« Comfortable luxury stay but poor wifi connection »

They room was super comfortable but the wifi was terrible and I couldn’t even plan my next day’s trip transport. And I also couldn’t get reception on my phone from the room for internet.

It was our wedding anniversary and we stayed at Pullman’s cos of the proximity to the station so we could commute to amazing Bruges! The staff were extremely helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean, they left us a card, wine and chocolate in the bedroom to mark our anniversary. We’re extremely pleased. The two things I would improve would be the pricing of the food and drinks, they’re a bit expensive , also need to have proper directions from the platform to the hotel. Lest I forget, the breakfast was really really good, very tasty and fresh, great choices too.

Online check in is not taken into account. As a result, check in time is way too long and asking for ID details , credit cards and email that have already been given during the online check in Unfriendly service at the restaurant

The WiFi had download speeds of between 2-3 Mb/s and even then was unreliable. I had to miss meetings because of the poor connectivity.

Comfy bed. Ordered dinner twice and it was mediocre and not hot. Wanted to pay on spot but was told it's too late and that I needed to let the kitchen know, otherwise it's locked on my account. I know it's a standard thing but should be asked or at least not get "locked".

all good. Room 908 the ceiling in the room was cracking during the night. Either from the air conditioning or maybe there is something structurally making these noise. At a certain stage it made noise, like the ceiling would be cracking.

I have stayed at the Pullman several times and like it. It is very convenient for the Eurostar terminal and has good transport connections. The room is comfortable and the breakfast OK.

Good. Rooms are comfortable though I don't like not being able to open the window. WiFi and TV worked well and bed and bathroom comfortable. Breakfast was good but the Menu de jour in the restaurant rather disappointing.

I've stayed at this hotel twice and have loved both experiences. Convenient location when coming in on the train and easy access into the city. The first time I stayed at the Pullman, I was with my mom and we were treated so well and were given many recommendations. This most recent time I stayed at the Pullman, I was visiting with a friend who is also in her early 20s. As a young traveler, I sometimes notice that I am treated differently than my mom is. This was not the case at the Pullman. Reception was just as lovely the second visit. It was easy to access luggage storage the following morning. The movies in the room were great as well. I've loved staying here and hope to visit Brussels again and stay here!
