a modern hotel with spacious room. Close to Metro. The Executive Club staff are helpful and friendly. Some training may be needed on English tea as they are a bit confused.

This is my preference hotel when in SHANGHAI as it nearby my working place , easy to access dinning and shopping. The only issue is not easy to get taxi morning .

- Pleasant check-in at front desk - Room space was good. Bed and pillow were TOO SOFT, causing stiff neck and back pain. - Very helpful staff at the lobby when we required transport and direction to destinations - Pleasant experience at club floor with the staff and food - Pleasant experience at breakfast lounge - Well equipped centre - House keeping was rather average - Hassle-free check-out

We arrive at the hotel at 12:30noon. Our rooms are not yet ready so we went to eat lunch first at the hotel restaurant. The front desk promised us that our rooms will be ready at 2pm or even earlier. When we went back at 2pm, our rooms are not yet ready because the guest inside our rooms all requested for late check outs and that the hotel has only one housekeeping personnel assign to each floor to clean all the rooms in that floor. What a liar! How can a 5* hotel like Pullman has one cleaning personnel assign to each floor? She even blame us by stating the reason for the rooms not to be ready for us is because we requested for rooms on the same floor. Yes, we did request for it but we did that request 2 weeks before our check-in date and it wll depend on room availability only. ( By the way, our rooms are only made available for us to use at 4pm already).

The room was good. Except that the Wifi was very bad. The Commection was poor and it keeps dropping off . Breakfast was ok but dinner was a bit of a letdown as the food wasn't that good.

Pleased with the hotel in terms of cleanliness / location. However there were a couple of lowlights during our stay. The TV was fuzzy for all the channels - perhaps too old model. The most unacceptable was drilling works happening on our second last day of our stay at 850am, even after contacting the front desk about the matter, the drilling happened again within the next 30minutes for about 10minutes. The intention to sleep-in was disturbed by the noise. Otherwise, good property and location

Recently I stayed in the Pullman Skyway Hotel in Shanghai. This hotel is very central located and with the stunning view around the city on the 52nd floor and the extremely friendly staff this stay was a very nice experience and I only can strongly recommend it. With the playground in B1 floor it is also very suitable for families with kids.

This was a good stay - I have stayed many times here and recommend the hotel as a great place to spend time. It is an oasis of peace in a hectic city! Staff are excellent and very helpful. Rooms are big and spotlessly clean and there is a great deal of attention to details that make your stay more comfortable. Breakfast is amazing! The outside space at breakfast is so well designed and relaxing.

Check in was very good and the lobby was clean. We were allowed a late check out which was good as a platinum member. Received 2 drink vouchers although it would be nice to use them on cocktails. They could be used on cocktails on my last visit. Breakfast was good, but I noticed there is no sushi now. There was sushi last time I was here. However, the selection is still good. Executive lounge staff were miserable and provided no service. We weren't greeted or made to feel welcome. No one offered drinks. Staff in the lounge were distant. Please tell them to smile more and provide a service to your guests. Staff in the lobby were amazing and friendly. Why cant the executive lounge also be welcoming? I would come back I think....if the attitude of executive lounge was improved a lot.

I stay several times per year at this hotel. The hotel room is spacey (not less than 48 m2) and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally located, with easy accesses to public transport, shopping centre, and nice bars/restaurants.

I stayed here several times. Room is clean, nice and spacious. Coffee machine in the room is a big plus. Breakfast offers lots of choices. Location of the hotel is appealing to me. People at reception were very efficient and helpful. Hotel offers anonymity which I like. Gym has come of age and does not suit the style of the hotel. A small investment could make a real difference here.

The rooms, breakfast buffet and service were all very good. The only thing as a customer that I would like to see improved is the exercise gym. I have been staying at your hotel for several years now and the equipment has not been updated and at times is not in working order.
