I left my room at 08.30 on Saturday morning and found when I got back quite late that night that my room had not been made up. It was a bit too late to call housekeeping. I had not left the card on the door requesting the bed to remain left unmade etc -but I wish I had since the result would have been the same and I would have gained a voucher for €10!

This was our 2nd time at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean and it's located next to the Midi Train station which is perfect when arriving by train from airport. The only disappointment was the gym that was very small and not well equipped.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Really enjoyed the easyness of moving around to any part of Brussels, to the airport or nearby cities. Hotel facilities are very good. I liked the quietness and cleaness of the room, the behaviour of the staff and the quality of the breakfast.

The hotel is modern, great location, facilities are new, reception team is kind and helpful. We had some issues with the promised check-in;We had some issues with warm water during the second evening;We found the breakfest for 26€ too expensiveBut above all the hotel is first the employees and the level of service. In this hotel they will support in any way to solve any problem.I would love to visit there again!

Although the room wasn’t as nice as the one I stayed in the last time at Pullman, the reception staff was far more welcoming than the staff last time and therefore made my stay more pleasant.

I have been several times at this hotel, and, as always, I am generally satisfied. This time, however, I was not offered an upgrade to a superior room category, although I am a gold member leclubaccorhotel customer. That makes me less likely to decide to come back here next time I will be in Brussels.

Arrival was perfect (really helpful guy) and room in good shape. Corridors could be better cleaned - but the real disappointment was the staff in the morning. 1. Had to wait for coffee and when remarked did get quite negative counter comment. 2. When checking out 3 female staff members were discussing without paying any notice to me arriving - customer first attitude missing.

There were stains on the carpet not sure if paint or Bleach but shouldn’t have been given the room. The whole design of the room was quite unwelcoming and to be honest a blast from the past. Even the sparkling water was flat.

I had booked my stay and pre-paid it. Upon check out and leaving the hotel, there are extra charges of € 112.48 x 2 = € 224.96/- into the credit card that I used for deposit guarantee, in addition to all the rooms and city tax that has been paid. I had contacted the hotel via e-mail, but there is no reply yet on this matter. As a GOLD member of Accor Hotel, I am dissatisfied with this situation.
