The room is quite big and the bathroom is comfortable. My kids is very happy staying here because there is playground too. Just please clean up under the bed too. I see a dead cocroach right under the bed.

The room was really spacious, the service is truly excellent, with the gentlemen helping you finding cab going through the extra miles with his Didi account. The location is really great, near Metro, there are various convenient stores, McD, KFC, nice coffee shop nearby. It is also near Dian Zhi Fang, popular tourist destination.

he temperature was set at 24 degrees in the room and couldn't be changed. (plus you couldn't open the windows) The room was to hot and it was almost impossible to sleep. We were told that the temperature is set Centrally and can't be changed. When we came back to stay at the hotel a week later we had a Junior Suite and there was a temperature control monitor in the room (set at 20 degrees) which could be changed up and down. 20 degrees was about right and we didn't need to change it. I would be reluctant to book a normal room here again, which is a shame as the hotel is in a good location.

This was my third or 4th stay in the Shanghai Pullman Skyway, it was a pleasant experience all the way from checking in to leaving. The rooms have been impeccably clean and comfortable each time, and the breakfast buffet offers a broad variety of authentic Chinese and Western food. The Executive Lounge was used for a business meeting, so there is nothing that I would find lacking. I had booked an early check-in and whilst the room was not quite ready, this did not diminish the overall positive experience. I will definitely come back.

Veryting was good. I just asked reception to register my stay to my accor hotel account but she sold me that its not possible, I must book the room direct from hotel website.. This is nitbfair or true.. I stay in according hotel but I make booking from an agent who take cares if my all plan. Whey I can not comment any point ? Please help to correct that issue. Otherwise I will cancel that account and not book any room from accor. Thanks.
