« Would have liked to be able to get ice. Tissues, little frigde and microwave are a travelers friend. »

Staff super friendly. Lobby with restaurant & outside seating area convenient and comfortable. Very clean. Felt safe. As a trip, kerp the propane heaters filled. One delivery per week is obviously not enough.

Upon arriving was greeted fine booked with my credit card and had reserved for 3 rooms asked to be on same floor humberto gives me 11th floor and I find out my other guests get the 22nd and 24th floor I asked why am I getting low floor when asked to be same floor or close and gives no answer. Going to elevator my key card does not work take the ride all the way to friends floors then all way back down to only be in line for another 15minutes finally get card working and him not evenin being apologetic or even saying a word just a grim facial expression. Enter room was good but then to shower soap dispenser does not work. Go back down to make another complaint again another 15minutes line up and manager approaches since friends found her at the bar. She's apologetic and I'm wanting to leave hotel or change rooms she puts me on same floor as one friend but humberto doesn't even put me on the same floor when asked to be close by. Just very unprofessional and for all the headaches was a lousy 8am breakfast with manager if we can wake up for that meeting of non sense horrible service by far the worst I've encountered .

Nothing negative about my stay at this top notch hotel. From the front door to the bathroom, everything was taken care of. The staff always had a smile and always eager to help anytime!!!! Very small small extra comment --- no facial tissues were available and the pillow, albeit nice, were too fluffy as I prefer one more firm, and was not available (I used my blanket instead). Was a bit surprising for a hotel of such high prestige. None the less, I was very happy with my stay and well RECOMMENDED.

This is exactly what you get: VALUE! Every penny spent and the service you receive. This is my 5th stay and all of them great. Very few downsides, but none of them that involve the hotel as the directly responsible party, though I guess they could have a solution. I refer to the fact that -due to the extreme controls imposed by the mayor in order to control the anti bullfighting protests- there are no cars allowed in or out of the neighborhood. That makes the check out quite difficult, since the nearest cab could be grabbed 4-5 blocks away. This takes place only on Sundays (January and February), so you keep that in mind. Besides that, everything was perfect and great value!

« The Security team is nervous and aggressive. »

All the experiences were nice but the security team almost complicate my stay. The security team of GAS, is nervous, aggressive nothing intelligent y very intromissioned. The important activity of de security is not candly neither friendly. I suggest will be included women in the security team.

Representative needs to put more attention on the customers. First reservation for January 8th and 9th on room 906, extended for January 10th and finally for January 11th. I got my points only for 2 stays. On the first day, I requested to have my charge open to my room, my credit card was provided to María José, then I had dinner without no problem charged to my room on the 8th. On the 9th, I did a reservation for 9th and 10th for my fiancee on room 1110, then I extended for the 11th. On the 9th, I took a cofee on the restaurant and I told to charged to my room, but this time I could not do it, because I did not have a charge open to my room. When they do the room, the cleaning person needs to verify is everything is ok, but I went to wash my hands and the equipment did not have liquid soap, the following morning when I was taking a shower the equipment did not have liquid soap on the shower. The following day, the cleaned my room, but the forgot to put the plastic glasses, so I have to requested. The TV did not work properly trying to change channels with the remote control. What a shame! Finally, on the day that I was checking out, I told the representative to send me the bill to my email, because I was in a hurry, but until today I have not received the invoive and finally I just realized, you guy never gave me back the open slip that I had with my credit card and signature to charge everything into my room 906 and this is amazing, because you need to put more efforts in what the customer needs to to get back when he check out. I called yesterday night from Peru and spoke with Monica, but she could not take my complaing over the phone because it was too long, even so I spend almosr 12 minutes taking on my long distance call.

The stay at Ibis Museo was a relaxing experience with helpful professional and friendly staff. The location is a perfect distance from the city centre for a tourist visiting the sites, within walking distance, yet not right on top of the busy tourist area of Candelaria. The breakfast was excellent.

Firstable, the hotel fare, was not according that i reserved, it was 7000 pesos more than in the email. The room, smells horrible, like a voltaren gel or something like that, was totally awful, the smell stuck in to the clothes and my backpack. Please, check the room cleaning before assign it to a customer.

We originally booked just one night and were happy with the accomodation and service. We left our bags at the hotel after checkout, which is very helpful - in the afternoon we intended to pick up our bags and head to the airport. Unfortunately, we were robbed in the city and got back to Ibis faced with the daunting task of making contact with family and trying to figure out how to get a replacement passport. Ibis staff was extremely helpful, giving us internet access, helping us call our embassy, recommending a nearby place to pick up a money transfer, loaning us a phone charger, etc. It was an extremely stressful afternoon/evening and your staff was very very helpful throughout.

Location is great, rooms are adequate. Two issues: many of the staff had no other language abilities then Spanish. I am respectful of that, but a hotel with so many international guests one might expect either French or English to be a possibility to communicate with the staff. Secondly, the level of noise (music) during breakfast and dinner was to high, I had several times to ask to put the music down a bit.
