It fell short on my expectations of a luxury hotel experience. Inspite of being upgraded to a suite which was nice there were too many areas that fell short. The hot water in the shower was very poor. I had to complain. The TV reception was not great & the remotes needed replacing. The lounge manager very thoughtfully said he would arrange for a light breakfast when I checked out at 5.15a.m. Fell short on execution again as the reception did not have it for me.

Overall was excellent , but there were minor issues in the room . Eg. sliding doors not closing properly , the A/C not working at temperature set. But still stay was good due to the other service provided.

in general, it met 4-star expectations not 5-star; not sure of your positioning. Room for improvements. 1) breakfast room ventilation is quite bad, as we caught heavy food smell and it sticks to the hair and garment. your hotel is a business hotel, we had meeting right after breakfast, hence not pleasant at all. 2) towels in the bathroom, we didn't get provided with proper 3 different sizes of towels as normal standard, eg., hand, face and body. There was no face towel (the square one) provided in none of the 3 nights I stayed. 3) the drainage system in the shower room, as water heavily leak out not matter how i tried.

It was my first time at Pullman Delhi and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. The staff were very well groomed and extremely courteous. I’d like to compliment mr. Azad, the life guard at the swimming pool. Mr. Azad is very competent at his job and helped my fiancé learn a new technique in a few hours. We are very thankful to him. Also, miss durptee and miss Shikha ensured I and my fiancé were welcomed to the Pullman and made sure everything was set for a comfortable stay. We will definitely consider Pullman for our next stay.

As expected the stay was comfortable and the staff were corteous and welcoming, enjoyed the short stay. Ms. NAR from guest relations and the front desk executives were zealous to serve, only negative point I can raise is as we booked against member free night entitlement we found the fresh flower bouquet and complimentary savouries missing from the room. Had to ask for the welcome drink which we feel is a bit stingy behaviour on the pullman management

Dirty uncleaned rooms. Front office managers are good at "talking" but bad at taking any action. On complaint, several courtesy attempts were made, but room was left as it is - in the same condition. Highly unimpressive. The only good thing about this place is the executive lounge, rest everything is a big 0.

My experience with Pullman hotel from airport to hotel,govind vishukarma from airport,I love it, when I reach hotel one girl warmly greet me n my sister, don’t know her name probably she look like from north east,n I love Dinky the duty manager all in all I love Pullman, bad experiences with Radisson hotel, I personally think if we get the same warm welcome then all the people staying overseas will love to stay with Pullman one think I wish there should be one pork meat iteam just like kadai chicken with little bit tomato n fresh coriander that will be great, we’ll going back sad I can’t have twin bed because I am flying with my sister, there for we book our ticket at holiday inn, I will definitely stay with Pullman when ever I fly india

I found a spoon on the floor under the table, I cannot open the lip of shower gel. I can only reach the hotel by taxi or car, no shuttle or public transport. My checkin used over 15min. Everything clean and nice.

good pick up from airport i think you need to continue this - very professional greeting - the man was of good class compared to other people standing around collecting visitors and then he took us to the car and introduced to the driver - we had not been to India before so appreciated this. good rooms on the sixth floor - the manager of the eating area was professional as well - pass on my regards. had an excellent man drive us around for the day as well - he knew where to go and how to get there - drove very safely he kept calm and didnt get worried - compared to other people

Initially Disappointing but converted to Awesome

As the title suggests I checked in to my room at 7.30 PM after a tiring day at Capturing Wow. As soon as I checked in I asked for a weighing scale in my room and it came to me only after 3 reminder and 30 min of wait time and staff has a casual approach towards the delay which is not expected. Next day at breakfast I was seated at the bar due to increased guests . I had asked for masala chai without sugar at 10 AM and inspite of checking with 2 to 3 staff, I didnt get my chai until 10.40 AM and I had to leave- again without chai and experience of horrible service. Finally when I was checking out around 2.15 PM - I mentioned my experience to Durptee at front desk, she wrote down all the issues I faced and apologised for the same. Since it was raining heavily in Mumbai where i had to travel back to I asked if she could check with Airport if the flight wasnt cancelled realising that you have hotel staff at the airport. I asked for a special favor if they could speak to Indigo and prepone my flight and to my delight, durptee spoke to Suraj Prakash who spoke to Indigo found out fare difference and told me the earliest flight that was available. Not just that when it was time for me to go to the airport, Suraj came along with me to airport, took me to the right counter, spoke to the staff and got me a revised boarding pass. I could have done all of this on my own but by managing this for a guest it saved so much of my talking time and finding out who should I go to and if it even makes sense to go early,imagine waiting for 3 hours at airport if i had to go on my own and realise there is no earlier flight . So what started as a bad experience of zero service, Durptee And Suraj converted it to hero service.
