We are proposing a light snack menu at the moment, please rest assured we shall review this offer on regular basis. To be transparent with you, our lobby should undergo some renovations this year. After those renovation, I plan to propose a different food and beverage offer , this is only a project as we speak , however I sincerely hope this will come to life in 2018 . « In line with expectations, as it is not my first trip here, though with some shortcomings compared to my previous visits. »

Overall rooming experience was ok, as expected. However, compared to my previous visits, i feel that the quality of breakfast choice has been lower, while the closure of the restaurant in the evening was an unpleasant surprise. It has been very helpful after a day in the office to have a place where you could get quick and good food very conveniently.

We have shifted for some light snack instead, however to be transparent with us, we shall have some renovations of our lobby this year. Hopefully after those renovation, I am planning to revamp our food and beverage offer. As of now, nothing is confirmed, but understanding your valuable feedback, we will seriously consider different restaurant and snack offer. With regards to the breakfast offer, we have recently changed some products but not in term of quantity. « Good sleep even if the room is minimalist »

Very silent room, good bedding and bathroom. Room decoration and lighting was a bit depressing, but to sleep only this is good enough.

Unfortunately we cannot change this. Every room is supplied with two bath towels, plastic glasses and shower gel. Our showering supplies like soap and shampoo are actually combined in one tube. This is standard in every Ibis hotel across the world to help conserve the environment. By using a single product and tube instead of several small plastic items, we save huge amounts of waste. Should you be expecting additional items, you may always ask the Reception, who will be pleased to assist you , if items is available. We hope welcoming you again in Ibis. Sincerely,

We were satisfied on the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were friendly. We were a bit annoyed about the key card because we have to go down 3 times to get our key card work it's almost everyday after we had been out. We never put the key card close to our cellphone but still we got the same problem for 3 days. Location was good for the tram and the bus.

« small clean rooms, but too hot »

The staff is efficient and friendly. Everything was well organised, very fast check-in and check-out. The room is good for a short stay: Clean, but small, with good beds. Unfortunately the room was too hot w/ no possibility to open windows, even though on the ground floor.

« Friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms, great beds »

Rooms at this hotel provide adequate comfort and are always perfectly clean. The matrass is excellent. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Check out procedure is very simple and efficient (advance payment). Breakfast is good as well. In the bathroom I noticed a slight sewer smell. I suspect the ventilation is so powerful that the waterlock of the shower is working perfectly. I have noticed this during some pervious stays as well. Letting some water flow in shower and sink usually solves the issue but looks like something structural.

« Why was the restaurant closed at 8pm on Monday? »

Hotel was OK but I was very disappointed that I came back to the hotel after a long day at the office, hungry and wanted to eat. I went to the restaurant and asked for a table only to be told it was closed (even though people were sitting there) The lady at the desk told me there were no burgers, no chicken etc. so that decided to close. No alternative was offered not even a sandwich. To me this was extremely un-professional.

I am a frequent host of Ibis, it well meets my needs for my frequent visits in Geneva. I miss some basic elements that probably could be easily addressed with min effort, e.g. kettle in the room with some instant tea/coffee.

« Everything I needed from a hotel »

The room was pleasant and the bed very comfy. The bathroom was modular - super clean and stylish. I loved the breakfast offering - especially the ability to make my own hard or soft boiled egg and my own waffles! It's the best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a long time!
