Rooms are spacious, toilets are good, but i felt the facility is over priced, both room and F&B. Also i felt the corridors are too dark, color theme was dark

I was there with my husband for a business visit. We arrived at about 12 noon. The front staff gave us a room overlooking the courtyard. We had to immediately go out for work and requested the staff to change our room to one facing outside. We were very happy that it was done and we changed to that room upon our return. We loved the Coffee Shop and drank different coffee available there and the staff showed us how they roast, grind and make coffee. They were very warm and friendly. We ate both at Honk and Pluck and liked both the restaurants. One suggestion for Honk would be - addition of Teppenyaki style.

« Pullman exceeds expectations once again »

After a 2 week trip through India we wanted a little luxury to end our trip and the Pullman provided a lot. The staff and service was impeccable as always with many little touches that indicate staff that value their guests. The executive lounge was a new experience for us and we greatly enjoyed it. Our stay was topped off with a limo transfer to the airport which made everything so easy. Highly recommend Pullman hotels as always.

Bathroom lights were not working. Asked for pillow at night, it was not given to us. Twin bed were given for the family of 3. New year party was a disaster. 3 different music at the same time. Poor DJ. Spoiled my stay and evening. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

From the time we walked in no one helped us we were given our key and the young girl walked away then our travel guide had to tell her to show us where to go then we got locked out of our room when we were still not going anywhere it took a long time to displace and we were locked out at 8am in the morning we had to contact our travel agent in Australia

The hotel and restaurant are very well thought out with thoughtful details like cold milk for cereal (usually at buffets it is an unappealing room temperature). I can't fault the room. In the restaurant the staff should make sure the tables are fully laid up (cups, plates, glasses, cutlery, napkins) when they seat their guests to avoid constant requests afterwards as well as guest irritation. Our table was almost wholly empty when the waitress seated us and she just didn't notice. Also it should be a quick and simple matter to inform staff that breakfast tea comes with cold milk, never warm milk. But choice was excellent and the egg station was fantastic with lovely helpful chefs. As for the spa there is a man working there who was not professional. He sniffed all the way through the massage he gave my daughter and the massage itself was mis-described. He then gave me a free manicure and butchered my nails... I had to cut and file them upstairs to try to hide all his careless mistakes. If he was a trainee that's fine but someone should have checked his work. I also noticed he was quite rude and arrogant with the other practitioner, a woman who did my massage.

Genuine staff. I had dropped my wallet in the front of the hotel while getting out of taxi. I got a call after a while asking me to identify my wallet. Security in front of the gate picked it and ave it to me. Really grateful for the kind gesture showed by him.

Comfortable and pleasant. One problem/complaint: I used 2000 points to offset the fare. The points have been deducted but the hotel reception told me that they had not received the points so they charged me full fare. It was supposed to be about Rs 3000 or 4000 cheaper because of the points. Kindly look into this and provide refund.
