The rooms is excellent. It’s clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff was the best. They’re very polite and attentive. However breakfast experience was not good. Day to day selection was not differ with the other day. The salad was missing some component, not enough cheese or meat selection. Also the portion was easily ran out. When we asked even for a shallot for Bubur Ayam, they said it’s has no more. It was only 9.15am. But the worst experience ever was the swimming pool. Too bad that a hotel like this has that kind of swimming pool. The water is green and has no water flow at all. It makes look like a lake. No staff attending the pool. No music ambience. It has no pool umbrella. No wonder when we go at 10.30 no body was swimming. Even the attitude of pool staff was poor. He is rude. He is busy asking from which room we’re staying and he can yell to us telling us to use a proper attire for swimming. I think for a hotel like this and located in the city where has no other attractive activities, you need to create an activity where people would like to stay, relax and spend money even for a coffee.

Management for Novotel is good. I Like From The Front Desk Staff.quick Respon. Clearly My Problem In room.but After i change my room, First Time I Feel The Room Is Not Clean. Overall the service is very good. 1. The staffs shows great hospitality 2. Fast check in/out 3. Free shuttle from hotel to the airport I hope Novotel can be better by improving/ rectifying these points: 1. The tile in the toilet is slick and I almost slip because of that 2. The croissant in the breakfast is not fresh 3. The room is not quite enough. I can hear people chatting outside the room. Therefore, I am not sure my privacy in the room was protected or not 4. I was booked for 2 person but only got one kimono towel 5. We got free shuttle from Novotel to the airport but we did not know that Novotel provides free shuttle from the airport to Novotel. There was no information about this.
