Before heading back to the US, I stayed close to the airport. I arrived late at night so was quite tired the next day. I asked Robin at the front desk if I could have a later check out time. He was gracious and made a long journey home one that was far easier than I could have imagined. Thanks Robin!!!

The hotel was very comfortable..The Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I give you guys a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Especially I would like to mention the name of the guy who handled all my problems very politely while I was checking in. His name is Ankit and he was at the front desk. Such a familiar and well groomed staff. They will make you feel special throughout your stay. I'm surely gonna visit this place again..cheers!!

AT384 Friends getaway - 12/07/2019 TripAdvisor review

I and a colleague checked into the IBIS and although I had tried their on-line check-in from the link provided 2 days before, it was a futile attempt, or attempts to say the least. However, I was allocated Room 558 , but had wanted a pool-facing room. Never-the-less, the room was comfortable, had a tea/coffee maker and a fridge, safe and the linen was crisp & white. The bath, albeit a bit small in size, was alright for the type of hotel. Had forgotten to bring a toothbrush, and this was delivered upon my request immediately at NO charge. Had Lunch in the all-day-dining outlet in the lobby. The Biriyani was good and portion adequate. Used the pool on both days,and the renovated pool was less than half the size of the original pool I had used some years earlier. It could have been a bit deeper on the shallow side as my legs scraped the bottom when I did the breast stroke. 3 feet is a bit shallow for a 6 ft. 2 in. man.!! So I took to doing the laps on my back. That was fine. I enjoyed the quiet and solitary usage of the pool on both days. Check-in and Check-out was efficient. Uniforms had changed since my last visit and the staff did'nt look so colorful. I preferred their earlier red to the present drab white printed shirts and trousers. My Room on the higher floor was great.

Rooms are too small. Bathroom is like a cubicle. Saturday morning breakfast option was sad. Sunday suddenly there was so many options. No non veg options except sausages and omlette for breakfast. Instead of giving an iron box in every room, there is a common point for iron on the floor. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

The wifi, restaurant and staff are excellence, the bathroom clean, the mall and surrounding are perfect. Only in my 525 rooom the bed is need to be changed. Too soft and even the bed near window is leaning..I almost fell down I try to re arrange the bed but after I checked, the bed is seem can not hold properly.... I am 75 kg but my body is like sinking. When i move to my friends room in 526, bed is ok, good.
