First time in Pullman and what a disappointment. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are like from 70s. Old wooden cabinets in the room was obviously dated. Location is good but other than this, not worth the price. It's a 3 star hotel feel.

My second stay at the hotel did not disappoint. Friendly staff who go out of their way to please. Great breakfast and close to major shopping centres and restaurants. This is my second stay and will definitely stay there on my next trip.

Great location. Love the lounge, especially with a new executive chef, the offerings are great both at the lounge and breakfast restaurant. Room was good too, except that I thought it isn't very environmental friendly when toiletries are replaced daily even though they may be slightly used only. Also appreciate it if housekeeping could adhere to DND sign and avoid incessant knocking, especially during weekend mornings

Pleased with the hotel in terms of cleanliness / location. However there were a couple of lowlights during our stay. The TV was fuzzy for all the channels - perhaps too old model. The most unacceptable was drilling works happening on our second last day of our stay at 850am, even after contacting the front desk about the matter, the drilling happened again within the next 30minutes for about 10minutes. The intention to sleep-in was disturbed by the noise. Otherwise, good property and location

We stayed 6 nights in Pullman, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The team at Pullman was attentive and provided excellent service. We were expecting parcels which they helped us to track and follow up on. Will definitely return and recommend this place!

« Nice hotel, reasonable location, but a little expensive for the location. »

Counter service and breakfast area is excellent and if you are le accord members too. Much better than over at le royal meridian my regular hotel. Good selection of porridge my favourite for biz travel but food quality standard is little lower than le royal meridian perhaps due to difference in pricing but as said pullman location cannot be compared with le royal meridian therefore pullman really need to improve a little more on its food quality to attract biz traveler. One thing really stand out is its excellent front office service and breakfast table area, very homely and attentive. This surpass le royal meridian stabdard. However, the room rates is a little expensive for that kind of location.

A good 4-star hotel in reasonably good proximity to the French Concession East and West, especially for the variety of western food outlets at the outdoor mall at Xintiandi and even closer to the must-see Tianzifang market shops, both within walking distance.

As usual we stayed at the Skyway whilst in Shanghai. The Staff are very attentive and check in was simple. The Club Floor is very good and the Happy Hour was great way to unwind. Concierge was very helpful and the location is fun in the evenings. However why did you close the garden bar????? You have a magnificent courtyard in the heart of Shanghai and now we can't have a drink in it. Please have a rethink with this. Otherwise everything else was fine and I still think you have the best breakfast!

Very nice hotel centrally located in Shanghai. Easy access with metro system and taxis available at the entrance. Rooms are good and spacious (got a small suite). Breakfast downstairs is good quality and as expected. Breakfast at the executive lounge at top floor was not so good as very limited choice. Wifi was ok, but not very fast.

The house really needs a renovation. Rooms and facilities are old. Not clean, even the decoration of the breakfast. Service quality is below average. It is not offering what you might expect from an international chain.

Pullman Shanhai Skyway is really a nice hotel. The room is nice and spacious and the staff are also nice, especially the staff on the Executive Lounge name Angel and a young gentleman I forgot his name. They both are very helpful and attentive. My only complain to this hotel is on the breakfast that I feel the breakfast in the restaurant is too local and does not reflected Pullman standard. Breakfast in the lounge is quite simple as well. Within walking distance of around 10 minutes walk, there is an area where (I forgot the name) where there are many bars, restaurants and small shops that the setting is like old style, which is very nice environment.

Good location, amazing 270 degree views of Shanghai from the club lounge on the 52 floor. Rooms lovely and everything worked well. Club floor staff attentive, welcoming and professional. Beautiful serene design and nice choice of wine. Definitely stay there again. Non-smoking room smelt of cigarettes though but this is China.

The hotel is in good location with metro within 2 min. walk and plenty of shop and eatery around. I am an Accor Gold member so had a free room upgrade to executive room but is of a nice large room. The disappointing aspect is it's customer service starting from check-in. First, the priority check-in desk for Accor Silver and upper member was not staffed. The front desk staff when did the check-in had a unwelcoming expression, did not even bother to explain where the lift was, that my room has been upgraded, where to go for breakfast nor provided me with complementary welcome drink vouchers that I was entitled to as a Gold member. Then the waiter at the breakfast was poorly trained as well. Asked for a coffee, after 10 mins wait, apparently the waiter ordered but forgot to collect and bring it to me, then there was some intermitte issue with the swipe card reader on the room door, reported to front desk but problem was never fixed nor any update given. Given the lack of service, I probably opt to stay at another Accor hotel on my next visit to Shanghai.

There was a trip as you might met once a life,very nice location,very lovely people and the best service I had received. Even is not the first time staying here,I always found something which always miss once I left the hotel.But,I have to mention one issue:the computers at the 52florrs,at the Executive Floor,are not slowly...are out of date.That is one big problem if you do not have your own notebook and need to work on the computer.

Just a few minutes walk from Da Pu MTR and around two minutes more you could reach the famous attraction Tian Zi Fang. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Room for improvement - the air conditioning system and the towels, which were a bit worn out. On the good side, the service of the young lady on the 15 floor was excellent. Breakfast was also good.
