Had visited ibis nashik with my family for the first time. Arrival was excellent with front office Sayali Bhushan and tejas gave us warm welcome. Smiling all the way. Room was clean with nice personalized message by housekeeping samadhan. Food quality was great. F&B team with quick service. Overall hotel is really well maintained. Will recommend to both business as well as leisure travellers. Value for money.

Staying with IBIS Nashik was beautiful. For long, I had been wanting to gift mom a pleasant staying experience. I being a regular traveler, get to check in and check out of hotels of varied nature. But this experience at IBIS Nashik was simply remarkable. I would like to specifically mention about Sayali who received us at the reception desk. Not only was she courteous but had a personal approach; she felt like that friend next door, with whom we can begin a conversation. From the time we checked in till the time we checked out, she was extremely supportive. Going ahead, a special mention for the food. Even though we skipped the lunch and dinner, we were lucky to lay our hands on the delicious spread of breakfast, which was complimentary. And my, my...what a treat to rejoice. Awesome. I am sure, next time, I will be visiting very soon. Thumbs up to the service.

I have been to other Ibis hotel outside India and i must say you have maintained the same standards and service be it housekeeping, rooms or courtesy. But unlike other Ibis hotels your food especially Indian a-la-carte is bordering on hideous, simply your cook doesn't know a thing about cooking. Breakfast though was decent taste-wise nothing spectacular. Please do something about your taste of food. I heard even the hotel car drivers saying that most people who stay say the same about the food.

Everything was so nice, the staff was so courteous and ever smiling. I had requested for an early breakfast at 6:00 am & the usual time was 6:30 and I had asked for only one dish and to my surprise the whole menu was ready at 6:00. They really care about customers......

I booked through the Accord website and had absolutely no issues. Also confirmed it over a call. The property is well placed (Neither in the city nor on the outskirts). Although the room was small but if you are on a business trip then its just fine. The staff is very courteous and will be greeting you all the time (be ready to respond :), else it will be rude). We were served dinner by Anivesh and had a very good experience. I would recommend IBIS Nashik for a short stay. Do opt for the Additional Benefits Package (York Winery passes for 2 + 20% discount on F&B + 2 draught beer).

It was my 3rd stay here in this hotel and the quality of service seems reducing with every stay. During this stay at breakfast buffet I ordered for madam dosa after 20 min i was given half portion of dosa and waiter was asking do u need full dosa I didn't eat breakfast at all. When I can pay 4000 for room I can pay 400 for dosa also and there are many such small instances which makes sure I will not return to your hotel again.

We have implemented a new breakfast service pattern in which we will be serving the well known breakfast dishes from different part of India at our breakfast buffet. Also the live orders will no longer be part of the breakfast buffet as it was indicated by most of our valuable guest like you that they would like to have better buffet food options than the time consuming live orders but we still serving some buffet dishes in similar pattern of live order because of which you were offered on of the south Indian food dish as a part of the same concept. Please be rest assured that we have noted your comment and we ill certainly consider the same during our new product & service development program.
