Had another stay at the Novotel, great service as always. Special thanks to Angel at the front desk one of the few who smile and seem to be happy to be at the front desk. Thanks to Mr. Hero for answering my questions and helping with any issue I may have. The hotel was fine, clean rooms, and great service from Lenny and her colleague whenever I needed housekeeping. Overall the stay was value. One minor issue with the gym with 3/5 treadmills not working, one has to schedule the use of the gym. Sauna was working fine until they fixed the light that wasn't working and then sauna stopped working. Steam room wasn't operational. I would recommend this hotel to everyone especially first time visitors as there are many helpful individuals that can assist you with whatever questions you may have.

My stay was fine, room was clean and the cleaning staff on the 19th floor was exceptional, both Lennie and her colleague were very helpful and professional. The check in was handled very smoothly by Angel as always, she is the one bright spot on the front desk. As well as Mr. Hero he always goes above and beyond in assisting me and answering my questions. On the down side, the gym. I am a frequent gym participant and with 3 treadmills not working and the steam room not working, this needs to improve. Funny story, the sauna was fine when I got there but the light wasn't working. When the light was finally fixed the sauna stopped working. But overall the hotel has great service and some wonderful personnel so every time I stay there I am very satisfied, certainly value for me.

The room has really good interior design and good prices. Facility was great, however the parking lot is quiet confusing, so please give more sign for parking lot. And another thing was, I heard woman screamed on that night, maybe from the floor above me, I'm not sure.

The room and after all service was vey good. However, I feel that the food that served at breakfast should be double checked and improved in the near future. Especially for the DimSum, I think that the taste is really not edible. And when the food has run out, the employees are not fast enough to refill the food so that we can not take the food immediately. I feel so dissaponted for the service at breakfast.

I stayed for 3 nights for business purpose and feel welcome by hotel staff. Pak Suhud, who checked me in, grant my request for late checkout (2pm) and give me my drink voucher. In my room, there's waiting welcome gift (fruits and cookies) and note from GM. That's a very good start! The room itself was modern with the amenities you would've expected from 4 stars hotel with a separate bathroom for shower and toilet. Room service I ordered arrived within 15 mins and I loved it, such a quick service! Hotel staff always smile at you when you meet at the corridor and happy to help you in any way they can. I request a lot during my stay such as storing ice gel at freezer, refrigerator change, etc. The only minor downside was breakfast. They could improve the variety but the breakfast itself was delicious. I look forward to my next opportunities staying at this hotel
