The place was good except there was no restaurant and only one person working at night one day. Few people for check in and check out. One morning the cleaner appeared about 10 a.m and opened the door room (there was an add don´t disturb at the door) without knocking. Unpleasent, the cleaner should read the add and don´t enter the room

Classic ibis you get what u expected usual room very friendly reception the room normal just to spend 1 or 2 days and go ! The breakfast fair you get what you pay ! The location is the best advance you r in the middle of everything close to restaurants bars and to the bus for the falls. Also easy access to airport.

Check in was slow but the room was clean quiet and comfortable. We were given a helpful map with bus numbers to various locations , which we used to get us to the falls and airport. The bus information for the three frontier monument was inaccurate. We reported this to two separate front desk staff but got the impression that this would not be changed for future guests who would then also end up on the wrong bus. Check out was also slow.

« Lack of proper aorconditioning »

Hi, I think the staff was friendly but the hotel room didn’t have a proper aconditioning. I am very sensitive to different temperatures and always make sure I book a room with airconditioning so I can keep the temperature constant. The room only had cool air male it impossible to regulate the temperature. For that reason I had problem sleeping and staying in the room. It would be great to get a response from you. Regarding air conditioning, the maintenance department checked the equipment and it is in perfect working order, so much that other guests used the room after their departure and we were not informed anything. If you can inform us what could not regulate the temperature, we thank you, so we can try to fix the equipment, avoiding future problems. In your evaluation, you reported that the check in was not good, giving a low rating. Is there a problem with the service? The breakfast also had a low evaluation, some problem with the coffee or suggestion to be able to improve this service? My room was on 5th floor over looking the front and that area is full on party until around 3am at the weekend - I was up early for a tour of the falls so didn’t get much rest !
