Pullman Shanghai Skyway Hotel was my home for 10 days. I lived in a Executive Room from which you have access to the lounge on 52nd floor. And for me the lounge is the highlight. After a busy working day the lounge is a quiet place to relax. Eat and drink something and enjoy the fantastic view over Shanghai. Speciel thanks to Vince (COO) and the whole Executive Lounge team (Glorie, Ellen, Kira, Miette, Anna, Rachel, Izza). They just do and did a great job!

Hi all, Since I need to have many business travels during whole years, i ve been stayed in different AccorHotels. However, i found out that the executive lounge in Pullman Shanghai Skyway is not that good enough, since the breakfast might have a bad impression on me. The choices of the breakfast is not that much ,and I stayed there for 4 days and only on day 2 i got a kind waitress who helped me cook my egg. And there were some small flies around the muffin desk when the Chinese cuisines are not that hot enough. Since I might be have a trip to Shanghai recently and I hope you will improve the executive lounge next time. Regards, Annie L.

Our experience was pleasant . Staff were friendly and efficient . I thought our room was rather basic given it was on the Executive Level and whilst we had access to the lounge I had expected more benefits. However having said that breakfast was great and staff excellent. Happy hour was also good it unfortunately we didn’t use it every evening .

Though this was my first stay at this hotel but I recommend this hotel whole heatedly to all the Accor members. The loyalty was well recognized and rewarded. I was given a room upgrade as well as access to the executive lounge. The service standard was great and the staff is very attentive and friendly. I must highlight the two charming hostess at the executive lounge Glorie and Kira. They really went out of their way to serve me in the best possible way and make the stay enjoyable. I thank the management and staff and look forward to my next visit.

We stayed here for 7 nights and the staff,rooms ,food and value were excellent. Worth paying for the executive lounge on the 52nd floor and service by Ellen is unbeatable. Make sure you have the hotel address is Chinese to get you back again in taxi's Make sure you visit Tianzifang a short walk from the hotel, very funky and great little bars and shops

The room was very clean and the maid service was excellent. The Executive Lounge was very delightful with a great variety of food and drinks. I also enjoyed the variety of food in the breakfast buffet in the lower level. I'm a bit disappointed though that the spa facilities did not have a hot tub.

The hospitality and the service level at the Executive Lounge at 52 floor fully compensated for the lack og same at the Basement restaurant. Service level at reception was also excellent with full assistance in car bookings, retrieving credit card from ATM via bank etc. We were 2 colleagues traveling together for business and it for sure that we will be back and use Pullman Skyway in the future. From the quick check in, to the arrival in our room, the service was excellent. My suite was 5 star with all the extras that you would expect. I was travelling on business for a week & felt like this was home. For the first time ever I unpacked my bag & placed my clothes on hangers & draws. The rooms were very very clean & the bed exteamely comfortable. The batroom was impecable with great shower & water pressure. I was fortunate enough & had access to the Executive Lounge. First of all the staff were impecable. Their attention to detail was excellent. Jojo couldn't be more accommodating in helping me with wifi & internet connection. Ellen was just an absolute gem. Her ability as a travel guide & food conasure was outstanding, especially her Metro travel guidence. I wish I could remember the names of the other staff as they all deserve credit for their excellent service. The food selection & drinks in the executive longe were fantastic. The breakfarst in the main restaurant was to die for with selection of just about anything you could want. A very big wrap for the Pullman Skyway Shanghai from me. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel & its staff.

When in Shanghai I always stay at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway. I am happy to report that from trip to trip, I can see continuous improvements to what is already a premier property. From the welcome at the front desk to the chambermaid keeping the room spic and span, from the affable waiters and waitresses at the breakfast buffet to the extraordinarily accommodating staff at the 52nd floor executive lounge, my experiences have been positive and really define what the hospitality industry should be about. This last trip I was particularly impressed with Ellen, the friendly and very competent waitress who could, after just a couple of visits, anticipate my wants and made certain that I was well taken care of. At both breakfast buffet and in the dining room, the improvement in the cuisine was noteworthy. Kudos to the kitchen staff for really upping their game! One last point that I've become aware of in recent stays. At the Pullman Shanghai Skyway it is not unusual to see members of management asking diners or guests for their opinion. But it doesn't stop there. The guests comments are listened to and acted on! It's refreshing to see everyone taking their jobs seriously and trying their best to make one's stay even better.

Pullman Shanghai Skyway Hotel has been maintaining its characteristics in comfortable and roomy accommodation, and luxury entertainment at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff and marvellous view at the executive lounge is a big plus. Apart from these, the hotel location is another advantage, central but not too central, and easy reach to subway and restraurants. It has been my first choice of accommodation in Shanghai for the last 5 years.
