« Pleasant and friendly staff but run down facilities »

Staff were friendly even though most are unable to speak a good command of English ( except concierge and reception) Although it’s my second stay there, and prompted on the issue I faced with the air conditioning, it still repeated, after calling Housekeeping for another round of servicing, I gave up. At several times the ac can be cold, halfway through sleep my partner and I were waking up with sweat with the faulty aircon. The bathroom sink also got stuck twice. Other than the facilities, staff were helpful and attended to our needs as soon as possible. Hope to see better maintained facilities in the future as Novotel has always been my top reliable choice when I need a stay anywhere I travel to.

This hotel is one excellent choice. Located in an accessible place, it was pretty convenient (and quite fast considering traffic in Jakarta) to get around in the city centre. Good services at affordable price.

Overall standard has dropped. Front desk check in was emotionless. did not offer the rooms we booked for. express checked-in also did not happen checked into dirty room. bed was made but dirty toiltries were left at vanity counter

I have emergency case so can't explore more in this hotel and all the facilities. After checkin we have emergency situation and come back to hotel at 11pm and at the morning have to checkout early at 10.30am after breakfast. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Guest of the day that the hotel offer to us as a family. If there is a chance with the same value, we will come back in the next 2 weeks to enjoy this hotel and offers.

« Hotel in good location and big room »

The room was nice. Hot-cold water, various tv channel, swimming pool, gym, and other facilities. Bed was prefect. The food has many variations, but some food was not fresh and lack of taste. Like vegetable, it was not as crispy and fresh enough. Maybe it was too hot and make he vegetables was overcooked. The choice of eggs was cold. Two choices of fresh juice but I think the water was too many.

booked for non smoking and king bed size but at the checkin, the one that available is smoking for king bed. for non smoking is avail for 2 bed. disappointed, because I bring VIP guest. this experience make me afraid to bring more VIP guest to stay with Novotel.

I stay in the hotel few times. That day i ask for upgrade. They charged me almost 1.5mio idr. The next day i notice i was charged also 800k tat i book thru tis. Ms Rosy say mis communication. But i have to pay 2 rooms which i only use 1. I know i have also made some mistake. But they should handle it better and warn us. Cause i was mislead tat at the end they put other name for the upgrade room.

receptionist and hotel staff were polite no elevator from parking lot to ground level, so I have to carry my son who was sleeping inside stroller from parking lot to the the lobby through narrow stair car cant drop off luggage or people direct in front of the lobby parking ticket has to be stamped every time, once I forgot, I have to leave my STNK and drove back to the lobby sink was bit clogged
