotel. I am already since 10 years member of Accor Hotels and did stay in many of it. The Pullman Shanghai South is very clean, quite, the stuff is very polite and proffesional. Already at the check in, the free upgrade (as Platinum member) was already prepared. Most of the staff are speaking a very good english. a special thanks is going to the staff in the Executive lounge. They were very friendly, attentive and helpful. There was only one small problem during my stay. The ATM machine didn't work over my whole stay. Unfortentely, there was no backup and the next ATM was a few minutes walk away. I wonder about the slow response time of the management. Such things needs to fixed asap on such a foreigner spot. Overall very pleasant and convenient stay in this hotel.

it was good, but appreciated if two sides can be paid attention. 1. Facilities, like shower, toilet. My shower in 1105 which cannot stay well on the holder and toilet with less pressure to pump enough water. 2. First assigned room was very stinky and bad smells like fungy and toilet which were never disappeared even several ours with aircon. Thanks to Ms.Li who changed room without delay in friendly and professional manner.
