« Can be much better »

The room window did not lock and the noise from the street can be heard in the room. We tried changing rooms but other rooms had old mattresses - we usually stay at the IBIS Style because of the comfortable mattresses. The hotel needs an uplifting - it is not the usual IBIS Style standard I am used to or expect. The staff however was very cordial, friendly and helpful.

We booked hotel as close to the hospital where I was having an operation. The room and bathroom very basic and very clean. We could have done with more clothes storage and the shower leaked all over the floor every time! Tea and coffee facilities would have been very welcome. The food was very good at lunch but we felt overpriced in the evening. My husband wasn’t too well afte the scallop linguine.

The overall experience and service was pretty good, but it turned out a dinner was charged on my room's bill, even though I had paid with my credit card instead. I still have not received the refund for the double dinner charge. Is there any way to check that with priority?

« Nice,clean and convenient hotel but pity there isn't a restaurant for evening meals at weekends »

Very good. This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel which is very convenient for the city centre but extremely disappointed that the restaurant is closed for evening meals at weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday). This was not in the description of the hotel when making booking.

The stay was fine, no real grievances. The bedding materials are very cheap tho and uncomfortable. You can tell the material is very low level mad made fiber. I am sure Accor group can do better.

STAFF IS GREAT, BUT HOTEL IS A SHAME: 1) Two days with the AirConditioning off (hotel issue) 2) Internet didn't work at all, slower connection IMPOSSIBLE! I had to go to a café to send some emails OUT of the hotel!!!!!!! 3) Coffee break area is NOT compatible with the number of guests. Wait was around 30 (30!!!) minutes!!!!! 4) Flush button on bathroom was working improperly (had to press 5, 6 times to work, when worked, water was GETTING OUT FROM THE TOILET SEAT!!!!!) (Room 514) 5) Glass to protect the water from shower WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED, permitting water getting out from the tube, FLOODING THE BATHROOM. 6) Tried to change the room fro 4 DAYS with NO success!!!!!! I'll NEVER be back on this hotel again, and I'll be posting this experience on TripAdvisor, so other people may have a chance to have a good time on their vacation!!!!!

« A good hotel which had everything we needed.. »

The staff were very helpful and friendly, courteous and helped us with all our requests. My friend has gluten problems and they provided bread and cakes for her and also a meal in the restaurant. The room was very clean and spacious.

room small and very stuffy. Air conditioning turned off for season to compensate but as a result were badly bitten by mosquitos, which ruined our visit and we checked our 2 days early. Food as taken was very good, and staff could not be more helpful, let down by policy

Very professional and friendly staff. Reception staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. Good selection of food for the continental breakfast in the morning. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening so cannot comment on this aspect. Very clean rooms and ideally situated for a tram stop just a 2 min walk away. Great for getting from the airport and then into the City.

Room was very clean, fresh towels daily and bottle of water prvoided each evening. Breakfast very good, especially pastries which were ight and delicious. Decor quirky and staff friendly and helpful.
