« Ideal place to Stay in Delhi »

This was my fourth stay at the Hotel Pullman and was very satisfying as always. The staff is friendly, works like a family, takes care of the costumer's need, and maintain the satisfaction level of their guests. Chef Deepak and group at Pluck Mr. Nem kumar, Sandeep Singh and group at cleaning Priyanka, Pushpa, Rita, Arpit, Guddu, Anoop, Binay and group at pluck I would like to thank everybody that I have met before and this time for serving with pride. The stay was very comfortable. I had taken up 1 year membership of Accor which gave me one complimentary night stay in a hotel. The only thing that bothered me was the Buffet breakfast charges. They should have been included in the package if the company is providing 1 night stay at the hotel. Rest everything thing was above expectations. Staff is very helpful.

Enjoyed well and within reach all essential requirements. Very rejuvenating evenings, the nearby vicinity of food stalls and greenery parks make entire tiredness into joy. Even with weekend outings with family also workouts well.

« Overall very good. Front desk was a consistent mess. »

4 night stay with 3 reservations. Upon check in with group, explained to front desk we had 3 more nights and could they put 2 reservations into 1, as it was same executive level catagory. Didn’t happen, didn’t happen and upon check out the advance paid reservations turn out to have not been prepaid. Really? Added confusion to a midnight checkout and delays for our flight time. Executive level was great. Staff was great. Pool and staff were great. Spa was nice. Restaurants were great. Suggest more training for front desk people. Our experience was a mess,

« Could have been better with a little care »

Overall I liked the rooms there was nothing lacking. But the bathtub was not cleaned. While visually it looked cleaned i noticed there was a thick layer of soap as soon as I touched the surface. The shower door also couldnt contain the water and leaked all over the bathroom. The breakfast had a decent sized spread, but nothing stood out. In fact i ordered for a benedict and it looked better than it tasted. Maybe not cooking the hollandaise on top would have helped the taste of the eggs benedict. I really liked the smell of all soaps, creams and shampoo in the room. The bed was comfortable and I liked the selection of pillows because I usually find hotel pillows are not right for me. I think its high time Hotels make some deal with maybe an amazon or netflix to get their services in the room or maybe a chromecast on the tv could have let me play my own content. Very nice experience with the staff.

I have enjoyed my stay in Novatel Hotel . Service Qaility and food court is beyond my expectations. Catering Staff is very proffessional.Food quality and choices are widely appreciated. Reception could have been managed better, check in and Check out delays are common and most of the executive are not properly trained .

The check-in took a lot of time, despite my mail and filled in Google form which was sent by me well in advance. The room was not any where close to Pullman standards(there recessed light fixtures around the TV was hanging out as it was some 1* hotel). The A/C was not working, which I did not initially realise, but around 2am midnight I started feeling suffocated and called up the technical person. He told me that "No Air was coming out from the A/C" it only started coming out after he has repaired the system. So in a way I could not sleep later only to feel extremely uncomfortable throughout my day. I had food at Pluck(Sunday Brunch) and Honk(Dinner Buffet). I'm not sure which triggered a reaction, I felt bloated through out the day and extremely Nauseous through out. I request for a few Bananas at both Pluck and Honk, to which no single manager or the people around tried to cater to my request. Finally at around 12-12.30, I went around looking for Bananas/ or some fruit which could ease my digestion, I met a chef at the Pluck Cafe who helped me in getting me a few. (Finally met someone who cared). I checked out soon later in the morning without having any breakfast. The staff at the reception were more concerned about settling the dues. Finally when I explained my horrible experience, a gentleman was kind enough to waive off the lunch amount of my bill. (The second person who cared). With the formalities done and dusted. I checked out and left this dramatic hotel. Thank You for spoiling my day and wasting my Accor members complimentary stay. Never coming back to Pullman or renewing my Accor Membership. Ps. Please check the Room Ventilation and Air flow systems, for a hotel in such a strategic location, please get your basics right. There could people with breathing disorders who could face traumatic experiences and foreign travellers who will hate us starting from the hotel itself. Please get your light fixtures, recessed lights and Ventilation fixed.

Overall experience was good but the service could be improved a bit. Most of the point of sale counters (bar, spa) didn't seem to have knowledge of AccorPlus member discounts. Although things were either resolved after consultation with the floor manager or by insisting that the personnel check the membership criteria, it would have been a better experience if staff were well aware of such member privileges. The room was well appointed and spacious enough, including the bathroom/bathtub. Here again, the service was not up to the mark and slow. Having requested for bath salts, it took the personnel more than 15-20 minutes to first check whether they had bath salts and then to get it to the room, by which time by bath water was running cold and I was already finishing up. A great plus point is that the spa is open till 2AM, a great upgrade! Breakfast spread was good, although I found the steamed idlis to be very hard, they had to be abandoned. Bar appeared well stocked and with decent choices, although the welcome drink card was a bit misleading ('drink of your choice' apparently meant choosing from a set option).

Pullman Aerocity Hotel has been a wonderful Hotel. We have been staying in the hotel almost once every month for the past over one year. My daughter was visiting from abroad and her birthfday fell during our stay in the hotel. Nar, Durptee, Mahima, Shikha, Sagar were very nice to have been the excellent hosts to celebrate the birthday in the hotel in a manner as if they were part of our family. Harmeet and Supreet have also been the lovely hosts in the hotel/restaurant. Thank you Pullman Aerocity for your lovely gesture !

A longish check in where I was told about the complementary upgrade (which was nice, thank you) but I was not informed about the free use of the lounge and complementary breakfast. I had to ask check in staff about this and they were apologetic about not informing me about this. Check out took unusually long with front office staff doing several things alongside checking me out. I was shifted between three reception counters and it took about 20 minutes to check out.
