Staff are really friendly and helpful, specially Nilesh ( front desk) and Saurabh ( manager). CNN ( TV news channel) missing from the channels available : you should restore it.

Food was good.But services mentioned in package while booking, not delivered in hotel.For example 2 complementary beers as well as 2 free laundry items were mentioned in email recd after booking.In hotel, duty manager Mr Prasad refused to deliver them. Complaint about it send by email to Accor plus email id.But grievance not attended. No explaination given for denying mentioned facilities.

A separate voucher for two pieces of complimentary laundry will also be sent which can be part of your package on your next stay with us. The experience was great. We stayed for 3 nights. Animesh from the hub was great at his service and was very courteous and polite man. The front office staff and housekeeping staff were great. We loved the food that you had to offer during breakfast. It’s just that you had fewer wine selection on the bar. We ordered wine by the glass but the wine was open for long and smelled bad. I hope you change that.
