In general the IBIS is the same in all countries, but in Bogotá is a few different with a special breakfast, with many fruits and options and a high level in the restaurant - CEVICHE. It's only put a frigobar in the room will be perfect.

The hotel has a great location and serves a great breakfast. Staff can speak English and arranged transportation to the airport for us. For the price that I paid, I think this was a very good value. I will definitely stay here again

I stayed for business for 3 days and enjoyed this hotel. Its very centrally located, the rooms are nice and clean and upscale, and I lounged in the reception area for a while waiting to go to the airport very comfortably. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for business or pleasure. Its very close to Monserate and many museums.

The staff is great, especially the people in reception and the cleaners. In the past I've found that the lower-level rooms can have a bit too much street noise so I try to stay up high, where the street noise is an acceptable background hum. The rooms are small and European style, and the beds a bit hard for an aging gringa, but basically comfortable and convenient. The shower is great. The internet was down when I arrived the first night but reliable after that. The ceviche in the attractive restaurant is delicious and the rest of the food is adequate, but there is better food--including better breakfasts--very close by. The location is super convenient to everywhere I need to go and all of the sights--walking distance to everything in the daytime, short taxi ride otherwise. I love the neighborhood but its not for everyone as its a bit dangerous at night.

Horrible hotel not worth the Accor name

The internet never worked. I had to dial into three conference calls using my mobile phone. This cost me hundreds of dollars. Every single one of my FaceTime, Skype, what’sapp voice calls was interrupted at least five times by the internet dropping the call or dropping the audio temporarily. It was horrible and frustrating. Every Friday and Saturday there was loud music that I could hear in the room until two in the morning. I slept horribly during these times and came back exhausted because of this. I feel ripped off, cheated. The experience of staying in your hotel was almost laughably bad. I really like Accor hotels and around the world ibis has given me a lot of value for money. But this sucked. It’s sucked so bad that beforehand I would not have been able to believe how horrible it was. I complained and this was just shrugged off by staff. I really felt that they didn’t give a damn.

The price doesn’t match the quality, the space, the nor service. The bed night table lamp didn’t work nor the power socket. The cleaner opened the door after one knock in the morning thinking the room was empty.. not cool.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and will probably stay there in the future the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are adequate, not very roomy. Beds are very comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful, good for sleeping. The hotel is well-located; it's easy to get around Bogotá from there, at least to the places I'm interested in. The buffet breakfast is good, and helpful for conveniently getting your day started in this area of the city. I wish the dinner menu were more varied and included more modestly-priced items. I've never eaten dinner there, mostly because of the prices. The rooms are not very expensive, but not exactly a bargain either.
