The room was clean, but the location of the source water in shower was bad and coudn't regulate well . The hairdryer didn't work correctly and was very low qualilty.

Clean room and bathroom; acceptable breakfast. Transportation from the hotel very appropriate The traditional clock radio and the Fridge could have been a plus in the room The staff needs to do more effort in answering questions (and speaking) in English. Is Banana a very difficult fruit to find in Bogota?
