Somehow felt like very average service. I booked room with breakfast, but in reception they told like I have booked room only. they told they will check and update, but I forced to do follow up from my side. overall didnt felt comfortable.

A highly efficient hotel, with extremely friendly staff. The accent is on delivering comfort with a minimum of fuss. I especially loved the espresso on tap in the lobby, and the modular bathroom, which was clean and compact, but had all the features.

cramped room, AC not circulation air, the restaurant refused to offer alcoholic beverages although he offered a couple who arrived before me beers , over priced stay. very compact washrooms

Our air conditioning is set at a temperature of 22 degrees as recommended, however our teams are always available in case you need any assistance. With regards to the alcohol not being served, unfortunately the day you arrived was a Dry Day till 6:00 pm due to a local election. However it later got extended for the entire day. Therefore our restaurant team was unable to offer you the alcoholic beverages. « Why do U need these kind of Hotels »

Why do we need these kind of hotels. Its not at all cheap money wise looking at the services offered and that too in a Tier III city of Nashik . Neither the room size is good, and why do you need a cubicle size bathroom. I felt like staying in a tent with bathroom. Neither was the Dinner buffet satisfactory looking at the menu. I felt like I wasted my money in the stay. I would never ever prefer an IBIS hotel if these are the standards which I get paying the price. I could have really got a better hotel by just paying 5 to 10% extra .

Food served during dinner was not at all good, non veg items are not proper & taste less.. Menu itself was not good on 26th June 2018 . I am surprised the way starters were served that to very limited quantity & served only after requesting the staff. Even veg stuff was worst.
