« It was acceptable. »

There was a girl on the lobby reception who was not kind at all, she was making weird faces while I was asking her some questions about Medellin area. My room didn't get cleaned the second night. They didn't take out the garbage the first night. I didn't felt welcomed.

Friendly round the clock staff. Two complaints, no fridge and can't shower without wetting the floor but at i least i know for next time.

On my check in date, I stood at the counter for five minutes , waiting for the attendant to finish their gossiping before they even looked at me. While I was in my room, the toilet was sent working and I called down to the front desk 20 times and no one was answering. I finally had it and I went downstairs to the front desk, to find 3 people ignoring the phone while they chat among themselves. This was a very bad hotel experience and I will not be going back.

3 nights. But upon departure on friday, Dayana Laverde asked me to leave the hotel at noon. However I, I wanted to extender my check out until 01.00 pm. She denied it. It was a bitter momentum for me, after a nice stay for over 3 days.

Staff was nice, friendly and helpful as ever, but I could not understand why it was not possible to get Club Colombia Dorada beer supplied which they had run out of for more than one week. I told them, if their usual supplier had problems, they should find a new or replacement one. WiFi did not work very often. Room was made up hardly before 2pm.

Hotel staff was nice, friendly and helpful as ever. I could not understand, however, why it was not possible to fill up Club Colombia Dorada beer stocks which they had run out of for at least one week. Room could be made up somewhat earlier (hardly before 2pm).Wifi was often interrupted.Hotel's next Metro station is Industriales (about 1.5 km off); don't worry, there's no heavy or noisy industry around any more.

« Hotel is run like acheap motel »

I used to book Accor a lot for my former boss and in the US the level is rather satisfying. This was run like a cheap motel. Rooms were clean but not gleaming (cheap laminated floors were not well swept). Cleaning staff was lovely and courteous but I could tell they were provided minimal products to clean with. The towels were rough and not hand towels or facial tissues were provided. The bathroom had bare minimums with no shower caps for ladies and only combination body wash/shampoo. Front desk staff appeared to be well trained but robotic. No charm or smiles and they appeared to be feeling their job was tedious. Restaurant staff was courteous even though cooked breakfast was dry and tasteless. Coffee was burnt and no fresh.
