We’ve stayed here twice in the last week. This is one of the best Accor properties we’ve stayed in, in terms of welcome, the quality of the upgrade we received, professionalism of the staff, restaurant services and the fitness centre. The property seems quite new and is very well maintained and cared for.Our room was spacious, high quality linen, and by metro only 5 minutes from the airport or ten minutes by car. A shopping centre including a department store and food court is closeby ( 5 minute walk). The department store has a wonderful spice and tea section downstairs.We were really impressed by the checkin staff; Tripti is one who comes to mind and I’m sorry for not remembering other names.Overall, a great stay.

« Close to the airport and worked very well for one night before leaving. »

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in staff were very helpful and friendly. Gym/ pool facilities looked good but we didn't use them as it was cold and very polluted outside - an indoor pool would be better given the air quality. Restaurant offered a good selection of dishes.

« The hotel’s information regarding extra occupant was not clear. Different staffs told me different thing. Some of my friends were told by the manager that they don’t charged for extra occupant. But I was charged 1500++ which is not fair. »

« Lovely hotel, exceptional service but nothing in mini bar. »

Exceptional service from the staff. Thank you to staff like Nasir from Room Service Team who went all the way in making sure that my food was served with great care. Breakfast was really good just that I wish they’d change their menu- it was the same everyday. Spa was amazing beyond words - I didn’t get the names of the staff but I really love the experience I had! Anil Kumar, Assistant Executive Housekeeper even emailed me about cleaning my room (I was out while day) as I accidentally switched on the Do Not Disturb button. I think that’s an exceptional service because I definitely want the room to be cleaned before I get back to the hotel. The only negative feedback I have - why was my mini bar empty throughout my 5 nights stay? My colleague had hers filled. So I wonder why? Overall an amazing experience. Will definitely come back to stay here again!

looked little alien, hotel appears to targeting foreign guests over Indians...overdoing Halloween, layout in buffet reflect this...'ve toured Europe and s asia, didn't find such bending over backwards for foreign guests.

Prompt service.. left my ipad charger after checkout and came back for it, staff was helpful and found my charger... except they could have done a better job of following up with my calls... as they said they would call back but didn’t so I had to... apart from that it was a pleasant stay

The reception people were very rude specifically one lady receptionist. I was there on an official work and was handling around 20 officials. I went to check on their rooms but the way the lady receiptionist talked is way out of customer service and whats more disappointing is she lost her cool. Very disappointing.
