Staff was great, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was clean but locker room is very small so avoid peak time. The breakfast buffet is good with plenty of choices. The hotel is 30min away from Wuxi Tourist attractions, something to consider for vacationers.

As always enjoyed a my stay at this hotel. Some renovation on-going; executive lounge closed but moved down-stairs (2nd floor) which was OK. I did ask how long this would be in place but the lounge staff didn't understand my question!

I have been staying in Pullman Wuxi New Lake Hotel at least 1,5 months per year. executive rooms are bigger than other accorhotels brands including other Pullman Hotels. Only i need internet with vpn in this hotel.

The room was great with a very comfortable bed and reasonably sized room. However, the overall service delivered was not on par with most Accor hotels I've stayed with most staff disinterested in providing us with information when asked. The only reason I'm awarding a 8 is largely because of a front desk staff named Eason, who was the only person at Pullman Wuxi that interacted with us with a smile and provided us with excellent service. Eason went out of his way to provide us with good information on the nearby malls and the weather the next day for us to make appropriate plans for our activities.
