« Poor reception; restaurant closed here and at Mercure! Otherwise, very good. »

The lady on reception was abrupt and NOT welcoming. Perhaps, the first time we have experienced thus with Accor. Restaurant closed and the same at Mercure. Reception did not attempt to check with Mercure. So had to eat elsewhere. Otherwise, very good accommodation and breakfast.

« Clean, but limited welcome drinks »

Standard ibis with the very comfy "sweet bed" and unit bath. All very clean and relatively new However, it was not possible to get a beer or wine as a welcome drink. This was disappointing after a long day of work. A Coke just doesn't say "welcome".

Very good, room is big and nice, you could add Tissue. The only thing that really is VERY ANNOYING at all Ibis hotels is boiling your own eggs for breakfast! When I come for breakfast on a business trip, I don't have time to cook the egg, cool it down...I E. had a stomach from the undercooked egg on my last day. Eggs is great for breakfast, but I feel like IBis is trying to save money on egg costs. I suggest to make some scrambled eggs or omelette, and/or pre-boil 20 eggs.

Check in was easy and painless. Our room was very comfortable with all required facilities. Breakfast was good except that there was no hot plate to keep the coffee warm nor hot water on tap for the tea.

We arrived very late but still were received very cordially, so +. In the room we did not find a way to shut down the airco, which was too noisy and not needed. The breakfast staff was very helpful but the breakfast table should have more fresh fruits.

The lift/elevator was appallingly slow, the bathroom ledge made me stub my toes and i think its led one of them to be broken. The bathroom looks like a modular design not necessarily meant for a hotel.

I really loved the hotel, location was near the airport and the convention I was attending nearby and there's a great restaurant over the road. Breakfast was big and the service was very good. Only problem was the room service, they serviced the room but they broke the toilet seat (it did have a mind of it's own) and he also broke the curtains, I was worried I would be charged for the damage, which is still a concern. Besides that overall, a small clean hotel that does the job. Wifi was brilliant just a little bit slow in the evenings!
