As an pld client with your hotel and other IBIS in Europe and of course as an d frequent traveller all around the world from China, Korea, Thyland , Si gappre, Canada, USA , almost all European Countries since 60 years, I had a negative experience this visit to your hotel on April 8 thru 11. You pledged that the hotel is very fully booked and raised even diubled the usual fair , and I accepted or obliged to accept as I had to be in Geneva this period . But, I noticed upon arrival that the hotel is not that full, even the second day I was trapped in the loby due to a crowd of youngestets and school boyes who wete using the lift after collecting their keys. Your staff were really friendly as usual , but I do not know who is the gready person to treat me this bad money gains from clients. This twisting arm olivy yo milk your clients I never faced this way but similiar to it in Nigeria and Mauritania in 1984 visit. Bad experience leaves an unforgettable memory impact in the memory .I arrived to your hotel from IBiS Noremberg near main banhauf /Germany on April 8 by train and it was a good stay of compared by half price, wide room ,cupboard for vlothes with hairdryer, very good breakfast, not like your narrow room without place to put your clothes but you thraw them up on the double dek bed , and expecting smashing your head many times by the upper bed . I was happy with all your staff but not happy by the immoral money collecting mind who worked against tourisim and hotel moral business. My best wishes 🌹

Regarding the prices unfortunately the past week was very busy in all the hotel in Geneva, and that's why process are higher than usual. But be sure that for the other period in the year prices are lower and more accessible for everybody Regarding your stay in Nuremberg I'm very happy that you enjoyed it, but you wrote that you stay in IBIS and our hotel is a Ibis Budget which is a lower category. We really enjoyed staying at Ibis budget petit lancy. The location was quite convenient to the city and they provide free transportation for your stay (they send you a link to download your transit cards prior to your arrival so that you can get from the airport or gare for free). The transit system is excellent and very easy to use. The room is small (but this is ibis budget), but very functional and comfortable. Breakfast is very good, lots of choice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room is too small. There was no place to keep the luggage , we could not move around in the room, the bathroom is not well located, all the water was falling out! There was just one socket to put the phone for charging ! Being an Accor employee was expecting a nice spacious room but to our disappointment I didn’t get one .!

As you know the Accor brand, becauseof you work with us in the same company, you could find all the information regarding equipment or surface of the room on All.com. If you had a look on it before making your booking, you should be able to see the pictures of the room and also the information that all our room are the same and get the same size. That's why we were not able to provide a bigger room. Our hotel is an Ibis Budget one, so an economic hotel with standard rooms. Maybe an upper category would be more appropriate to meet your expectations. Of course we try to do our best to provide the best quality to our guest (accor employee or not). If you could read other comments about our hotel, maybe you could see that our hotel is weel recommended from otherss guests, even if they are not Accor employee. Sincerely, Benoit Assistant Manager
