Strange, with the snow the bridge access was closed so the only way I could see to get there was very very dangerous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Signs are neede at the airport.

« Could have been better »

Not a great stay. Paris Orly Airport was in shut-down because of snow, and it was nearly impossible for me to get to the hotel (it took nearly 3 hours to get from the west terminal to the hotel), and made worse by the fact that the walkway that connects the south terminal to the hotels was closed because of the weather. Directions on web site could be better, including a back up should the walkway be closed. Also, I had an accident by hitting my head on the mirrored bathroom door. The hotel doesn't have any sort of first aid provision so I had to be attended by another resident who happened to be a doctor. Whilst this was an unfortunate accident I can't help but feel that the mirrored bathroom doors are not a sensible choice - I'm sure I wont be the first to walk into one, and sure I wont be the last. Finally, thee breakfast cost me nearly 20 euros and the choice was poor. All I wanted is some fresh fruit salad (which I couldn't find) and some orange juice (but the orange juice was empty). Had I been paying the bill for myself I would have asked for a refund for breakfast as all I had was half a glass of orange juice.

Good: New hotel, so many things are (still) good: bed, fitness, flatscreens, wifi-quality Bad: The staff is young, doesn't satisfy customer needs: - poor/no English spoken - slow service, 3 course meal takes 4 hours to service + had to cancel orders since coffees didn't arrive after 40 minutes - personnel starts arguing when customers complain Expensive parking, vending machine often broken >90% of TV channels are French

« Modern facilities with much fewer teething problems than last months stay. »

A two night stay but with the snow delaying my first nights stay I did not dine in. The second nights stay was also a late arrival and again I did not dine in. The staff were friendly and inviting. Pleased that this visit my bottle water was replaced.

You think airport hotel, you think boring, impersonal, cold... well this place is quite different. Great team, daring design, good food. A real pleasure all round and within easy walking distance of the airport. We were very pleasantly surprised.

« Great hotel , friendly staff. »

Staff was friendly. Hotel new , clean and cosy decorated. Food was good. Only issue was that one of the nights we could not have dinner in the restaurant and no eat at the bar due to the visit of the President of Accor France. Also we were forbidden to hear our choice of music at the Novotel Jukebox at the bar because of the visit of the President of Accor France. "You will understand that". I think this is a little bit strange and not very friendly.

Arrived on 22.Jan. for 2 days of Business Meetings in Paris Orly Airport. Since I was early I tried to check into the Hotel around noon for a quick drop of baggage and refresher of my clothes (something that has worked without any Problems in the former Hilton Orly for the last 12 years) and was told that the while the Hotel room was free and available, I could only have it after 1400 or would have to pay an additional € 20 for every hour I took it early. That does not strike me as beeing very customer friendly at all. Otherwise the checkin in the evening was quick and handled efficently and friendly. The Hotel is new and the room has everything I needed, with the exception of a master light Switch next to the bed. All lights have to be switched off independently and the only main Switch is next to the door, not very convenient if you are already lying in bed :-( Breakfast was OK, the variety of fruit offered is very limited, the staff in the Restaurant was friendly and attentive. Needless to say that I vacated the room at 0800 in the morning and did not get € 20 back for every hour I left before the official hour that one has to leave the room ;-) All in all the experience was good but our group of total 10 people attending the bi-yearly meeting will probably try another Airport Hotel in Paris Orly which might be more flexible in certain aspects.

We were booked for one night only in able to get a connecting flight the next day. Unfortunately my youngest daughter became ill late at night and vomited all over the bed sheets. After going downstairs because I was not able to decipher how to use the telephone to call the lobby ( there are no instructions) I met with a worker who I explained my problem. She said she would assist and shortly thereafter a manager and a worker showed up to my door with new and extra bedsheets and took away the soiled ones. I appreciated their prompt assistance. However For the restaurant dinner service , it was very poor. I was attempted to be seated on 2 "bad tables" and eventually moved myself to a better seating . The food was lousy and service worst only because their was one waitress servicing the entire area. I did not expect much in terms of airport hotel food however for the price it needs to be improved.

« Nice facilities, clean and modern »

Staff were helpful, facilities were good. Very good gym. Bar food was a little bit small, could do with being larger portions, I had fish and chips and the fish was two very small pieces of fish. Location was excellent. Main feedback point was the refill of breakfast items (sausage bacon and egg) were cold when they came out of the kitchen, this really is not good enough and the food should be cooked fresh then served.

« Ok, main n'a pas eu la facture apres sejour par mail comme promis »

Hotel and restaurant is fine to excellent. Reception without desk a new experience. But there has not been the follow-up with an overall invoice being send by mail as promised. This is not very satisfying, as this is needed to balance my credit-cards withdrawels :-(

For such a short stay we cannot speak highly enough of the welcome, helpfulness and friendlines of all the staff. The room was clean and very fit for purpose. Only one minor niggle. There were no instructions for use of the telephone in the room.

« Fantastic Location, Good for Business trips »

It was good the hotel, very close to the terminals. Just had a issue in the room for around one Hour a metalic noise coming from the air conducts and i found the mattress too soft compared to the other Novotels beds. Overall experience was good. Will return.

« Hungry »

We had a friendly welcome from the reception, as the hotel is new rooms was spacious and clean. But we where hungry we where traveling all day with no food, we chose Novotel as we knew there is room service in Novotels around the world on arrival we found out this is not the case so finally was disappointed i could have saved almost 60€ going to Ibis. As well we chose Novotel as we know normally you have all the diffrent soaps and shampool tooth bruch etc. We had to go to the reception to ask for aditional things like the tooth brush its not such a difficult task but 1 in the morning after traveling sins 4am the previoius day you wish all is ready and not like a budget hotel with a body wash shampool in one (I expect that from Ibis not from novotel)

Dear Mr KRUGER, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. However, I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Indeed, we have opened last month and apparently we still need to fine-tuned some of our services. As for your diner, we apologize since you should have been able ton find someting at anytime - Our restaurant is from now on open until 11pm and we have also put in place a 24h offer made of cold and hot snacking. Eventually the lack of shampoo and soap is definitely a mistake from our part. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
