I had stayed at the hotel before, so I decided to stay with you again. I liked staying downstairs in 002 because I didn't have to carry upmy case to the first floor. I had supper before going to bed, which was good.

Friendly staff as always. Alarm call did not work on my last morning :-( Parking tickets did not work properly.Lucky ticket operator was onsite to help. Continental breakfast was good. Would prefer a fixed price for my 5 stays up to September?

check-in was straightforward and I was upgraded to a double room. The room was an adequate size and clean. The Wi-Fi was ok on my phone, but I could not connect on my iPad. The night was quiet and check-out was uneventful.

Easy to check in, 504 is a bit of trek with tricky doors to negotiate. breakfast good choice given star rating. quirky and whilst decor not to my choosing, it is pleasant stay for the price.

Comfortable bed, floors a little creaky and the room was right next to the stairwell and could easily hear the floor boards and noise of someone passing. Service was lovely, food was good and room was clean.

Room o.k. Friendly and helpful staff. Waited over an hour for evening meal and was charged £6.90 for a small wine and soda. It was £2.90 over the road so your bar lost 12 guests. Breakfast good.
