« Staff not at standard »

The hotel is very nice and up to standard. However the same does not apply to its staff. From reception to the restaurant it’s been a big disspointment. Twenty minutes to check in with only two people ahead of us. 4 staff members, they don’t care or try to speed up checking. When it comes to having dinner, there is no table as we have not booked. We tell them we are guests. Does not matter. They hVeoutsode reservations. Mmmm won’t come back

Clean, quiet and functional room. Personnel is efficient and keen although a bit overwhelmed at breakfast peak-time in the lunchroom area, may need 1-2 additional staff to support demand. Great swimming pool and spa area, friendly staff.

« Amazing hotel but very badly serviced »

I have stayed several times. The Hotel is wonderful is no many ways, but I was stunned by how run down, damaged it is: unusable bathtub, full of permanent stains, broken glass doors, broken glass floor in the corridor, stained sofas in every suite. It looks like it should close down for renovations already! You should get more senior staff and a competent property manager.

« great service, wonderful facilities, pleasant experience »

This was the third time we spent at the Molitor as family (with our now 15-month old girl). Along with obviously loving the pools, we enjoy the service from the great staff and the quality of the rooms. Staying at the Molitor provides an opportunity to get away from the city while still being in the city - this is definitely ideal for some great R&R for all three members of our family!

« Nice Stay »

The rooms were great and the service was good. However, each day after the cleaning was done, they never put back any glasses after taking the used glasses. I had to request every single day for new glasses, which is a bit inconvenient but not the end of the world.

« Nice but internet issues »

Despite much effort, the limited internet speed and wifi issues prevented me from working on critical business needs. I had to relocate to another place to accomplish my work. Speeds should be MUCH better than 10 Mbs, the "Premium" speed that is purchased. Please CHARGE MORE but provide more for your business needs.

like the hotel because of its cool vibe, big pool and boutique hotel athmosphere. didn't like that the bar was closed in the evening because of a private event, that's a bad guest experience.

« Always very pleasant »

We regularly visit the MGALLERY Molitor hotel. Though this time was less enjoyable as the hotel wsa invaded by a Citroen DS incentive seminar, it remains a very good hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. Fitness and pool are second to none (though indoor pool was closed to bring in Citroen cars).

Nice interior design overall. Good service However like other sofitel hotels in Paris, the quality of pastries is a bit disappointing. The short baguette bread on Sunday morning was not fresh from the morning.

I am willing to pay for awesome customer service, fabulous accommodations/amenities and great food anytime. I got all that in our stay at Hotel Molitor. Hotel is a 10-min walk from Metro. There was nothing to complain about.

« Great Hotel, Restaurant good food, service not so good. »

Very original Hotel, great rooms, very nice pool and sporting facilities, the only thing which was not to the standard is the service, no valet parking (it was initially offered but after they asked us to park it ourselves), restaurant told us they where fully booked, after some complaining they suddenly did have a table within 2 minutes while 2 minutes earlier they told us it would be a 50 minutes wait.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The personal were all so nice and friendly. Looked the look of the hotel and all the artwork. Our room was beautiful. Loved that one of the walls overlooked the pool, so cool. Everything was clean as well. The breakfast was amazing and so much to choose from and everything tasted so great.

« Loved the experience... with one caveat »

This is the second time I stay at the Molitor and I love pretty much everything about it. The staff is very helpful and nice, the food is delicious, the hotel is impeccable, rooms are good size, I like the water pressure, beds are comfy, location is perfect (not super centric so not in a noisy location... but still very accessible), and u absolutely love the pools, both the indoor and the outdoor ones. The one big caveat this time is that I got stomach sick after eating something at breakfast there, and I was sick throughout my entire flight back home. I think accidents happen so for me it's not a big deal but I still wonder whether it could've been prevented by management? Computers at business center could be faster, more responsive. Also it would be nice to have at least one with a non French keyboard!
