I have stayed at the hotel for more than 30 days at a stretch. May be that is the reason that the attitude of the staff was so indifferent. On the very first day I requested for a change in room as I was having problems with mobile coverage. The staff at the reception behaved as if I had asked for something out of the world. I had to again request them after an hour where in I was told that only two room are available with separate beds. I shifted to another room with a request to shift me as soon as a room with single king size bed is available. The staff at the reception just forgot about it and I stayed in the same room for more than 30 days. One had to call up and demand for each and every thing, be it regular housekeeping or fixing up the shower and assesories. It was after the intervention of Mr Devansh, the duty manager that I managed to get some issues in the bathroom sorted out (there was no response from the housekeeping staff after five days of complaints and also from the front desk). I would not have flagged had it not been repeated again when I checked in again after few days. I have been allotted a room in which the towels were wet, the linen dirty and the shower soap case missing. And the toilets not cleaned/ flushed properly. The attitude of the front desk remains the same. Firstly, they allot you a different room and after waiting for the keys, they change it again.

Good overall experience. Special thanks to Dinesh from Concierge for Taxi support. Only small negative remark: flooring on the corridor of my room floor looked a little bit torn and not 100% clean.

I was proposed a smoking room. I said no and after a lot of wait and lot of insistence I got a "no smoking room". My feeling is that the room was just perfumed to cover smoke smell...It is just a feeling, but I do not think I will stay here next time. AP

I stayed in Novotel for almost 5 times but every time had stomach issues after having food there. I then changed my hotel and stayed in JW Marriott and Pride plaza both serve good food and with no issues. Most of your food is stale and it creates Heath issues. Not gonna come back until u improve on the food quality

I maintain loyalty towards Accor hotels and try to stay in Accor brands as much as possible Just one suggestion, i generally stay 2-3 times per month in your Aerocity hotel , however find Dinner menue too boring and bland. You charge Rs2000/+ taxes, for dinner which is far below average in menue/ taste/ presentation and specially service. Staff is way to casual and takes 15 -20 mints to serve bread. Professionals like me wont even spent 10-15 mints for dinner , and eat whatever is available at sight. Its my experience everytime i came to your hotel. If you could try it once yourselves and corroborate my feedback

The check-in and check-out process was good, the reception area, bar etc. good but the hallway and the room was just horrible. The room smelled so bad like an animal died in the room, the carpets were dirty and I don't think I will ever stay in this hotel or any other Novootel again
