the suite is priced 810€ and for that price furniture and the floor were dirty ... the couch was not folded properly, bath robe was thrown on a table, mini bar empty as we were told we could pic-up all we wanted ... etc check-out next morning, we shared our poor experience and the front desk told us "yes we know ... not much we can do about it" I have shared this terrible experience on tripadivisor and since then, nobody cares Dominique H. 06 89 37 44 72

« A really excellent stay in all respects. »

Everything was really good from arrival, room, concierge, restaurant, furnishing and ambience. I would love to stay again. Three people worthy of mention, Prisca on reception, Angela in the restaurant and a petite blonde on concierge but her name escapes me!

The pools are fantastic : opening hours, ambiance, lights, temperature, length, ( a covered space to leave the towel would be appreciated in rainy and cold weather , going around the barrier isn’t ideal) the hammam isn’t really hot, not enough hook to hang the dressing gown, only 4 , if more than 4 persons in the hammam then sharing the hooks.., the quiet space is for residents and members , again, too small. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet or a la carte breakfast, plentiful and delicious but if one comes down after 10h00 on Sunday morning then one has to queue for a table and eats what is left, not everything is refreshed.It was my birthday , no special treat !!!

Nice hotel but feeling discriminated against at the reception (another couple has been provided with long explanations, my partner and I were just given the key and some basic info). The odor is the corridor at the room floor is very strong (cleaning product) and the brasserie food is not ok.

Staff are young and enthusiastic even when we were checking out at 4.00am. Breakfast was extensive. Concierge helpful. The pools are the reason we chose this hotel and we were not disappointed.

« A unique hotel with unequalled facilities for keen swimmers. »

We loved the room with its view over the outdoor pool. Everything was modern, clean and spacious- especially for Paris! We enjoyed a family lunch in the restaurant. The staff were uniformly pleasant, helpful and professional. It was disappointing that our non - guest grand daughters could not swim unless we paid £180 euros for a massage/spa package. We did enjoy our swim and those fabulous pools are great assets. It is about 500 metres to the nearest restaurants and the hotel is some distance from where our family lives but we would still like to use it again . Great credit must be given to Accor and MGallery for having the vision to convert this iconic building into accommodation which is among the most comfortable and spectacular in Paris.

I couldn't recommend this place any higher. Please do yourself a favour and stay here next time you're in Paris! The hotel is just beautiful, with a great Spa and an amazing restaurant (eat there and taste the food, please...) The staff, well, from the reception to the restaurant, from the cleaning ladies to the kitchen, EVERYBODY is so helpful and friendly and ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE speaks english!! From the moment we arrived to our departure, the staff was very helpful and eager to help with everything we needed. We think the pools are better in person than the pictures you see. The room set up is very accommodating, especially if you are tall.
