It was a nice experience staying at Pullman. Friendly staffs. Just one inconsistency in terms of daily housekeeping where toiletories or drinking water is not refilled until i called to request. Overall it is a good stay.

The arm chair in hotel room is quite heavy to move. And the lighting is the room in quite weak. My internet connection were broken serval time, my colleague experience same also. For breakfast, I enjoy the pastry most. The front desk ladies are also very nice and helpful.

Room was spacious, extremely clean,cozy beds, very good location, customer service was very good except the staff member (girl) who did our check-in on 17 September 2018. I found she was not friendly and her approach was not welcoming. We stayed four nights and we had wonderful time felt like a home.

On the whole, everything was good. The only thing that needs improvement was the check in process. They have implemented face recognition procedure for all guests. I think they should try to make it a smoother process so that the check in time can be faster.

Stayed for 5 days in a room near the lift lobby. Overall, hotel room good, pretty good sound proofing considering you don't really hear loud steps when people walk towards the lift lobby. In room dining food options with regards to time can be improved on. Nothing much after 1030pm. Food takes a little longer than usual, and the in room dining isn't cheap.

One thing needs to be fixed... as a truly global hotel, your guests are from all over - so having someone to speak good english at registration & check-out or lobby lounge is very important. as always my stay was good. Did not received a real room upgrade e.g. to a Suite. Staff friendly at reception and club lounge. Staff at the bar is working very slow, Smoking place behing the bar is not longer existing- how to enjoy Drinks in the evening there when I Need to walk outside near Shoppingmall? Also not posssible to enjoy a beer in the Sunny afternoon outside...for what reason do you have tables and chairs there? Needs to be re-considered.

« The stay at your hotel was amazing. The staff was on point at all times and made me feel like I was at home. »

Upon arrival I was greeted by a concierge that was so very friendly. I spoke with the young lady that was checking me in as the airline had lost one of my bags. Within minutes the general manager was there to speak to me directly. He assured me that when the bag arrived at the hotel it would be promptly delivered to my room. The bag unfortunately never arrived at the hotel but, the general manager remembered me two weeks later as I passed through the lobby and asked if I had received my bag. I was so impressed that he first remembered me with the hundreds of faces he must see daily and second, that he took the time out of his busy day to ask me about my bag. Multiple times during my stay I had your concierges ask me if the bag was expected in the next couple days and if there was anything they could do to help. Along with this, the room service was spectacular and the restaurants on sight were amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and your staffs attention to detail is above and beyond. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful experience as I was extremely homesick and missing my family as this is the longest I have been away from them but your making me feel at home in your hotel eased a lot of that for me and I appreciate you and your staff more than words can express.

On my arrival at appr. 04.30 pm only two front desks were staffed - but the check-in was efficient and very courteous. The room was convenient and quiet. Breakfast set-up and choice is on an over-average level. Early check-out was as efficient as check-in.
