Unfortunately it was the worst experience of staying in a hotel that I have ever experienced in my lifetime due to inconsiderate hotel guests who where staying in the hotel room next door, despite having reporting the issue to hotel staff at 02:30am approx this did not resolve the issue and subsequently led me to receiving zero sleep whilst on business and not being able to function very well the next day with extreme tiredness! I would not look forward to returning or recommending to anyone in the near future !

At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for each and every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that your comments will be taken seriously to improve guest experiences. I am very saddened to see that our team did not inquire about your stay upon departure as I assure you this is short to our usual high standard for departures. In regards to the noise, our Night Team did speak to the neighboring guests and were not aware the noise had persisted. Unfortunately, the past Saturday night was one of the busiest nights of the year due to the high volume of Christmas parties across the city. However, I am truly sorry to see this has affected your stay with us and I do hope you will give us the opportunity to demonstrate our usual standard of service and comfort.
