Lovely. Miller, Alexandra, y Carlos at the Ibis Medellin were amazing. They made us feel at ease, attended us with care, and made sure that we had what we needed to make our stay at the hotel memorable. We had the opportunity to stay twice on this visit to Medellin and look forward to reconnecting with these true professionals the next time we are here in June 2019. I should not forget Rivera from the security staff who was also top-notch.

The Doors from the shower were not closing properly and a non smoking room smelled to smoke when turned on the AC. Have to let the AC on and open windows to circulate the air. After become better.

I enjoyed my stay at IBIS Medellin. The staff is the shining star for this hotel. Everyone from Alexandra, Dayana, Carlos, Juan, the security guards Monsalve, Estrada Guzman, the cooks , the tiny cleaning lady on my floor (13th floor) were so attentive and nice . They all felt like a family. Food is awesome and hotel is very clean. 3 lifts so usually don't have to wait too much to go to your floor. I would have given 10 stars but had two issues 1) The iron is not available in room. You have to go to 6th or 12th floor to iron your clothes. 2) They Key had to be charged almost every day as it will stop working.

« I felt me a little bit uncomfortable »

I was told at the front desk that the room rate doesn't include breakfast, however during the booking I paid for it, the man at the front desk wasn't friendly at all, it was necessary for me to show him an email with the details of the booking and of course breakfast was included, anotehr bad thing is that I booked a room with two beds but it was given to me a room with one bed.

Equipped with a superb staff. Always clean. Great breakfast buffet. The food in the restaurant has very healthy choices. Perfect location I even had the pleasure of meeting A very sociable individual there whom is ..the General manager !! This is something hardly ever done in a chain of hotels

not amazing, just ok. I loved the location but the rooms feel very plain, soap dispenser, no minibar. I understand that the model is different but still very raw imo. Additionally as soon as I checked out, the wifi access stopped working. I was waiting for my ride and that wasnt nice.

Friendly and helpfull staff. The front desk,as well as janitor and cleaning staff greet you when you meet them. Good restaurant and tasty breakfast buffet. Average rooms, but good sound insulation in windows. Noisy air conditioner in room. No water kettle or cups in room; should have been standard in a Ibis hotel I think.

Staying at Ibis Medellín was some how bitter sweet , it started with an a/c unit making noise , the room 1313 was nice and clean , but when I checked out I was charged 47000 Colombian pesos extra the people at the counter didn’t know why there was an extra charge. I had to pay it because I was already leaving , by the way they owe me the change .
