First, sorry for the late reply as just came back from Lunar New Year holiday. Whenever I am in Linyi for business, I am staying in Pullman because of the facility and its service. I want to say that Ms. Amy Xu has been one of the reason. If she is the one helping to book and check-in, everything goes as smooth as it can be. Her smile during my hectic day does make the day. All staff members were very helpful especially.the front Desk. Niki, Amy and some of the other managers always fixed any issues or questions I had about my stay. They always booked transport and showed me the location of places where I wanted to go.

I stay many nights at the Pullman Linyi hotel, multiple times per year. The biggest reason that I stay here is that they know me and treat me with the upmost respect at all times. In addition, I bring other people with me on these trips and we always stay at the Pullman.

Ok but not attention to detail as on my other visits. Rugs were dirty, no English speaking personal at front desk as before. Not too many greetings to guest as before.

I am sorry that your experience regarding to the cleanness of room's carpet, the comfort of room temperature and the details of our service did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We did do a lot of works to clean the carpet stains which may cause by coffee, tea or red wine and we are taking the proper method to replace the stained carpet as well to offer a better environment of guest stay. Hotel offered the fresh air circulation into guest room during this late autumn season and we also provide the A/C fans as per guest requests to make the room temperature more comfortable. We commit ourselves to employees’ English training and we will continue to focus on the staff English training. We hope we can provide a better service to you in future. Once again, thank you for taking your time to let us know your experience and please rest assure we will strive to continuously improve the quality of our services and take the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
