We had a 6 hour stopover in Delhi so were hoping for a decent sleep. Unfortunately due to a problem with our luggage we eventually had only 3 and a half hours at the hotel. Still a good shower and 3 hours of sleep were worth it. The only slight issue was we had asked for a drop back to the airport on checkout which the front desk forgot to book

Good housekeeping services.. cleanliness is awesome. Staffs in house keeping are best in this hotel. Front desk 0 .... services. And FNB staffs well good to locak people. But not to foreigner guests. Foods are good.

The room was fine but the food was very unexciting. The overall ambience was not as good as my earlier experience at IBIS (in gurgaon earlier this year). Slightly disappointed in IBIS Aerocity. The lobby and dining area air conditioning was either not working or insufficient for the Delhi heat. On entering the hotel and in all the common areas including the lift and floor lobbies, it was much hotter compared to the outside and it was only on reaching the room that there was some respite. The hot dining area and ordinary food made it even more unpleasant and didn't make me feel like coming down to eat at all. Another MAJOR problem with the room is that the lighting is very poor. IBIS is a business hotel and most guests are there on work trips. This involves working from the hotel room but with the poor lighting it is very strenuous on the eyes. While the ambience was sub-par, the staff was very courteous and no complaints on the hospitality. But definitely the hotel infrastructure needs an uplift.

We live in world of brands and our preferences are based on 2 things - What a brand value exists in the market and ...what has been our experience while using the brand. IBIS is a Novotel property and it has a reputation to fulfill. My all previous experience has been fulfilling with Novotel but was very disappointing with IBIS.... Right from the check in time (Advance payment before Check in), Name entry itself was wrong (even though business card provided), not picking of the phones for 20-30 min at the room service desk.... No option available for allacarte food order....taking 40 minutes time to sereve as simple rajma and chawal ( Even though I requested serve AEAP as I was very hungry...if it would have taken time I should have been informed to come to restaurant for getting early). I can write many more things but the question is how seriously it is taken for further improvement. Personally I’m forced not to visit the hotel ever...nor suggest anyone else. There are so many options available in nearby vicinity for a person like me traveling so frequently to Delhi. The only satisfaction is that I am getting the chance to share my experience. « My recent trip to IBIS »

I always prefer staying in IBIS whenever I visit Delhi. This time I had some bad experience with my stay. The staff on reception was pretty rude while checkin. Also I never been asked to pay on spot whenever I order food in the room. Otherwise I always enjoy staying with Ibis hopefully next time I wont expect this sort of experience on my next stay

I have used this hotel several times and I am generally happy with it except I always get the feeling that the staff can be trained more in customer service. I have had issues with airport transfers and billing that are not commensurate with IBIS standards

It was a late check in after a delayed flight but I wasn't allowed to check in as only Aadhar card or a passport were accepted as valid i.d. I had a PAN card and a NZ driver's license but that wasn't accepted. I then had to wake up my partner in the middle of the night to send me a photo of my passport. In instances like this, there should be some empathy with dealing with situations. Like being allowed to check in and sending the required forms of I.D at a suitable hour. A PAN card is a valid form of ID accepted in all places. It should clearly state what forms of ID are accepted when making a booking.

Would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the 2 ladies during my check out on 24th June around 8 pm. I believe their names are something like Anjuma and Pankaj? Please give them a patt on their backs.. Great work. Only issue i had was i was refused to swim because of my swim shorts which was ridiculous because i can't believe every guest remembers to bring the correct swim shorts.
