It is near the Shanghai South Station while Subway Lines 1 and 3 is around 1 KM away. It is not very difficult to get around if you know the shortcuts. Next to the hotel there is a shopping mall accommodating various restaurants and shops including Carrefour. Overall it is convenient to seek alternative food supplies outside of the hotel. Breakfasts is good with a lot of choices while services are excellent in both the coffee shop and Chinese Restaurant. I shall be happy to return to this hotel when the next opportunity arises.

I did not stay in the hotel due to storm while my flight was also cancelled. After 2 days, I asked for use the deposit for future use but the hotel declined my request, which was considered to be fair. Afterwards, the hotel provided me an invoice for my claim of expenses and allowed credit for my loyalty account.In spite of the unfortunate incident, the hotel made effort to alleviate my inconvenience. Hopefully I can find the good side of this hotel during my next stay.

Moved to Shanghai, stayed in the hotel for a few days before moving into my appartment, loved the hotel, and especially the breakfast very much. Very friendly and helpful staff, speaking good english. Nice room with great view. The bathroom was very high-end, however, it took me a phone call to figure out ow to drain the sink (push the plug down fyi).

Room was spacious, extremely clean,cozy beds, very good location, customer service was very good except the staff member (girl) who did our check-in on 17 September 2018. I found she was not friendly and her approach was not welcoming. We stayed four nights and we had wonderful time felt like a home.
