Good little hotel perfectly located but the room we were allocated this time (not first time guests) was very dark and shabby! It was overlooking AC vents so needles to say it was quite dissapointing! The tea kettle was missing it's stand meaning there was no way to boil any water and no bins were provided in the room either. Another negative was the bathroom, which had a very smelly canalisations reflux... As platinum Accor Hotel members one would expect a bit more attention to the room attribution 'detail' rather than a free drinks voucher. So there is definitely room for improvement!

Well situated hotel, no desk but a bar to check in which was... different. Friendly staff, free breakfast was good (they have soy milk & gluten free bread on demand, ingredient list for the cereals would've been nice), room was not the biggest but certainly big enough. Bathroom was a bit small, more for 1 than 2. Would certainly book again!

Loved the hotel overall. Very funky, clean, great location, fab staff. However my daughter and I found the mattresses very hard and the pillows too. Am afraid this was the big downfall given its the main thing you book the room for. Change this and I would recommend the place to anyone.

Started badly booking confirmation stated there was limited parking. At check in staff told us to move the car we had parked at the back of the hotel as there was no parking and the car would be clamped. I explained booking confirmation told us that there was parking. They basically told us we were lying. Luckily had printed out my confirmation and I showed it to them - no apology just told me head office had got it wrong. Throughout stay staff lazy and unhelpful spent all the time that I could see sitting in the comfortable chairs in the lobby playing on their phones. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Will not be staying there again.

Great location, nice and quite room. Relaxed atmosphere. Checking in and out was fairly easy. The bathroom wasn't as nice as it could have been, felt old and worn down.

Nice, friendly staff. Easy to check in. Booked late so very expensive for a room that smelt slightly of drains and had very uncomfortable pillows. I read that they were supposed to be micro fibre. They certainly didn’t feel like it. Very lumpy and too big for someone who sleeps on their front as I do. Liked the late breakfast.
