The Staff at this location are awesome! Cumulative, I have over 30 nights in the Medellin Ibis and never have I had a problem with the facility or the staff. The staff at this location really go out of their way to help you and make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Nicolas, Hernan, Alexjandra and Carlos I have had many interactions with - they are phenomenal people - please see that they receive special recognition. Even the maintenance people are friendly and will wish you a good day. The facility is clean, comfortable and well maintained. There is only one place I will stay when in Medellin, The Ibis

I did the advanced check in but it was not in the system? Took longer to check in than normal. I had to have my room key updated three times. Unable to use the elevator or access my room ( frustrating) . Even though I am a member I was given a room on the 12th floor next to the elevator (noisy). I was dissatisfied with this experience. I will strongly consider another hotel next trip to medellin.

The night and installations were comfortable and completely satisfied me, yet I think it was expensive for a night as I was charged around 70 dollars. Also, I asked for wine's cup and corkscrew at the reception and bar and they would not lend me.

The staff at Ibis Medellin were fantastic! They are extremly helpful and they will try their best to resolve any issues you have. However, the hotel is dated. I would not say it is a comfortable stay.

Staff were very nice and friendly. They are always there to help. However, the hotel itself was a little bit dated. The aircon, mattress, bathroom had a strange smell.

Except for some shortcomings we did not experienced before, the stay was rather satisfying

Being a member of the Accor hotels this is the 3rd or 4th time we stayed at this hotel. The 1st time we stayed, the hotel was recently open. Firstly I would like to mention some deficiencies. The shower (as an example) really need a renovation. The airconditioning is very noisy. We hardly had it on. In the dining, the panini / sandwich press did not work. There is still no variety of tea flavours. There has never been. We only hoped that this has changed. The music in the evening by the DJ was too hard. Not my kind of music either, but that is something else. The card key did not work properly in the elevator. Many guests had that problem. Up to today I have not received my receipt of payment. I expected to receive it by email. I always do in other Accor hotels, whether by checking out or by email. Positive remarks: Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean. The rooms are kept clean.
