Great hotel near Southwark Bridge. Easy to find and close to many London attractions. Quick check in by friendly staff. I had asked for a quiet room on a higher floor and we had just that - a room on the fourth floor at the back with a perfect view of the Shard. I am a light sleeper but slept perfectly both nights of our stay. Rooms were really well soundproofed and doors closed quietly. The bed was really comfy with additional pillows provided. Breakfast was a continental buffet and was constantly replenished. All staff were efficient and friendly. We will definitely be back next time we are in London.

I travel a lot as a project manager in an international organization and I usually avoid giving comments, but this time I think I should share my positive experience with more people. From the moment of check-in at the reception and during the following days, I can say that everyone did an incredibly good job and everything was very well organized (from the breakfast to the cleaning of the rooms). Throughout my stay I was always in contact with extremely positive people, always with a smile and ready to help, so my special thanks to all the staff at Ibis Styles London Southwark and congratulations to the management for being able to select and retain such an amazing team, who provides people like us such good service to make us feel good even when we are away from home.
