location was excellent as i came to there to attend Rotary District Conference -3060 which at Thakker Dome , overall service was fantastic. Room & Toilet size was small but fair enough. Breakfast is okay but approach of staff was of full mark. Cleanliness & Parking was excellent.

« "Amount you have already paid" doesn't mean what it says with Accor! »

When I booked a hotel through the Accor website, I first got confirmation that the amount was "prepaid" and it showed the amount with the minus sign, and clearly called out the amount I had to pay at the hotel (a miniscule amount). But both the hotel and later the Accor customer service were adamantly insisting that it doesn't mean what it says and I'll need to pay the full amount.3 things happened - 1. I got a confirmation from Accor stating the amount prepaid and a really small outstanding I had to pay at the hotel2. Logging in through the website stated "Amount you have already paid"3. Accor customer service told me very clearly that I did NOT need to make any payment at the hotel other than the small outstanding.All of these are just smoke screens, turns out. I had to pay the full amount, and they said if there is a double payment they'll return one half. WTF??!!!?

1)Responsiveness was poor. I informed at least 10 days advance for having interconnecting room and paid 1000 extra to accommodate 3rd kid but nothing was ready . It took me to call 3~4 times just to open the interconnecting door and took 1 hrs to do that. 2)As room was not ready with extra mattress and Room were so small so I didn't took extra mattress but hotel charged full money .

Since your arrival at the hotel was an hour earlier (13:00) it took us some time to get the rooms ready as we were fully booked on the day prior. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the rest of the points mentioned in the feedback and in order to prevent future occurrence. We stayed for 2 nights. Food quality was excellent. We only had problem with the room temperature. It took 6 hours for staff to move us to a different room. Wish they would have done it faster so that we would have enjoyed our stay

« Did not go as expected but it was all right »

Thr room turned out to be smaller than envisaged and bathrooms are really really small. It's therefore ok if you have a kind off stopover one night stay. Anything longer is a strain. Thats probably the reason for not too much of in house dining choice. Dining space got crunched due to place being packed to capacity. Can do with bit more effort with cleanliness. The staff however is outstanding. Very patient, extremely helpful and accommodating.

It was delightful. IBIS Nashik must pride itself for having extremely warm, friendly, and courteous staff members (ladies and gentlemen, both), who serve you with a smile at even 1 am. From the lady at the security gate to the front office gentleman, to the runner who got us tea packets at 1 am at night, we were floored by the immaculate service delivered with not a hint of a frown. The food in your restaurant is lip-smacking; we especially loved the Veg Kolhapuri - compliments to the chef. The breakfast spread was also quite wholesome. Loved the way that you have incorporated eco-friendly measures in the room; and, the way that access to rooms is safe via the sensor keypad in the elevators. The Chritsmas decor was very inviting too. All in all, we will be coming back soon!
