Excellent service good room. The beds were very comfy. Near the airport. The breakfast was very good. They accommodated me vegitarian dish, made specially from the kitchen. Very very friendly staff. Lovely stay.

The room itself was nice enough though at approximately 1am a hotel staff member tried to open our room they did not knock luckily we had the latch over the door otherwise they could have entered no apologies were given which made us question the motive of staff member

It was very nice stay over there. We enjoyed a lot with IBIS hospitality. Although we have enjoyed break fast also. We both are veterinarian but your staff co-operation make it easy for us to survive in Bali in morning hours.

The room given to us was 116, now for a couple this room was way to small and especially the bathroom, we felt very claustrophobic during our stay and there was a weird stink in the room, since we had only one night stay, we did not bother to worry the staff. But i was shocked that a brand like IBIS had such a shady conditioned room. I certainly don't feel that I may return of recommend this property to anyone I know. Specially when I have to carry my bags from my car to room to vice versa.

The room is good, as expected, but the staffs are great! I called several times asking for airport pick up service and suhoor service, the staffs are really helpful. I especially would like to give my appreciation for Ms. Hanum who helped us during check out. She asked me if we had our suhoor since she answered my call before arrival, which I did not realized before. It may seems simple but I feel privileged during my stay there. Great job, Ibis Bali Kuta!

When we checked-in, firstly the room was as chilled as a refrigerator, we had to adjust the temperature and wait for the temperature to settle down before we could get in. The next thing that struck us were the bed sheet, the pillow covers and the comforter had some ugly stains on them and we had to call for house keeping to change them. Though they changed it, but all in all we had to wait for 45 min approx. before we could settle down in the room. Even the toilets were not cleaned properly and there were hair spilled everywhere.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was okay, but the sink was clogged and the water shower flow was not strong enough. The breakfast menu was just okay, not much variety but enough for a quick stop shop. But after all, I've got a good price for a hotel in this location.

« Skipped the 'pick-up' offer from the FEEL WELCOME TO BALI - LOMBOK, the rest will be OK. »

Most of the times, I stayed at Ibis Raya Tuban & always chose the packets as above, and always 'complaint' with the receptionist on duty about the lateness of the pick-up driver. & their reason always the same: NOT enough staffs/cars. Until last June nothing happened, so I decided to skipped the pick-up offer & arranged my own transport. Now, I'm a happy customer.
