I’m a member of the Accor loyalty programme and stay regularly at the Pullman St Pancras in London. I expected the same standard from the Pullman at the other end of the Eurostar in Brussels and was very disappointed. The approach to servicing the room and replacing items like coffee etc was slapdash and inconsistent. No robes were provided - we had to ask for them. The bar area was soulless and uninviting. There was no common area to sit in comfort. The area outside the hotel, not your fault I know, was unattractive and occasionally faintly menacing. You’ve got this hotel branded wrongly. It’s not a Pullman.

Was received warmly, very professional and dynamic staff. Breakfast was diverse and rich. Very comfortable rooms and a conducive environment. It’s always a pleasure to be welcomed by a passionate and dedicated staff in an idyllic setting. I’ll definitely be returning once again.

Great hotel, with great rooms and view over the city. Nice breakfast choice. Super close to Eurostar so perfect when you come by train from London or Paris or Amsterdam. Direct access so you don't need to go outside when the whether is not good

I found the entire Pullman team very professional, welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed. Room service was prompt and the food delicious. I would recommend this hotel to all.
