Spent 6 nights at this hotel. Was very impressed with the quality of the team. From the bell hops to the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, all were extremely friendly and would always go the extra mile to help. Very clean, comfortable facilities.

stay in an executive lounge. The lounge was great with a nice buufet in the evening. Bed was very comfortable. The smell in the room was not very nice like an old smoking room. Breakfast buffet is quite good, but I was a little bit disappointed compared to buffet in other 5 stars hotel.

Kindly be advised that the room upgrade is done when the type of room reserved is fully booked, then we will select to upgrade our valued guest to a higher category of room; for your previous stay, we upgraded you to a suite room and most probably our associate who assisted you on the check-in did not explain to you clearly about this.
