« Perfect location for Rolland Garros! »

We enjoyed our stay again this year. An oasis of calm amid the chaos. Great rooms, excellent breakfast. My only gripe (as last year) is that the selection of food and wine in the restaurant and for room service is surprisingly poor for a good quality hotel in Paris. We would have eaten regularly in the hotel if the restaurant and menu were decent. Unfortunately that was not the case.

Amazing place. Gray decoration. Bar and restaurant were very good and good at price. Breakfast offers a large choice of everything. Rooms are clean and comfy.

« A Five Star Hotel in every way - but 6 stars in ambiance! »

Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful Concierge service very helpful and went out of their way to explain directions and book massages -thanks Helene. The food in the Bistro and the Roof restaurant was absolutely wonderful - the best burger I have ever eaten! I know the Spa is run by Clarins but PLEASE can you ask for an English translation of their services? I tried to book two massages online but there was no description I could understand. Helene of the concierge service explained them to me and booked it up - confirming when we arrived. If it had not been for her help I would not have booked them up. Clarins are missing out on business by not having a translation of their services. Our room was very clean and the staff polite and friendly. The exceptional outdoor pool with the lights that change colour at night is mesmerising - the stuff dreams and memories are made of. Thank you for a very memorable 5 days.

« Very close to Roland Garros »

If you want a place close to Roland Garros then this is the place to book. We were only in town for one night and going to the tournament. We wanted to close to the venue to minimize our travel time in Paris. We were only steps away from the entrance so this location was perfect. Inside the hotel was swanky with a good vibe. Front desk service and the restaurant service was top notch.

« A wonderful stay in a very special hotel. »

The service at the hotel was outstanding. How amazing, too, to be able to swim ‘en plain air’ and to lounge in relaxing deck chairs around the pool. It was particularly special to be in a 1930’s lido building with such an important history.

« petit séjour avec ma femme »

the hotel is very nice and the pool, the room was very nice and the food was surprisingly good in both the terrace restaurant and the rooftop, the breakfast was also good. I have to say that the service in the hotel is absolutely shockingly bad. I have never seen such bad service in a 5 Star hotel. Generally the staff are nice , young people - especially in the rooftop where they had no (ZERO) experience but were nice people. The reception and concierge were terrible, the receptionist was actually very rude and the concierge did nothing. Although the person collecting the bags from the room was very good, when my wife arrived on Friday on her own nobody offered to help her with her large bag. There is no turndown service and NOBODY answers the phones - EVER - if you are in the hotel or outside. I never write reviews and never reply to these questionnaires but I felt I had to on this occasion. I will go back to the Molitor and did enjoy my stay but I really think you could do so much better - not a 5 star hotel experience.

« Swimming pool not accessible after the check out ?!?! »

I travelled everywhere in the world in all classes of hotels, i had never seen that before your place. I was explanaed that « c’est mieux gérer les flux ». Your customers are a « flux » ? The swimming pool was empty. The company who invited me paid about 40 rooms, booked conference and a roof top for a lunch. One customer asked for staying around the swimming pool for waiting for his next appointment, it was explained that he was out of the Authorized « flux ». It is a shame, I was thinking to use your hotel for my regular trips in Paris. You killed this project.

« Enjoyable stay in an iconic hotel »

Chose this hotel because of the vintage swimming pools which did not disappoint. Excellent restoration of indoor and outdoor pools. Indoor pool sometimes unavailable for hotel guests to use due to use by schools. Use of voucher card for towel use a bit haphazard as not always someone on desk to take/return. One small niggle in that coffee capsules provided for use in Nespresso machine were not genuine Nespresso but inferior quality: however to be fair when we pointed this out to the Housekeeper we were provided with genuine capsules.

« Everything went by the book during our four day stay. »

Everything went by the book during our four day stay. The only thing which cause me not to give 10 was the poor performance of rooftop bar personnel. It felt weird to be told that we have only 30 minutes of time to have our drinks due fully booked tables and then waiter didn't show up in next 20 minutes, there was no shortage of personnel, it looked more like they just didn't know what to do there.

« Schedule / opening time for Gym and Pool »

Hi there, Love your hotel - however I'm upset you cannot open the gym earlier... for any business traveller it's a HUGE Minus - any anglo-saxon or jet-lagged would like to accesss the gym as early as 6am.... Same for the pool schedule - not opened early enough + schools are monopolizing the indoor as early as 8am. Hope you can fix this sometime soon. Cheers
