pretty alright most staff were helpful and attentive, a few minor mishap but overall alright. a small note: the do not disturb sign for the room wasn't obvious and it took me awhile to figure it out, housekeeping knocking on door every so often was a little much during the weekend

« Frustrating mix of experiences - some good, some bad »

Mixed. Rooms were clean, house keeping and laundry were excellent and prompt. Service in the buffet and bar area was terrible though. Staff had to be reminded to put coffee cups near the coffee station. The coffee machine's screen mentioned it needing maintenance every single day. Some days the coffee machine didn't work. I made the mistake getting coffee from the machine on the 9th floor. When I arrived back to my room that night, I was promptly scolded and told I owe 200 rupees for the coffee I took. The staff member seemed upset, and the way it was handled was not great. I hope he wasn't punished for what happened... I don't hold him accountable for the poor service, but rather the hotel in general. The room upgrade wasn't worth the price paid.

Room was basic but clean - which is perfect for a business trip. Could not find a good coffee though - I like Americano - could only get Expresso and no hot water available to dilute it. Fairly limited options for non-Indian breakfast Some fruit (unpeeled bannanas etc) would have been good The security team were very friendly particularly the Guy with the initials GM

I stayed in Ibis Tech park, Bangalore recently from 24th July till 27th July. Ibis Tech Park was always my choice of stay due to numerous reasons - its very near to my office, good location and most importantly the hospitality and support being provided by the hotel staff. I am happy to inform that the current stay isn't an exception either. I have availed all the services ideally an one expected to avail - good breakfast to start the day with, good dinner, Gym services and office drop. In the current context, I would want to appreciate Mr. Ayub - the duty manager @ Ibis Tech park. I've noticed him very active and always enthusiastic in helping me and my colleagues in terms of proactively and periodically checking how comfortable is our stay and guiding us avail the services being offered. He always tried his level best to help us out - highly appreciated.

Fast check in and check out and attentive staff but the rooms are small and considering that some basic amenities such as slippers and shaving kits were not provided, the room was overpriced and will likely choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

« A pleasant place to stay, no more, no less »

1. The room is neat and functional, with dedicated housekeeping staff which does a good job and courteous, namely Mr Mohan and Mr Jaygesu. However, the scent can be better as sometimes it gets unpleasant. 2. The laundry service is excellent and accurate. No issues experienced throughout the 12 days stay. 3. The food is satisfying at the beginning with good courteous staff. However, the food can be better by having more varieties from all over the globe, e.g. Chinese, Malaysian, etc. The food sometimes arrived very late which can be improved. 4. The checkout experience is much longer than the check-in experience. This can be improved further. The check in experience was pleasant with helpful staff named Akram helping with the luggage and was very friendly.

« Amazing stay! »

The staff in the hotel is just marvelous! They went so many extra miles, from the Housekeeping and Security Staff to the Front Desk and Room Service Staff, to make my stay pleasant. There can be improvements in some areas, namely the ventilation and shower areas. The shower water keeps changing from hot to cool very frequently and almost scalds at times. The smoking rooms need better ventilation systems as the air starts to get stale too fast. Overall, awesome stay.

The rooms were very tiny, AC cooling was taking time, very less lighting in the room, if ibis is know as business hotel then there should be ample of lighting in the room, as people staying there would do some work prior to meeting, However except one light near entrance door der was no other lighting, toliets are like rail compartments. When charging 5000+ for a room per nite such specifications don't match d tariff

« Good but can be made better »

The stay was nice, comfortable and cozy. Great teams taking care of people all around. However, your visitor policy needs to change and not be time restricted. I generally start my work at 12pm and end work by 12.30AM. By the time I come back to the hotel and invite my friends over for some catch up time. Its beyond 12. One such instance happened when Rose denied one of my friend from coming up to my room. This I found very odd and I hope you guys change this policy. I remember asking the staff for a room that had single queen size bed. The staff assured that they will move me however to no avail during my stay of nearly 3 weeks there.

we came for a business trip to Bangalore and stayed in IBIS hotel near Belandur. The experience was memorable and the front desk staff and the restaurant staff is brilliant.
