« Conveniently located hotel »

This hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, the mall, restaurants and offers a great view of the Naval b.. The staff was particularly experienced and helpful, and spoke English very clearly. WiFi was working well and rooms were pleasant. Breakfast was of good quality but I would not recommend having dinner at the restaurant on top because it’s overrated. Food is good but not for the price asked though.

Only problem was with the air conditioning. On a couple of occasions it didn't work. Contacted Reception and they had it repaired but then it failed again a day later but then seemed to come right the following day.

Experience was ok. Clean rooms. WiFi was spotty. Sometimes it would not work at all and the times it worked it was really slow. Voice over WhatsApp was horrible. Breakfast buffet was overpriced. Have had better breakfasts at other higher end hotels for a lower price.

My stay with the Mercure was almost perfect. I was on travel for business, The company used their credit card to make the reservation. When I arrived I gave the staff my credit card for payment not knowing it was on the company credit card. The clerks caught the error by the time I got to my room and asked me to come back down so they could reverse the charges. When I was checking out, I asked the clerk for a copy of the bill. He refused because the credit card was not in my name. This is going to be problematic as I will have to request the company provide me with a billing statement to complete my expense report. For a room that I stayed in.

This is not the first time i book hotels through HOTEL RESERVATION SERVICES. I was never denied the points by any of the leading chains like Hilton, SPG, Marriot, IHG. Even on the last visit to Tokyo, after checking out from your hotel i checked in at Hilton Narita and was awarded the points. I don't know whats wrong with Mercure, why they are not issuing the points? I would request you to recheck on this and issue the points, failing which i have to rethink on staying in any Mercure chain hotels globally. Also HOTEL RESERVATION SERVICES is the corporate hotel booking services for Schneider Electric Company globally and after i check up with my friends who travel round the globe this is the first time they hear somebody denied points because of booking through HOTEL RESERVATION SERVICES by Mercure.

I had a great stay at this property. The person that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. His English was very good. The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant is superb.

We truly enjoyed our extended stay at the Mercure Hotel in Yokosuka! It is a beautiful hotel in a great location very close to the train station, dining and shopping. We were treated royally and greatly enjoyed the comfort, cleaniness and view from our lovely room. The front desk staff is to be commended for extraordianary service! I would not think twice about recommending and/or staying here again. What a wonderful and magical land - Japan!

I love the location the most, close to the railroad station, shopping mall, the beautiful rose's park and convenience stores, also it has a nice view. And rooms are nice, clean and quiet, most of front staffs are very kind.

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the wonderful accommodation. Also, the hotel is conveniently located in downtown Yokosuka where everything is within walking distance.

I could have gave 9 rating if the bed is comfortable. But it is really a hard bed.
