Very good team managing this hotel, always attentive to the customer's needs. Maybe some slight issue with the cleanliness of the toilets but not enough to create a report. But overall a pleasant stay.

Very nice room (small, but expected for Brussels). However, the shower's faucet was totally blocked and all the water just flooded the bathroom. There was a beautiful Krups Nespresso machine and complimentary coffee pods... But there was something wrong with the pump and I could only have my espresso at the restaurant, downstairs. On the pricey side... But nice and conveniently located for one night at Brussels Midi station.

Disappointing, lots of things not right. First day the shower would not drain away and flooded the bathroom floor. Also the shower head was split and water went everywhere. Ran out of Black breakfast tea, please note Earl Grey or Darjeeling are not the same. Bar had no cold bottles of beer or soft drinks, refrigeration problems apparently. Cut my lip on a chipped juice glass at breakfast, I did inform the member of staff at the time.

Hotel was very comfortable, modern and very clean. Staff were very helpful with regards to showing us the best way to get to any of the attractions. Only drawback was the location of the hotel. Taxis are always out the front but quite expensive and we found the metro too difficult to understand.

I am not at my first stay in a Pullman and always feel at home and welcomed there. However this weekend was the first time I had to spend a bad night because of our neighbors' behaviour . : extremely loud music, and cigaret smell in the whole floor including in our room. little mishaps : 1) no elecricity on several plugs in the room 2) we had to assemble the shower when we arrived as it was a bit broken 3) no wardrobes in the room 4) no commercial gesture was made before I paid and I've been asked if everything was ok Now, I plan to come back on the Friday 12th for a night and hope to have a seamless experience as I know Pullman establishments usually provide and I also dare to hope this stay will be proposed at an advantageous fare.

very pleasant - was offered a free upgrade when checking in, so a great start checked out early in the morning, and got a call from the hotel in afternoon I had forgotten my medicine (pen injector) in the fridge - so they asked me when I could come and pick it up, and stored it for me in a fridge meanwhile very good service & great customer experience

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The customer service was impeccable. Whether it’s your first time in Brussels or not, they will be available questions you may have on the city. The room was beautiful and modern. The bathroom was fantastic with a very large walk-in shower. The TV channels cater for international tourists. The two bottles of water in the mini-fridge are complimentary, which is very much appreciated, especially when you arrive late and you’re tired. I hope to stay in this hotel again soon!

Can I start by saying that your staff are amazing. We arrived early and were allowed to store our bags in a room. The man who checked us in spent quite a while showing us on a map places worth visiting. At 3 pm we arrived back to check in and were told that we had been given a free upgrade to a superior suite as we were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary, when we went into our room we were greeted with lovely balloons, some heart shaped and confetti on our bed, chocolates and a card. thank you all so very much. The facilities in the room are faultless and the rest of the stay was amazing, only made better by the breakfast's and restaurant staff. Remi in particular is such an asset to you. Being based at the station was also amazing as we travelled on Eurostar and it was right on the doorstep.

Business journey with colleagues from Us and Uk: very easy access by train, from / to airport. Extremely cooperative, polite and educated staff. Great bar for meetings with service of excellent courtesy. Roomies are bright, very clean and location in the city is very convenient. Just the 4G mobile phone signal is week in rooms facing inside yard, no pool and no business center. Staff very cooperative to print documents as needed, though.

Good location in the statin but quite hard to find. Better directions on website/confirmation emails would be helpful. The staff were friendly but professional and helpful. The rooms were ok size-wise but the beds were very uncomfortable- not as good as other Pullman hotels I had stayed at previously - it was more like a Mercure class of room in my opinion. In fact it was my wife’s first experience of the Pullman brand and she said she wouldn’t choose to stay at another one.
