Service was slow, check in and check out took almost half an hour. The rate I received was different from the one in my pre booking. On departure I asked for a receipt, was told I'd receive one by email but never did.

The front dest personnel are so unwelcoming. Even feel like you are bothering them. And as a platinum ember, sometimes i have too wit 20-25 minutes before getting attend.
