The service is very satisfied. We asked for a few additional requirements and the hotel can fulfil our needs as much as possible. In addition, the breakfast buffet is excellent with very delicious French pastries and the available time is longer than many other more hotels, which is very reasonable.

The accomodation experience was generally pleasant. The location of the hotel is good. Staff were nice and helpful. The executive lounge had a great view. Only room for improvement: the glass window of the guest room was not so clean.

The Shanghai Pullman Skyway is an excellent hotel, because of its location and the size of the rooms etc... but since beginning this year it seems the quality of the service dropped a bit. I guess because of lack of personnel, or because of personnel rotation. The drop is situated at the reservation, the check-in, the service during breakfast.

As usual, the overall experience was good. The requested additional water bottles had been provided and a sufficient amount of towels was there. The complete ignorance in regard to the defect fridge is not acceptable.

It was great as usual - you're staff have made a big difference. Since my stays are over more than a few days I use the lounge a lot - its great! My only wish would be to improve the gym - it needs an upgrade!!

Concierge staff are great, very helpful and polite. Staff at the check in counters need to show more smile and polite tone when speaking while processing our checkin and checkout procedures. Was not happy on my 2nd last day of my stay as staff rang my doorbell early morning at 6am while i'm still in my slumber, just to ask if i'm going to check out. Followed by the cleaner who asked me if i'm checking out while i'm on my way out of my room for breakfast at the hotel. This could be avoided if the staff have checked to confirm if the room has been booked and paid for the stay duration. And for obvious reasons, the room can't be checked out if there is still customers staying in the hotel room. The reason given to me by the counter staff when i brought the issue up during my checkout on the following day, was that another customer could have mentioned the incorrect room number during his/her checkout. The reason to me was weak. I'm sure there is a better way to improve your checking system.
