« inexpensive location but out in the suburbs »

metro suburb station, la ganera is 5min walk from hotel, @3,50€ to madrid central otochoa station, with time travel at about 50min. supermercados lidl & dia are next door with burger king & kfc a little further down the road; all are open on sunday. wifi was lightning fast; no problem streaming movies or uploading files. free parking in back of property. rooms are typical with all ibis property.

We select Ibis when we travel as we know it’s genre of hotel. This location met our needs with its cleanliness, efficient and helpful staff, and a good breakfast to start the day. Our room was was quiet with very comfortable beds .

The hotel common areas were pleasant and well maintained. The staff were friendly. Parking was easy. The room was clean, but sparsely outfitted. A luggage rack, hand towel, and more than one electrical outlet would be nice, and the air conditioner didn't seem to work consistently.

We arrived exhausted early in the morning after our anticipated arrival the evening before due to missed flight connections. The clerk only charged us for one night of our should-have-been two night stay, which we really appreciated. The staff in the bar/restaurant were very nice and the room was comfortable.

We enjoyed very much staying in ibis hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfy and the rooms clean. The only thing we would love to see changed is the coffeemachine. We had to wait up to 15min to get our coffee specially when a lot of people had their breakfast at the same time. The breakfast itself was very good and enjoyed very much. The staff was very attentive in filling evrything up on time . Thanks

Overall very good. Some things to improve: only one coffeemachine at breakfast !! ( way too slow) and no eggs for breakfast. ( very usual in hotels)

We chose this hotel to stay overnight because we were visiting the attraction park of Madrid. I asked for the biggest bed and they gave us a king size that was just perfect, breakfast was good and satisfying. Will definitely come back.

« One night stay was enough »

Reception person was officiase with no warmth or . Advised breakfast was not included as we assumed and when asked the cost was quite high, so we ate elsewhere for half the cost. Basic room with furniture to match, needs an update. Reasonable mattress, cheap small bath towels. Overall the Hotel does require update but for what we paid was adequate for one night but with the cost of breakfast brought the price of a room.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast very good but evening meals are very basic and look unappetising. However, there are a number of fast food outlets within walking distance and some good restaurants in the town centre. Unfortunately the room we were in suffered from noise from the lifts and from noisy guests in the corridor. Overall it was worth the money

« Very noisy - an unpleasant stay »

The whole experience was marred by other guests slamming their doors and talking loudly in the corridor until 02:15. Sound proofing between rooms is very poor and noise from adjoining rooms is clearly hear.
