All staff members were very friendly and occommodating. The entire hotel was always clean. It was a bonus to have a smart phone in each room for guests to be able to keep in contact with family & friends back home in the USA and to be able to use Google and Maps to find our way around.

During my short time at the hotel, the staff was very friendly, the room well maintained and clean. Due to a clerical error on the part of a coworker, I did not have a room when I initially arrived. Thankfully, the staff was extremely helpful in providing a room.

The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. Especially Mayu, who helped me at the check in and other occasion when I needed help. Also one of the staff (don't remember his name) walked with me to show the place I needed to go. (near by) My husband lost his eye glasses and we looked all over the room but couldn't find it the morning of his departure to the US. I asked Mayu to ask the house keeper to look for it if it's possible, and then the glasses were delivered to my room at the end of the day!! My husband was very happy about that. I always stay at your hotel because of the location and the staff friendlyness. The cell phone the hotel provided was helpful and very good service and that's a big plus to determin which hotel I'd stay. The house keeping was excellent. Always extreamly clean and tidy. One thing I have negative comment is that the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, they should be in different color so it's easy to identify. Actually I prefer you will not use all these small plastic bottles but change to large pump style on the shower wall and you re-fill as you need so you can eliminate the plastic. Also, you should give us wash cloth (small face towles) in the bathroom.
