Every time I used the front desk the service was friendly and efficient. My room was comfortable although I wasn't able to work out over 4 nights why sometime the shower flooded out of the bathroom. Admittedly, there were enough towels to mop up the escaped water but it made me nervous of slipping and falling. I ate twice in the restaurant and friendly service with a good menu choice. I was allowed to sit somewhere where I did not feel self conscious about eating alone. An unexpected bonus was the close access to the 24/7 Woolworths where I bought breakfast and lunch.

i booked my room on AccorHotels website but my booking did not show up on the hotel system. I was disapppointed as they made me pay the full rate. Overall good service and excellent restaurant.

The stay was nice - the room was good, the room service was good. Dinner one night was very good and the service was good. It was disappointing that the breakfast charges were not done correctly - charged differently to breakfast taken and filled in on form. It was good to have this corrected at check out.

Stay was pretty good, there was an error with my booking where your system had me in April but I booked feb and that was fixed up pretty quickly. Used the restaurant more this trip due to time constraints and was great, Daniel was fabulous and always remembered us each time we came in, his service was wonderful. I know that other Accor hotel have a water management policy and was surprised to notice there was nothing mentioned about it the rooms and that my linen was changed each day. Did washing through the service and noticed when I got back to NZ that I was missing a couple of socks and now have an unmatched pair. Wasn’t expected and therefore I assume no room upgrade for status was applied. I have stayed in Accor hotels in NZ and they usually have a small token in the room to welcome people, like chocolate and a note from a manager or a complimentary bottle of water or wine etc

« Disappointing of an Accor »

When we arrived at the airport we referred to our Accor reservation confirmation to find out about a shuttle. No info, so we called three times (3) to the number and were three times the phone was never answered at hotel reception so we took a cab Upon entering our room we immediately called down for a room change because of a loud noise, presumed to be metal flashing outside blowing in the wind. We were moved to a new room which was fine. Our restaurant experience, along with other hotel guests sitting near us was a joke. It was so bad guests all started talking and became friendly simply because it was slow, confused, incorrect, and ridiculous it was so amateurish.

« Amazing service from the moment we were welcomed to the moment we departed. »

We received a very warm welcome right from the moment we walked in. Everything was explained to us very well. We received a positive answer to all our questions . We were to fly out at 12 o’clock the next day but the hotel was happy for us to leave our luggage at reception after checkout and explained how we could get to th shops and later catch then free bus to the airport on time. The buffet breakfast was xcellent. Included many gluten free options too. Overall the service and staff were amazing. We will definitely stay again. Room was very pleasant and extremely clean. The bed exceptionally comfortable.

« I cannot fault Brisbane Novotel Airport; SUPERB STAFF, one and all. Clean, quiet, great food & the pool was soooo much fun. »

We only stayed one night, we were there to run a workshop. I arrived in the morning and not only was I able to access the workshop room early to set up my tech stuff, i was also able to check into my room. The staff at this hotel are impeccable. Geoff and the girls on check in were super friendly, the cleaners and some electrician guy, they all say hi with a smile. The food was divine; Vietnamese Beef Salad & small Wagyu steak, breakfast was amazing...i have a sneaking suspicion one of the mushies I scoffed was dodgy as I became very ill by mid morning BUT again, your staff looked after me like a Princess (I didn't tell them why I thought I was sick, just that I was sick - cos it may well have been some completely different cause, who knows?) Cold compresses, cool drink, just gorgeous. They managed to get me to reach a state where I could board my plane south. YOUR POOL, I simply LOVE. I swam twice. Once in the morning and again when I had a break just after lunch. The rooms were clean, the rooms were quiet. Everything superb. Last night I stayed in Canberra at a non Novotel, the staff there were atrocious. Made your guys even more impressive than we already thought. I honestly do not have any constructive criticism. Keep treating your staff well, please let them know how much they are appreciated. Oh and the fruit platter and cookies served for our workshop were great; I was so sad I couldn't eat them on day 2. Wished I had a Tupperware. Thank you so much, I will be recommending your hotel as often as I can. We, as a company will definitely stay again. Thank you to you and to your staff.....ALL OF THEM......great coffee too :)
