staff are very friendly and want to do everything for you but its over the top. After a long flight and time change i just wanted to get the key and the room, instead i was escorted by mistake to the wrong floor twice and a trip to lounge to check the key. breakfast and room service was better than average.

Though it was a short stay of 1 day but the warm greeting by and chatty talk with the welcoming staff while queuing for check in has created a homely environment about the hotel. Well designed cosy bedroom.

Pullman New Delhi Aerocity has been my favourite hotel for sometime. The hotel staff looks after their guests well. They know how to pamper their Accor members. I was lucky to have stayed in the hotel on their Annual Le Club Accor Hotels Member's day, which is held all over the globe on August 28,2018. General Manager Ajay Sampige has provided a great hospitality during the evening celebrations in the bar. All the staff in the hotel have been very friendly, co-operative and helpful, and ready to look after you an extra mileage by going out of the way. Check-in executive Purva has been an excellent staff in the reception. Saumik Sur and Nar welcomed us in the evening celebrations. We enjoyed the evening get together with the various executives of the hotel and their great hospitality. Housekeeping attendant Mahender has been prompt in providing the good service. Hotel, overall quality of service provided and their staff all are worth commendable.

The hotel is very nice the room was very spacious, I like the big windows and the pool view. The amenities are nice and the breakfast was excellent. Cleaning can improve. I moved the stool that was in front of the chair and it was dirty, as if they just clean around it.

I've stayed in many hotels that claim to be good for business travel. This one is the Gold Standard. The best thing about the Pullman Aerocity in Delhi is that it manages to provide your business trip with a relaxing holiday feel, such is the attention to detail, high level service, and friendly, courteous staff. The rooms are very well appointed and spacious, the beds are extraordinarily comfortable, the food is good, the gym well equipped, the spa feels like a real spa not a plastic add-on after thought, and the team work together so well to ensure everything works like clockwork around you. Shivangi runs the most professional exec lounge, and Harneet is on hand to turn your free time into a day of adventure with her local knowledge. Drop this hotel, with it's service and comfort, into any European capital and it would compete with the best, and embarass some of the usual 5 star American chains. There's nothing negative to say, this is where you'll want to be, I'll be going back.

Wonderful, recently I gained Platinum status. I have stayed here a few times before and Rio messaged me to make sure anything I requested was noted. She already knew that I loved Masala Tea. When I arrived at the hotel, she had one of her team waiting for me with a pot of Masala tea along with several staff to welcome me the property. All staff I encountered were Amazing and treated me so well. Even at Breakfast they knew that I loved Masala Tea and asked me when I would like my Masala Tea. There must be a computer file which when my name comes up says...This guy loves Masala Tea. Thank you to all the team for treating me so kind
