Overall experience was fine, some comment on a room design/construction if you could have sound prove wall would be nice as I would not want to hear my next door talking over the day or night. Nothing wow or going extra mile on service point of view, strength point would be a fantastic central location and close to train/bus stop.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They assisted in flawless English being I unfortunately speak no Japanese. My only complaint is the wifi in my room didn't function and my first two days of my stay I noticed an odd oder in my room.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful. The 2200 yen for breakfast seemed high to me but I have never stayed in a hotel in Japan. The room was very small compared to any other hotel I have stayed but this was my first stay in Japan.

Thought the room was extremely small for a delux double suite. There was barely room to place my suitcase without adjusting furniture. I also found the tv was not working well. Some channels you could hear but unable to see any picture. I also found the alarm clock by the side of the bed was faulty and was flashing which disturbed my sleep at night. I found the staff extremely helpful and very friendly.
