1) Thermo-controller cover in the room was broken. 2) Water overflows beneath the glass door of shower. 3) At breakfast, coffee/milk is not easily available. 4) If possible, I would like to claim points of March stay, which is before I became an Accor member.

The receptionist’s and breakfast staff as always went out of their way to make my stay the best it could be. Raja and Ashley as always, Charlotte and Makoto. Robert for dealing with a difficult situation in the room next to me, with his usual style and panache. The breakfast staff, seem happier and the changes made are better.

It was amazing. Me and my daughters first time in Belgium and our stay was great not only were the staff lovely and helpful, but they also upgraded our room which was great.

Best hotel for Train travellers

We were staying for one night between trains, so the hotel was perfectly located and we didn’t have to move our luggage very far. We were able to take the metro to the centre. Our rooms were super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch with great food and service. Reception staff members were welcoming and helpful for a perfect start to our stay.

Everything was ok this is 2nd time I managed to stay but they were 2 things which annoyed me . I had asked for a little bit of salt as I was not feeling well and needed to gurgle with hot water. I called room service and no reply and decided to call welcome desk luckily somebody answered the phone and said to me to bring salt he will need to charge me 5 euros to bring salt to my room. Is that fair? It’s not about the money. I felt neglected and the hotel was waiting for me to ask something and come back with an excuse . I am always honest and if asked to fill in a survey form , I do have a feeling that I am not wanted it’s only because of the location of the hotel and my disability I can’t move to another hotel I intend to be staying same hotel for convenience and my wheelchair and need to use the toilet before I travel . I asked to be allowed to check out at 2 pm instead of the normal 12 noon whenever I book please as my train depart after 3 pm . Otherwise all was well and felt privileged to be staying at the Pullman’s

I had everything I need. The riim was clean and very spacious. I stayed very shortly so I couldn't use everything the hotel offered.

Efficient check-in and very practical location at main train station. Good sized room, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Very nice evening meal options (casual bar dining or full restaurant). Friendly and helpful staff. Generous breakfast choice.

The young lady who took my initial details said I couldn't check in until 2 pm when I believe there would've been free rooms as this is a business hotel. However, after a wait of a few hours, the intern checked with his superiors and allowed me to check in at 1 pm. There was a constant noise all through the night and I didn't sleep after 2 am and when security checked it in the morning, he agreed it was a constant drone-like noise and said to move to another room. Considering I stayed two nights, it was a hassle to move. I believe the first night shouldn't have been charged. The same young lady on my departure said they wouldn't reimburse me as they'd upgraded me the second night. The only difference was a bath tub and coffee machine of which make no impact on me as I was happy with my original room except the noise. The one breakfast I had was very ordinary for the style of hotel in Europe one would expect. Absolutely nothing to write about, there were dishes left empty and not refilled for guests to enjoy such as watermelon, pastries and some fruit beverages. You had to ask for a coffee and the staff were non plussed about giving good service. This is the only Accor property I've not enjoyed whilst in Europe for a period of two months. I knew I should've saved my money and booked the Ibis which was across the road from the train station. Just as easy. Felix the intern at reception on the Friday was extremely pleasant and a valuable asset to the hotel should he be offered a permanent position. Otherwise, I won't be rushing to spend my Australian dollars again at a Pullman as I felt it was quite disappointing on this occasion. Grace L. Owner at Grace Club Travel www.travelgracefully.com.au

The staff at the hotel and helpful and the hotel itself is well appointed, with excellent lifts and rooms that are well laid out and designed. We had a room on the 8th floor, with a view across the local area. The bed was super comfortable, with everything we could have wanted in the bathroom and room itself. We had drinks in the bar, which were expensive, and found the area around the hotel to be dirty, unkempt and it felt unsafe to us. For this reason, we will probably not stay here again.

Despite the positive aspects of your stay we are truly sorry that you were not convinced with the benefits of our location. One of our strongest points is that we are located inside the South Station, allowing our Guests a direct access to all forms of public transports such as tram, train, bus but also the International trains like the Eurostar and Thalys. It literally takes few minutes (only) to reach the platforms. International train stations can sometimes be intimidating due to the hustle and bustle that not only big capital cities are known for but, most certainly, also the bigger European train stations such as Brussels South. I can assure you that the security of the travelers is one of the top priorities of the station, just as the security of our Guests is the hotel's priority.
