Very nice airport hotel, clean rooms with all necessary requirements. Nice bathroom and public areas. Spa facilities very good. Would have like 2 room access cards so we could enter room or use lift independently.

Following three stands out for 12 hour stay period: 1. Ordered grey goose martini, which was below expectation. Was charged double the amount(R1550, equivalent approx $30 Us). 2. At checkin, inquired about shuttle for airport. Quoted Rs1500 but front desk offered for Rs1100. In consistent and clerk at checkin was pushing club level amenities for Rs2500 to include drop of services. 3. Had a quick breakfast and smoothie at 8am before departure. My stomach was upset and painful During my flight back home to Canada.

« Amazing hospitality »

I unfortunately got my suitcase broken through the flight from Nepal. When the Pullman manager and the team noticed it, they brought me a new suitcase with the same size and told me it is a gift for me. I have lots of good experience in accor hotels. But this was the definitely the best. I have to come back here again soon.

Kettle to make tea is not available. Provided a day after our request. Room bar menu not available. Toiletries that are sufficient for 2 people not provided. First day drinking water bottles enough we’re not available.

Mixture of bad service covered by good management.Serious problem at lower level of management.Free movement of unwanted people in your hotel,especially in the night your front desk ia hand ihand with local huslers and call girls .They are protecting them,if anything is left behind in the room you wull be very luck to get it back intact.I think too much s. could be one of the problem or loqer wages.And rhe best thing is being in an house guset getting blackmailed,ia not good .They have a cartel very well informed whats going on in the hotel nut using that info for your iwn peraonal interest is very bad.Andyour spa and salon is short staffed ,very few masseurs to handle that many in house guest.Again the in houae guest and customers are getting cheated.On like one session how is it posaible to provide massage to 5 customera at the same time..A very big property need special securith and extea care.Foo much s. creates a cartel.

Very comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was by far the best breakfast we have had at any hotel in India and among the best breakfasts we have had at hotels around the world - both in terms of variety and taste! Very very impressive!

« First class service and hotel staff were all well mannered, very attentive and resposed readily to guest. »

Very convenient with its proximity to the airport. Hotel reception was fantastic even after midnight all the staff were on alert to welcome guests. Having breakfast in the Pluck restaurant. There were more than enough varieties and choices to cater for guest from different countries. The waiters and waitresses were all well trained especially a waiter by the name of Saleem was very proactive to guest's needs.

This is Atish J., AccorPlus Member(id- 30…2182 0), we stayed at ur hotel from 1 st feb to 2nd feb 2018. on 2nd feb early morning(approx 6am) . The entry into the hotel is awesome, one lady greeted us and assisted for the room and early check in too. The bad experience is when we checkout the room, we bought the luggage till Reception and the bell boy is starring at us, but the handling the luggage, and security people are just sitting idle and not feeling responsive to open the gates. we felt very bad experience at Pullman. ****Satisfied Welcome - Un-satisfied Good bye.****
