I booked a room for my partner from USA to stay in this hotel in order to show him the room, the breakfast and the hospitality of this hotel because we have a plan to make a conference on Nov 2019. This conference will invite 400 more delegates from 14 countries... Unfortunately the first morning they could not had their breakfast because the receptionist did not give the breakfast voucher that I gave to him the night on check in day.... My partner very dissappointed... I am very ashame of it...

Good business hotel in town but frankly not the best among same level hotel. I enjoyed Novotel Mangga Dua Sq better mostly due to parking space, swumming pool and restaurant. For Gajah Mada the parking was not well organized and space was really small.

I stay 1 night at this hotel, i feel comfortable because when i arrived in lobby hotel reception staff assist me very well and give me some information about food recommendation around hotel area because i hungry when i arrived so i asking the staff. Its a GOOD point of first impression for me about hotel service. Thanks for VINA for your kindness and humble to tell me about hotel information and also for food recommendation around hotel area. And about cleanliness in my room it's perfect. Comfortable lighting set up make me feel enjoy to doing my work. For food impression when i breakfast at SQUARE restaurant all staff friendly, good quality food ans delicious taste. Over all i am very satisfied in my experience staying at this hotel. And i will definitely be back again.

i really recommend this hotel to my colleague because : 1. The location that nearby everywhere, not to mention soekarno hatta airport just 30minutes away. 2. The room that quite comfortable, its clean and looks like the house keeping attendant really take a good care of the room. 3. The breakfast also quite delicious and fresh. 4. All the staff are friendly, specially Mr. Handoko on the receiption that patiently give me explanations about surrounding good restaurants nearby hotel. keep it up, surely will comeback soon.

Overall experience is good. Swimming pool is very quite, it's like private pool. But there is no hotel staff in this area, so if you may miss many information because there is no one to ask. Breakfast is also good. Many variation menu from Rice, Noodle, Bread, etc. The place is big enough, my kids can play when we're doing breakfast. The room is big enough, but the water heater is not active. So I can get any warm water for take a bath. This is very annoying because the room is very cool.

Most disappointing novotel experience

I stayed for 2 nights in roon 1803. 1. I was originally allocated 1809 and received an update as a gold member. The room was filthy with stains on the sink, bed and floor at the carpet. The floor stains were very serious, not just small patches. 2. I did online check in and made some request. The amenities requests and such were not fulfilled when I received the room. There was supposed to be a fruit platter as in the welcome letter but this item was also missing. 3. I was subsequently moved to another room. The room condition was better. I requested for a adapter for house keeping. The adapter I received was not working. 3. I went to reception to give them the adapter and to inform fruit platter missing and adapter not working. I was promised both. But I received platter not adapter 4. I tried using the phone to call reception but it wasn't working. I went downstairs and asked for help. The receptionist told me he will send me a technician. 5. When I checked out, no one came to fix phone and I never got my adapter. 6. I think the hotel has little respect for customers and commitment to clients. Accor group hotels are ok but this hotel isn't. 7. Breakfast area staff and concierage service on check out was up to standard. They were helpful and polite under the reception side.
