i came around 9.55 at the night for checkin and the receptionist made me to wait upto 10.25 pm without valid reason and when I asked losing my patience she dint even respond properly. the front reception were least bothered to attend the call when its called for query

Right from Check-In to Check-out, the experience was like clock-work. No problems at all including response towards requests made from my room. The Entry and Exit for vehicles though needs to be quickly put back into place as it is inconvenient to get back to the porch from the parking area as only one gate was functioning.

We came all the way from nepal, with my brother who stays in India we also have been travelling over states since last few days, all good hotels. This nashik wasn't planned we came there searching for rooms as we wanted to halt for one night, we were very pleased by the attitude of this person abhinava as he was doing the best he can to make us stay with us, my brother wanted to got to Taj. His talking and everything made us wait there also he gave us a common door room which he said he has booked for someone else, this guy was very helpful and very good also would like to add the chef who took our orders personally and the restaurant staff very well waiting for us to serve us. Very nice experience we would have stayed one more night but we had already everything scheduled, also one thing not to forget abhinav also helped us in booking rooms in Mumbai at a very good rate thanks again for saving us there we reached our flight on time. All staff very courteous and helpful.

The food was good. However the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress just moved from the original setting resulting in very uncomfortable sleep. Will not like to stay in the hotel in future. People working were very courteous.

The room was certainly one of the older, un-renovated and smaller rooms. There was no shaving kit, no hair oil, no soap, no moisturizing cream. My hotel stay was quite disappointing and not at par with the kind of expectations I've developed for a IBIS nashik.we will never be going back to your hotel or recommending it to any of our friends.
