Odd scent when entering the room. Water stains can be seen everywhere in the bathroom. Mold can be seen above the bathroom entrance. Lack of maintenance.

Service at the restaurant was very unsatisfying. 1. We have to wait for the food that we ordered for more than 1 hour. At that time, person in charge was a training. When we asked if it was still long ?? the answer that we received was very surprising (he said "yes" because there were lots of orders even though we were the first person to order food. 2. When going to pay with a credit card, again I get a very unsatisfying answer because the staff on duty said that he never did a transaction with credit card and we were asked to pay in cash. I didn't want to pay in cash, finally he called his senior staff on duty at reception. Please provide brief your staff again how to handle guests especially for trainee that should be accompanied by senior staff. I'm working at Travel agent and traveling a lot. I never experienced like this before even in small hotels.

The room is clean, food is good, but when i came to the hotel, there is no one to help carry my luggage, i have to go to reception hotel to ask help for my luggage, and maybe less parking space is the problem too.

The overall staying experience was good. The staff greet you and they showed positive body language. Some things that could have made my stay great was the wifi did not seem to work properly in my room, it was connected but no internet and the breakfast food was also so so.
