Check in took almost half an hour as the staff member Shruti did not know our package inclusions, despite the booking having been made through the Accor web site. She also asked for documents to get information that had already been provided such as my address. The room was uncomfortable to sleep in as the lights could not be completely turned off at night without switching off the master switch in the foyer, which meant the bedside switches no longer worked when I tried to attend to my child who woke up in the middle of the night. Checkout and fetching luggage from the room took another half an hour.

First of all, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Rio Thenusa, Front Office Executive. Because of her warm hospitality and assistance given prior to my arrival at the hotel, I feel I am welcomed by the team. Rio is really a wonderful asset of your property and I wish more people can enjoy the feeling I have experienced with your team. Also, Manisha at Executive lounge was also very helpful and our conversation allows me to know the city a bit better.

I got a Call from the Hotel two days before my stay saying that I would be driven down from the airport to the Hotel and I wasn’t received which dissappointed me. I didn’t expect the Hotel to Provide me the Car to Transfer me to the Hotel initially. But, When I was assured regarding Airport pickup and when the Car didn’t arrive ,I felt betrayed.

« Good hotel convinient close by the airport »

It was a very short stay, only couple of hours before getting connecting flight, it is a shame we had to pay full package since we could not make use of any of the options and facilities. would have been nice to only have paid for the hours (00:30 - 06:00)

« It's overall not a good experience for me but a horrible experience. »

I have been highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the services and especially the horrible stay that I had at pullman. I being a former member have felt very highly unwelcomed, very highly disappointed, dissatisfied by the kind of stay that I had. Noone came to ask, tell or welcomed me if I was their member or if I needed anything. Noone came to welcome and I was continually ignored and felt neglected, dejected, forlorn, sad, and fully unwelcomed during my stay. Noone came to meet or care for me at all. Noone came to comfort me. Noone came to make me Welcome. I was not treated by anyone at all. Noone cared for me. Noone cared to welcome me. I have not thus liked the stay at all. I must now be given another stay. Otherwise this way I would never think of coming again for any kind of stay.

« One of the top hotel stay ever »

My wife and I are Accor Gold members and we were greeted like VIPs. We felt expected and welcome. I've checked in at dedicated counters or up in the executive lounge but this was a first where I've checked-in in my room! It was pretty cool. We were upgraded to a suite that was stunning. The staff was great! The style of the hotel was so appealing to the eye. The biggest shame of it all was that we were only there one night. I had a nice facial shave in the spa (great price compared to metro city prices) and the spa is huge with room after room. The food at the restaurants were really good. The drinks at the bar (welcome drinks for Accor members include cocktails) were well crafted apart from bar service being a little slow. The bed was super comfortable, the bath amenities were luxurious, and there were more bottles of water than we could drink. I'd love to stay at this hotel again if I'm going through Delhi.
