Great location across from Roland Garros. Rooftop restaurant was pleasant. However, service elsewhere in the hotel was terrible. Morning breakfast was chaotic and disorganized. Staff was rude and unresponsive. When trying to order room service from the menu in the room, the person on the phone was unable to communicate with us in English. We had to go down to the front desk to point out what we wanted so they could call room service for us. Despite the room service menu stating items on one of the pages were available all day, we were told that the chef didn't come in until a certain time and nothing could be delivered before then. The front desk guaranteed us a taxi for an early morning ride to the airport. A half hour beyond the time we requested, and after multiple discussions with hotel staff, one finally arrived. The rooms were small and uncomfortable. Little to no counter space in the bathroom. One side table by the bed was tiny and useless. A wholly dissatisfying experience.

The reception team told you would be called within 10 minutes as they were not avaialable. By that time, you called twice and reached the room service team. They beagan to cook your order. However we were sorry that you felt misunderstood. You decided to go see the reception team to make sure that they understood well. The reception team checked with the room service and they did well noted what you wanted. Nonetheless, we sincerely regret the inconveniences you faced. We have well noted your comments regarding the breakfast service and have shared them with our manager to understand what happened. We will make sure to reinforce our standards. We have six different categories of room, the classis is the smallest. Do not hesitate to contact our Guest Service team who is at your entire diposal to suggest a room that completely suits your expectaitons. Really enjoyed our stay. The various concierges were quite helpful. The restaurant staff was always cordial and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Proximity to Roland Garros was the main reason we chose the Mollitor, and we couldn’t have gotten any closer! Loved Paris and your hotel.

This is an extraordinary hotel. You feel like you are living at the beach in the middle of Paris. The rooms are modern and smartly appointed (the three lamps over the table do get in the way). The pool and exercise facilities are amazing. The two restaurants are very good. Breakfast is outstanding. Service at the rooftop restaurant is not as good as downstairs, but the view is spectacular. The hotel has easy access to the Metro, although it is a bit off the beaten path in Paris.

Friendly and efficient staff at reception, and in the restaurant. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Cleaning services were very good. Bathroom products by Clarins were excellent quality. Hotel are carefully banned single-use plastic. We would suggest the bath towels be changed for softer ones, as ours were quite rough and possibly nearing end of life. We would also suggest to add an adapter for travellers from foreign countries to easily plug their electronics for recharging. We would also suggest to add an extra chair for seating/relaxing. Thank you for your welcome and service. We highly recommend your hotel and look forward to another stay with you.

Second stay in this unique place. eceptional environment. A wonderful urban 5 stars. Very efficient and kind staff. Exceptional music soundtrack perfectly fitting with the decoration concept. The rooftop restaurant is the place to be (mandatory booking) with here again a perfect music sound and an excellent atmosphere. Cooking is fair, the wine list should be extended (getting same choice as in the brasserie of the ground-floor).

I enjoyed the facilities of the hotel tremendously. The setting is very beautiful, historic and relaxing. Some of the services can be improved for a 5 star hotel. On two occasions basic mistakes were made in the restaurant and also a lost item was kindly identified to my PA but when another team member went to collect it the following day the front desk staff could not help. I have had to pay to have it shipped back the UK which could have been avoided.

Upon arrival, having requested a baby cot in our room, we found that though there was a cot, a single bed had been added for no apparent reason. This then had to be removed. The next morning, the cleaner knocked on the door as we were about to leave. We politely informed her that we needed five minutes (as we were putting baby in his pram). She rolled-her eyes and looked irritated. When we returned that afternoon, the remote control for the TV had gone, and therefore we could not switch-off the TV. On the way out that afternoon, we informed reception of the fact that the remote control was missing. They promised to replace it. When we got back, the remote control had not been replaced and I had to pull the power wire out of the TV in order to switch it off. The next morning, I called downstairs and asked for a remote control to be sent. A technician arrived with a new remote controller. Having given me the remote control, he then stood awkwardly, clearly expecting a tip. I closed the door. I then ordered a continental breakfast. It arrived, but with the yogurt forgotten. I had to call and get this sent up. So, a whole lot of low-level problems which collectively made a stay at the hotel deeply frustrating. My wife is French and did the majority of ordering etc. so this cannot be put down to the staff being unable to understand me.

We arrived having already checked in online. We were given our two adjoining rooms right away. Perfect so far. Unfortunately one of those two rooms stank of cigarette smoke despite the fact that it was a non smoking room and that a sign to that effect was clearly displayed under the room number. This was unacceptable particularly as our son was with us. Why was that not noticed before by the cleaning staff ? We complained and waited at the bar for over an hour. We had to go to reception twice to get this resolved. In the meantime we have a 7 year old desperate to use the pool and he has to wait. Finally we were given an upgrade to a suite and all was settled.

I liked: the afternoon by the pool working, the room service and the staff , the late check-out at 1:30 pm, the concierge Floriane I hated: nobody to welcome at check-in because staff too busy finishing previous task on their computers, waiting 25 minutes for coffee when waiting for my room, my driver being insulted by the portier because he was waiting for me in front of the entrance door.

The art and history of the Hotel Molitor Paris really impressed me. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pools are amazing!!! Even though the weather was a bit on the cold side for the outside pool, my daughter really enjoyed the inside pool. Overall a great experience. It’s also very close to the metro.

This was an unfortunate experience, as my overall stay was good, however the mistake the hotel made of charging me for nights I didn't stay has made me give the Hotel rating a 1. When arriving at the hotel I confirmed that I would be checking out on the Friday and would not be staying the two extra nights. This was accepted and in no way was I made aware that I would be charged for these two nights, nor that it was an issue of any kind. I checked out on the Friday and was charged for the nights I stayed, no mention of any other monies due. A few days later you send me an email advising you've deducted the cost of two nights stay off my credit card. When I challenged this, I was told that I required to give 7 days notice. None of this was made clear at the point of booking nor at any point. There have been several emails back and forth on the matter between Juliette Durand and Sam Broughton and Justine Bain at the Molitor and it has ended with the Molitor giving me back 1 night, which I do not think is enough. The full amount should have been refunded, as I did not stay, and I was not informed of any required notice to cancel. 2 full days notice was given to the hotel when I arrived, this should have been sufficient. The result of this will be that Activision will not use your hotel again, as we cannot risk our employees being treated as I have been and nor will we recommend it.
