This hotel was fabulous, as were the restaurant and executive lounge. And I can't say enough about the staff, who went out of their way to be helpful. Altogether a great experience!

I stayed at the Pullman New Delhi for 7 nights to attend 2 IP conferences. What I liked: clean and comfortable room, good breakfast buffet. Efficient and helpful concierge. What I didn't like: it took a long time for my luggage to be brought up after I checked in and I had to follow up. There is no storage room for the luggage - everything is out in the open. Given that Indian establishments are very security conscious (with xray machines and frisking when you enter), I find it disturbing that the "stored" luggage can easily be accessed and the bell staff are not very strict in checking the lugagge tags/stubs. Also, even if the rooms are kept clean, some of the housekeeping staff have body odor which lingers in the room long after they have left.

I only had one advice for you, while i was taking shower, the water always flew out through the door seam; and it is also not a good idea to place a towel outside the door (to absorb water) because the towel would block the way while opening the door.

Hi, My check & & stay was smooth. At the time of check in they offered me a package which was for 3800+ taxes. for couple which included Breakfast plus food credit worth Rs 3000/- & lounge excess for 2 hours. first of all I was not interested in the package as..1) My Dinner & cocktail were already planned as I ws attending a party in your hotel only from 7 PM onwards. 2) Internet on my phone is much better & INFACT was 100% better then your hotel network during my whole stay. 3) Im an Accordplus SIlver tier Member hence I get 50% Discount on what ever I consume. but how ever I was told that I can utilise my food credit & assuming I will get to use for my food & beverages I took the package with lot of hasitant, which I thought was a total waste for me as.. .1) I had lounge access but the same was not updated in system, how ever Manisha at the lounge was very courteous to allow me but she also informed that same was not updated in system. Also i wasnt interested in alcohol or hightea as it was not my area of interest. 2) My Lunch bill after discount of 50% was 2200/- with taxes. Even If I had paid for breakfast, It would have been app 1100/- Including taxed for 2 pax after discount of 50%. so In all I would have paid Rs. 3300/- ( including taxed) where as I paid rs. 4800/- including taxes 3) I was never Informed that I cant use this credit for Cafe pluck where I paid Additional Rs. 551/- Inspite of having Rs. 800/- as excess credit with the package which I took. 4)Over all I feel cheated or fooled at the end of the day where instead of 3300/- I paid 4800/- and inspite of having 800/- credit I had to pay 551/- as Pluck is closed from 3-6 where I cant eat anything. Over all Room & Stay were good. but this Pushing of Meal credit FEEL CHEATED.

I had two separate bookings for 2 types of rooms and it took a long time to check into the new room. The people at the concierge seemed confused. While I had already explained to one person that I needed to check into the new room about 15 minutes later another person asked me what I was waiting for. It was frustrating. I also received a bath rope that was not clean.

We felt the greeting upon our arrival was curtailed by a packed lobby of exiting conference goers. Our room was very good. But one complaint that I have about almost every hotel we have stayed at is that there is not enough bench space to lay open 2 suitcases and avoid using the bed or chair or floor. Some hotels at least provide a folding platform. Our room certainly had enough space for a wider bench than was there. Not enough western food choices at the buffet. We suspect that my wife got food poisoning at the dinner buffet with the 2 usual consequences. Salad items were the only things she ate that I didn't. This was an unfortunate ending to our fantastic 2 week tour in India.

The stay at Pullman Aerocity at New Delhi was great. The welcome into the hotel staff was warmed and I felt at treated well, especially as an Accor plus member. In addition, the room was fantastic. The carpets were vacuumed cleaned and the bathtub was really great. I truly enjoyed the stay in the room. However, there are two things that put me off during my stay at Pullman. 1. During the buffet breakfast at Pluck, I saw that the staff did not change the utensils after the previous customer left. I understand that in India, using hands to eat is part of the culture. However, for hygiene every restaurant patron should be given a new set of tableware regardless of whether the items not touch by the previous patron. My partner also check her cutleries and found that her spoon wasn't clean. Prior to this incident, I had dinner at Pluck the night before and I would like to acknowledge my delight by the staff service the night before. 2. I booked my stay about a month in advance and after the booking was confirmed, I e-mail the hotel spa to make reservations in the early evening for a massage. However, when I showed up at the spa at the appointed time, the staff told me she had no record of the reservation. I then showed her my e-mail record of my reservation at the appointed time. She was really apologetic and try to slot me in for a later slot at night as the spa was fully booked , but I decline. I am truly disappoint about not being able to unwind at the spa.
