« A far superior experience in station hotels »

It was a brief visit so we only needed "bed & breakfast" plus a visit to the bar. But everything was carried out to a high standard and despite the presence of a corporate event, we did not feel marginalised by the crowd. Service was as attentive and efficient for us as it was for the big party.

I used the online check in on the app and request a high floor room away from the lifts as i am a light sleeper. The lady who checked us in acknowledged this and provided us with a room on the 9th floor. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I liked the fact the toilet was a seperate room. The one thing that was suprising is that the hotel did not have a concierge or have city maps available for guests. I think the hotel should get a number of the 1euro maps from the information centre to provide to guests. We have never been to Brussels before and would have liked this to hand rather than using my mobile. I would also reccommend that the hotel provide teaspoons in the room to reduce the waste of the plastic stirrers. Would definately stay again on my next trip to Brussels.

Very good location, the Grand Place is around 10 minutes by metro. Breakfast is delicious and various. Modern, clean and comfortable room. The staff is very kind, especially Louisa at the recepcion. Thanks to her for everything. I will return here in the future.

Loved the location and your front desk staff, however your dinning room staff was not either efficient, helpful or pleasant . Attempting to get clean cutlery , clean plates or fresh coffe was not easy. Next time I would skip the breakfast option .

I left my room at 08.30 on Saturday morning and found when I got back quite late that night that my room had not been made up. It was a bit too late to call housekeeping. I had not left the card on the door requesting the bed to remain left unmade etc -but I wish I had since the result would have been the same and I would have gained a voucher for €10!

This was our 2nd time at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean and it's located next to the Midi Train station which is perfect when arriving by train from airport. The only disappointment was the gym that was very small and not well equipped.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Really enjoyed the easyness of moving around to any part of Brussels, to the airport or nearby cities. Hotel facilities are very good. I liked the quietness and cleaness of the room, the behaviour of the staff and the quality of the breakfast.
