The most exciting parts were the swimming pools. Unfortunately, the Finnish sauna is very small.

« Very nice hotel and amazing Breakfast »

This hotel is one of the best. Far from the "too much" of certain other 5 stars in Paris the service is perfect. The Rooms are very nice and well equipped. Only negative thing is that my Wifi was not working well during rush hours... I was room 320 on the other side of the hotel so maybe too far and the signal was not perfect. The breakfast is one of the best one I have ever had in a hotel.

Generally, happy with the stay, however for a 5 star hotel I was a little surprised by some of the staff at reception who would not go the extra mile to be helpful.

« Badly surprising »

We've reserve since november 2018 a room for 3 (2 adults + 1 child). We arrived at 9pm, remind to the receptionist for the 2nd bed. We've been assured that everything was ready. We had diner at the hotel and get back to our room at 10:30, with our 12 years old kid sick and tired. And … the room was for 2. Finaly the room was ready at ...11:15pm. The day after, we asked to the reception desk to make the room only after 4pm after our leaving for diner. Back at the hotel at 20:30. The room was not made !!! We had a 10% discount on one night as a compensation. But the (night) service impression left is really bad. This Hotel desserves much better care.

« Nice new hotel, nice and relatively calm location, typical Accor Flaws making it difficult to recommend »

The Molitor Paris is a wonderful location, the rooms are fantastic, the pool and other amenities are great. So plus for Real Estate, unfortunately a Hotel consist roughly 60% of real estate and 40% of service. There the picture roughly brakes down, in typical Accor group fashion, chronologically: 1. Reservation: the reservation system for a prepaid room gives a reservation error (with zero help from the central booking office) because the timeout on the wesite is shorter than the authorisation delay of the credit cards ... (??????) after which you card is debited anyway (probably resulting in recurrent double payment of rooms, great for Accor, less so for the clientele); 2. A couple of days before the stay an elaborate mail arrives from the Concierge describing hotel amenities and additional service to be potentially arranged by the Concierge. It does not say, nor does the concierge say this during a subsequent phone call announcing our late arrival, that on the day of our check-out the Hotel surroundings will be closed by the Police because of a football match going on in Parc des Princes (making things easy for customers traveling by car...like us). 3. At our arrival, the check-in desk is unable to locate the reservation because not familiar with the Accor IT System (! -> management and training anyone?) 4. Finally our (prepaid) reservation is located in the system and we are put aside because we (!!!!!!!!) made the other customers wait far too long (!!!!!!) so their luggage will be handled before ours. Right. This is the reason why, as a frequent traveler, I try to avoid Accor, check-in and check-out is almost always a problem.

We are really sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and we would like to present you our sincerest apologies. We are surprised that you have encountered difficulties in making your booking online. After checking with our system, we can certify that your reservation fell into our system on January 14th with the corresponding payment. Our Guest Service Team ensures daily check of reservations before the stay of our guests to facilitate the arrival to the hotel. Because of the location of our establishment, MOLITOR is in fact in a safe zone during games which take place in the nearby sports facilities. We are doing our best during games nights : we want our guests arriving at the hotel by car can find a valet as quickly as possible in order to not been impacted by the situation of our neighborhood. We sincerely regret that your arrival and check-in did not go well. This does not reflect the quality of service we are used to delivering. We take into consideration all your remarks and they are very usefull in our constant search for improvement. However, if you wish to give us a second chance, we will not fail to heal your coming fo fully regain your trust. In the meantime, we remain at your disposal for any further information. The hotel is situated in a historical setting but has been completely stripped out of its character during its renovation. It was renovated with extremely bad taste. It's a shame. Not worth it.

Molitor used to be an abandoned building that was used by underground Parisian artists. « Not so good »

It's was ok, but need to add more cleaning in rooms, our carpet was dirty, bathroom has mold. The breakfast buffet need to add more fresh food and fruits, the orange juice taste so bad. Staff in the restaurant have attitude. The only nice person was Helena in CONCIERGERIE, she's very nice, has manners and sweet. She deserves to be the manager.

« Incredible sport facility, friendly staff but very inconsistent service »

Very inconsistent service: *we arrived at 4pm after a long car journey to be told that 2 out of our 3 rooms were not available... *we had 2 executive rooms but one was fully furnished and the other one only partly: no armchair no front of bed bench *the floor towel for the shower was not provided every day *one bath robe was taken with the towels and we lost the swimming glasses that were in its pocket

« Why is there still a €600 hold on my credit card two weeks after departure? »

I still have a €600 pre-authorisation charge held on my credit card, two weeks after departure. The room and all costs were paid in advance as part of a business booking, so this is completely unacceptable.

As you can see in attachment, on the credit card cancellation receipt it is written “cloture dossier sans debit” which is mean “close without debit”.
