I have stayed multiple times but the last visit still haunts me as general guests are completely discriminated during the stay of cricket players.

Dear Sir, Thank you for choosing our hotel as your preferred accommodation during your visit to the city. We value your patronage and that is the reason it is very disheartening for me to read that you felt you were discriminated due to the presence of the cricket players. Let me assure Sir, there could have been a chance where the team manager would have requested us for a special protection or security for the team whilst they are dining and using the other facilities for our hotel. However if you have felt ignored , please accept my sincere apologies and I will personally fill in all the gaps and lapses which made you feel so. It is our constant endeavor to offer our guests, quality experience during their stay and I hope you will not let this issue impact your perception of our service standards and will give us another opportunity to serve you again. The room interior has seen better times and the nice sea view doesn't compensate for this. The carpets in the corridors are filthy and the pool area not well maintained. Service is far below the usual Indian 5 star standard. The staff is just not attentive and rather unfriendly. Quality of food is again average at best. All in all this hotel doesn't earn more than 3 stars. I will not stay here on my next visit to Visakhapatnam. The Fairfield Marriott is much cleaner and the Park has the most beautiful surroundings.

Many little demonstration of lack of attention from the service: - asked to split a dinner bill in two rooms: forgotten - asked one american coffe at breakfast: forgotten - asked one plate of fruits in room: forgotten many wailers but not organized maybe is the reason why customers requests are disregarded.

I am satisfied with my stay. Property is very well maintained. But I am not satisfied with the front desk executive who helped us to check in. She simply asked us to go to room with out sending some one to accompany us. I never saw this type of things in any hotel all over the world.

The room stay and checkin staff were good. But the service at the restaurant was indifferent and sometimes i felt that I was unwelcome. The breakfast service was just plain disappointing as the staff did not really care about me as a guest. I had to ask time and again for something. The same happened at dinner service as I felt unwelcome. No one even sat me down or poured water at the least. I stopped eating at your restaurants and will not be coming back just because of the indifferent service that was meted out.

People are very quick to say sorry but it is only lip service. I had booked a business room with instructions that we will need the room for a meeting from 0800 to 1000hrs and that we will be 7 persons. The lady who showed me the room assured me that all will be taken care off. However, on the day of the meeting at 0755hrs, the room was locked. Nobody in the vicinity. Finally, I had to complain to the reception and we were able to start the meeting only at 0830hrs. It was embarrassing since we had invited customers for the meeting. Later, in the evening we (just 3 of us) went to Infinity for dinner. The waiter took the orders for the main course. However, he brought orders for only 2 of them. On enquiring after some time, he said he will bring it shortly. After a long time when we complained by which time the other two had finished their dinner, he brought the wrong order - Chicken biryani instead of Veg tarkari biryani. Luckily, I noticed it and sent it back. By this time, it was already 10pm when we had entered the restaurant at 8pm. I could not wait any longer and keep the other guests waiting. I left the place hungry without dinner. My room AC was making a noise. That was repaired then water was leaking from the AC duct and I nearly slipped and fell since water had dripped on the main passageway near the entry door. Other two from my company who had come from Denmark also remarked of continuous drilling noise etc. On enquiring, the reception stated that they are very sorry but they don't have any compensation for these things. We just have to bear it. It has been a terrible experience for all of us. This does not speak very well of the wonderful brand Novotel is across the world.
