Very pleasant room, excellent shower. Good value for money, given the location. However, my wife and I did not take breakfast, which at € 26.00 per person was considerably overpriced. We found much better value in the station.

« Clean room, poor coffee... »

+ Room was great. + Clean and fresh towels. + Comfy bed. + All staff were excellent. Exceptional in fact. Friendly, helpful, attentive. - Coffee and tea making facilities were poor (not refreshed enough and not as good as last time (POD machine)). - Food was average at best. Both in the restaurant (terrible sole) and room service (awful pizza).

Very nice room; modern and clean and nicely decorated. Service in the bar on 1st floor could be a bit better. They were very friendly though. good location; next to the station.

The hotel is very convenient, actually just next the Brussels Midi Station. The quality of breakfast is good and has fresh orange juice. The room is clean and big. We also enjoyed set- dinner at the hotel restaurant which is fine and the price is reasonable as well.

« With the exception of check in, a very agreeable stay. »

The location was exactly as I wished- convenient to the Gare du Midi and the adjacent transport network. The room was comfortable, and well laid out. Staff were friendly and polite. The only reason for not giving the hotel a higher rating was the delay in checking in. Whether this was due to a problem with the online booking site I had used, or whether it was due to some failing on the part of the hotel's staff or IT system, I do not know. I think that the staff might have acknowledged the fact that we were not happy with the check in procedure by eg offering a complimentary drink in the bar. But they did help celebrate my birthday by giving me a card and some biscuits!

I'm a regular guest at this hotel, but haven't been there in a while. Yet, staff members still remembered my name. New team members were as friendly as the old. Service was prompt and friendly. The convenience of this hotel is unbeatable for anyone travelling by Thalys or Eurostar.

« Nice hotel problems in service »

The check-in did't work well at all, the person is reception was not able to handle it smoothly, she couldn't tell what was included to the guarantee reservation, and there was also in the end some mistakes with that too. Otherwise hotel was nice, but service as a whole needs improvement.
