It is nice, clean, staffs are helpful, my room is small but fully equipped with electric kettle, hairdryer, mini fridge, savings, these are besides the standard amenities like TV, hot water, ac - etc. Breakfast is okay, there are Indonesian and western style meals.

« the staffs are very kind, but the room is not satisfying »

i was staying at ibis with my family, i booked three rooms, and none of them are reaching the expectation. like the aircon is not cooling eventho it’s 20* , and i dont see people welcoming us at the door, so we have to carry our luggage, which we have to put directly at the trolly by ourself because it’s heavy and no staffs are helping. and at the breakfast, i dont see an egg station, and it is not stated or spoken that eggs are by request, and the shower at the bathroom is too strong until it hurt my skin. i was a former hotelier, and have stayed in many hotels, i have stayed in much worse hotel, so i can say that overall, is ok. i book thru the accor website, book 1 double and 2 twin room, but they prepare 2 double and 1 twin. and we have to wait a bit long to go in the room. a bit disappointing. and because we’re here only for transit, my parents say dont want to bother a problem, jadi bilang yaudah biarin aja males urusan sama hotel toh besok pagi dah keluar
