Given room with a lady already in it which I discovered after coming to reception first and saying my card key doesn’t work. Then on return the lady could hear my constant trying the lock and she opened the door. Then took ages (over 30 mins) to get me a room. Didn’t give tram pass had to ask. Air con barely worked. Pillows to soft. Sink when emptying out water all over my feet and floor and the shower did not drain freely. Breakfast staff friendly. Need to up game a lot.

Have stayed here several times. Front desk is now gone and check in / out is all electronic. There was no printer and I did not receive my invoice by email

The new system of not having a checking desk made the checkin process very confused with people being every where. The fact you cannot leave your room bill open and charge drinks or food, mean that I would have 4 or 5 different recipes for my business expenses. This was such a pain, i did not have drink and ate out.

Woken up with drawers opening and shutting constantly!!! Bags sounded to be dragged over floor above. Cleaners??? Shame as now rethinking booking again and we come 4 times a year regularly to visit family. Shame twice now noisy in the early mornings.

It was my 4th or 5th time in this hotel. Overall good. Not sure that I like this transformation what You did to not have regular reception, I understand that it can looks modern but somehow i'm conservative person and would like to know to whom talk. still I don't like that to open window in my room I need to remember asked for device in "reception"? based on my previous experience I didn't order breakfast, however my friends ordered, and after 1 day they would like to cancel for next days, and it wasn't possible. Reason which was shared was because You preorder staff - however I can order the same day and it will be not preordered - so somehow there is no logic behind that.

Regarding our new way to welcome our guests, it's obvious we are not fully ready nor used to work without front desk. But we work every day in this direction, and our goal is completely guest oriented. However i can understand it can disturb some of our guests, especially because we are ourselves not 100% OK on this point. Regarding breakfast I'm not sure to understand what happened to your colleagues, but anyway I would be pleased to invite you next time to test it again; we have done several improvements these last weeks on our breakfast offer, and we would be happy to get your personal feedback. This was a generally excellent experience. Their breakfast was superb. Top class! The lady that checked me in was particularly friendly and very welcoming. The only issue I had was with a pizza meal I ordered. The pizza was burnt at the edges. Over cooked too. A more attentive person would have replaced the burnt pizza with a better cooked one. I took the pizza. Did not complain, but I made a point of leaving the burnt parts of it on my plate, to send a message to the lazy that prepared it. I hope she got the message. Otherwise an excellent hotel that I’d gladly stay in again.
