Excellent staff, good breakfast , room fine to, apart from tobacco smell. Difficult access to Paris though as 350 bus service poor

The only thing that freaked us out were the centipedes in the bathroom on our last day in the hotel. We were planning to check out later in the day but checked out early in the morning because of the same. Not sure if the cleanliness and hygiene is up to the mark.

First of all you all need to learn Customer service. You guys don't even have a water bottle to serve the customers & more over no telephone in the room. Breakfast was very bad - just a croissant & corn flakes.You guys charge the whole bill as soon as we enter the hotel even before the stay, which is clearly understood that we should never dare to change the Hotel. It was raining outside and we requested for an umbrella... That too was not available... it's a shame. Totally it was a loss of money. Wifi doesn't work properly in the room - we went & complained to the desk, he says "I don't know" I would never suggest any one to book in Ibis Budget hotels in any country.

We found the hotel Very worn down. The rooms looked Very old, and dirty though they had just been cleaned. Friendly staff, but because of the standard of the rooms, we will not visit this hotel again.

It was good property but insufficient towels and with blocked wash basin. The reception man was very helpful. Unfortunately we went to other Ibis budget near novotel near CDG airport. The reception lady was horrible and not even had a courtesy to talk and help the foreigners and that too 12.30 in d night. Thanks

Location was good for getting into the city and cleaning and front office staff were pleasant. Unfortunately our non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke, we were exhausted after arriving at 1am so we endured. The rental car now smells of smoke due to our clothes and I hope we are not charged to clean it by Europcar. Also, no Iron was available, that was disappointing as it is difficult to travel without one.

The hotel represents a reasonable value, but there are some issues that need to be fixed. In order for the AC to work, it requires a complicated set of inputs on a touch screen at the front desk. The lady who was at the front desk the first night was able to get it to work, but it was shut back off the next day and the gentleman at the front desk the following night was unable or incapable of turning it on, despite trying four times. It is stupid and unacceptable to block a guest from using the AC. As a result of not having the air conditioning working that evening, we lost sleep due to the poor, warm air in the room (smoke from adjacent rooms got into our room) and we weren't able to drown out the noise from adjacent rooms with the AC fan. Fix that problem and your hotel will be acceptable.

A lovely and simple hotel. Considering I was in Paris for 4 days on a solo travel your, and needed a place to relax after long days of sightseeing, this hotel provided me with what I needed. Although there aren't any restaurants or shops nearby which would have been nice, overall, the staff were very friendly and made my stay enjoyable.

It was a room with no table and narrow for 2 person after check in. I requested to change the bigger room with table, the manager said no room today and try tomorrow. I tried next day and he said it was too late to change the room. I complaind loudly and he was not happy, finnally he gave us better room. Also there were problem the breakfast, first morning it was hard bread all kind of bread. We complained attendant he said ' I am sorry.' The third day and fourth day it was no milk and not much food at the service counter. One of my staff told me it had broken the refrigerator and the attendant said her if she wants something else let him know. It was bad organizing that no one know the problem without notice for 2 days.

My booking said the room would have two beds - I was given the handicap access room with only one bed. The towels are too small. The bathroom floor floods when taking a shower.
