overall good experience and also i observed on day 3 in bathroom i see extra tube like body lotion, conditioner which was not available while we checked in only we had two tubes shower gel and shampoo

My pre authorised amount is still not refunded to my credit card. Spoke to one Mr. Gaurav yesterday and he conveyed that it is cancelled and gave me a reference number. When I contacted the bank, they told me this number is not in their records. This kind of service Not expected from Novotel. Hope this will be looked into and my amount will be refunded quickly without any further delay

Post my investigation, it was found that the bank was called on 14th July 2018 to cancel the pre authorization and the cancellation reference number was shared with you as well. However, being Saturday - a non working day of the bank, they would not process the request immediately but the amount would feature in the account within next 02 working days. At Novotel, as we strive to improve the quality of our services, hence, rest assured that the team has been briefed to be extra cautious while handling guest credit card transactions. I love Novotels and have recently visited multiple Novotel properties (including London Blackfriars) and Accor has never disappointed. Unfortunately my visit to Novotel Delhi Aerocity changed that. Firstly, the bathroom shower area was replusive - the drain had large holes and what I could see made me naseuous. The only reason I didn't check out immediately was that I had a meeting with a senior Government official and was behind schedule. Secondly, The linen was not clean (brown stains on one pillow case) and thirdly, the breakfast was a very sad affair - live counter claimed they didn't have cheese, spinach, onions, chillis - Very very strange!! Fourthly, i walked all the way to your pool (access is very poor!) and found oil floating on the water (I do understand that an irresponsible guest may have done this but I pointed it out and no action taken) Lastly, the room service was impeccable but food very sad - biryani was the driest I've ver eaten and I satisfied myself with biscuits and lassi that day. One or two slip-ups is fine - we all do this at times but this was 5! Most ufortunate and disappointing

Took 15 minutes to get an extra blanket. Breakfast area very chaotic. Employees walking like headless chickens with no sense of command. Poor hospitality service. You need to have someone in restaurant front desk to guide clients to table which is empty and free of dirty cutleries and plates. Assign someone in charge of particular area.

Being in a business trip in India it meant being out of the hotel for most of the day, however it was a great pleasure to come back at night and being able to have dinner and drinks at the Quioin Bar whatever the time of night. The hotel service in general has been excellent and in particular the one from the lady in the bar, Debjani whose service and treat to us was most welcoming and professional.

It started with the hotel pick up...either the hotel guys messed up & did not turn up or my travel desk messed up. So would keep it 50-50 there. But the issue was with settling bills. For every in-room dining, I was asked to pay. Pre-Approved could have easily been done. Why it was not done, GOD knows. Also I being AccorPlus member, some basic courtesy should have been shown. This is why I Like Taj InnerCircle. I am a member there too. They would treat you well for sure.
