I was expecting complete amenities in my room. When I arrived, there was no water bottles. I found empty soap container. Breakfast was good. Ibis should start thinking of putting new clear sign for people coming from roundabout.

We will do re-stress all of the team to ensuring the same issue not occurs in the future. related with no water in the room, actually we have put a dispenser in each corridor for the guest to be able refilling the glass or the bottle that they bring. This is our small but real actions to be part of keeping our environment clear from plastics. The parking is too small and not convenient. Breakfast is average

Check in was okay. Carpet in 5th Floor was smelly. Shower pressure was weak, Sink tube can't be adjusted thus creating flood while water was running. Ordered spa, was very disatisfied with the service. Buffet often empty, took long time to refill, even the cutleries. Unproper buffet variety for a big hotel chain such Ibis. No omelette station. Very few tables, so had to wait for others to finish. Other than that staffs were friendly.

It was great, I have been to the hotel twice, the room was nice and comfortable, just a little bit of sound happened around 1 or 2 am, just thought maybe it was people walking or from the AC, but overall it was great

We had emergency situation so stayed in the hotel we take whaterver the priceroom was idr 490.000/nite as staff said due to high accupation...we didnt mind with that...but aftern we got the room and bed is very small not confortable enough...also breakfast was very very simply rustic...dont know why its call ibis " Style "hotel...which the fancy one...????...and sould not applied high room rate (.due to high accupation or WHATEVER reason) meantime the facilitiesnis very limited...!!!

It was great, the receptionists were friendly, the room was clean, the balcony was nice to have view outside. It's just I need to walk far if I wanted to eat outside. I think the hotel area is not nearby also for GoCar or Gojek so it takes time to be picked.

This is what I called a great budget hotel. We had a good breakfast, though it took a while for dishes to be refilled. The lobby was nice, and had small play area for children. Room size was small, but everything was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean too with suitable hot water. The staffs were polite and helpful. We had an amazing experience during our stay. This is by far the most suitable hotel for family vacation on my list. Thanks and keep up the nice things, Ibis.

Breakfast was included but most of the dishes were empty. Asked for eggs as there was not enough food and did 2 eggs first which took at least 30 mins then the kitchen did another 2 eggs. No coffee cups or spoons. Not 4 eggs at same time makes sense!
