Very pleasant all around. Helpful staff; efficient rooms with everything you need- comfortable beds, desk, good lighting, big bathroom, closet with luggage rack; easy access via taxi to town or university; nice breakfast, wine bar at night; dog friendly; fairly quiet and calm at all times.

Clean hotel, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Reasonably priced drinks in the bar. One problem is the food on offer in the evening. Very poor quality pre-packaged meals reheated. Unfortunately as I was travelling with a pet I was not able to go to other restaurants nearby so had little choice but to eat in the hotel. Next time I will bring sandwiches.

Overall- a very clean hotel, nice and helpfull staff. The only minus I would say, was the lack of the minibar/ small fridge in the room.

Very unwelcoming..second stay first stay was fine .....no welcome drink really no interest in having customers there .....I have another buissiness trip shortly ...hope prices aren't hiked up again just because there was a football game in the area ....hotel was empty but prices were silly I needed a room for 4 more days but was told Saturday was nearly treble money because of a game so I moved into town many thanks paul

When we checked in it seemed like the staff was annoyed because they had to type our information into their smart phones (instead of us doing online check in). Furthermore they were not very friendly when we asked how to get to Madrid. Besides this, there were a lot of loud english guests and as the rooms are not very good isolated we heard them banging doors at night etc.

I had what I expected by Ibis, unfortunately the bed was not comfortable at all and I did not have a very good night sleep. No breakfast offered as Accor Platinum. Away from Alcala Center, sad area.

Great bed and pillow, but the bathroom was not comfortable due to issues with the shower. In general was quite clean and the temperature of the room was great.
