The intense amount of perfume in the hall on the station side is very unpleasant! The perfuse itself is not so bad, but it smells like an entire bottle is emptied there every time I arrive. Very unpleasant. The breakfast was very chaotic and uncoordinated this time. I asked the chef, there were no croissants and small pastries. At the end of our breakfast though, big trays were brought in with croissants. It was difficult to get a waiters attention for a coffee, they just ignored us? Then again at the end there was a very nice waiter that asked us several times if we were ok and would like coffee, but we had to go.

+ Midi train station and underground parking, Metro connections, trainstation convenience (shopping, fast food) + Pleasant, modern quiet rooms + friendly helpful staff - Limited opportunities for "Bruxelles experience" (restaurant, pub, shopping) in the neighborhood - lobby/reception not very comfortable

One of the two computers at the check-in desks was down, a long queue had formed, so it took quite a long time to get checked in. Staff handled it as best as possible, this is a management issue - keep your technology in better order, please. Computers malfunctioning isn't force majeure.

The Pullman Brussels Midi is my usual stop. I love the rooms. However, the breakfast seems to be a bit limited. Also, the internet went off during our stay. I recall that during my last stay in November 2018 there was an internet outage as well. They should look into this.

My experience with the room was positive. The room was nicely decorated and was clean. The breakfast was to my expectation. I did not like my experience with the receptionist, who did my check in. She was not friendly, but most importantly she was very unpleasant. Although I paid for the room and the breakfast in advance, she insisted on obtaining my card number for the case I will use room service or the bar. I told her that I was tired and I did not need extra service. When I asked about the time of the breakfast, instead of answering my question, she said "You did not provide your card number, hence you can not order room service, you need to go down to the restaurant". I found this very inappropriate. I felt harassed by the receptionist. If she is following the policy of Pullman hotel, this hotel is not for me.

Great room on 9th floor with all the amenities, not offered my complementary drink voucher on arrival,but noticed one behind the bar,reception immediately issued one . The breakfast service was good until the last morning ,not offered drinks and had to ask for table to be laid .

I loved the room at the Pullman, and it was great that I could choose between a room with or without bathtub. The bed is good and large, the room comfortable and clean, and personnel friendly. The only downside to me was that when I arrived early, 11:00, I couldn't get a room. I could only check-in from 14:00. Or I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to be able to check in at 8:00 in the morning. I didn't need the room early in the morning, and I'm sure that by 11:00 enough rooms have been checked out and cleaned. So for an even better service I would recommend making a room available for those who arrive early.

This wasn't my first stay in a Pullman hotel so I know what quality level to expect. The interior of my room was sleek, room was clean etc. but every time anyone walked on the corridor and had as much as whisper talk I could hear them perfectly. It seems to be the room door was purely hang and just poor quality in general. Also, the front desk staff could brush up on manners and gain more skills when it comes to higher end of customer service.
