Staff are not very flexible, trainees were greeting Accor members. My company booked for 2nights and I extended by 1 more. Staff was inexperienced when check in and I need to check again during the stay to make sure I don't have to change rooms.

This hotel is just a block from the metro (Line 9, Dapuqiao Station), and two blocks from the Tianzifang Night Market, and easy access to so much more. It's a great place to use as your base while exploring Shanghai. Plentiful room service menu (which is great with jetlag), and multiple dining options in the building as well as numerous in the surrounding areas.
