« Not enough staff on Front on Saturday for check out »

Generally it is a nice hotel with comfortable room and swimming pool. But on a Saturday there is only One staff in the front desk and in fact for the whole lobby!!! Check out is really slow and I almost missed my flight that afternoon!

Staying on my own on a business trip from England. Staff were all very welcoming - particularly Marceline in the lobby bar and Colin in the breakfast restaurant. The world cup screening in the lobby bar was a nice idea. I will definitely return if I work in Wuxi again. From Callum

No one was standing behind the priority check-in desk when I arrived, therefore I had to wait in line with all the non-Platinum-member guests. Unlike other hotels under ACCOR, most of the front-desk employees at this Pullman showed me no sense of hospitality.

It is a very nice hotel though not centrally located, however, the room itself is nice enough for a short stay. It would be better should there be shuttle buses taking to the city centre ans return.

The hotel's decoration looks very nice. Green fields in front of hotel looks amazing. It's one of my best experiences in Executive lounge. Miss Jala Liu really did a great job to let me feel warm and comfortable just like back to home. She helped with all the process throughout my stay.
