very good, we could not find a place to park (extremely difficult parking location), one of the employees actually moved their car to make space for us spot was within reasonable distance to good eating places

Great friendly staff. When the cleaning staff never got to our room, even though were were out from 9:30 until 5pm, the front desk staff quickly brought fresh cups and tea bags to the room. I had to grab another staff in the hall to bring clean towels and no one asked if we'd still like the room made up. Also I found the shower a bit unsafe as it is slippery by the shower door and I slipped as I exited. It needs a safety mat or tough marking right to the door. The pull out bed is really only suitable for children. It was horribly uncomfortable but we needed this room as all the other rooms only have I queen bed. Two friends nearing 60 should be able to share a room and each get a comfortable bed.

I am a vegan and when I arrived I spoke to Yasmin, asking if there was soya milk and dairy free spread available at breakfast. There wasn’t, so Yasmin kindly went to the shops to get me some soya milk etc., when I came down for breakfast all of the staff were aware of my dietary needs and not once was I made to feel like a nuisance, I felt looked after. I would highly recommend your hotel and in particular your staff, who were all lovely, you should be proud of having such a great team

Hotel in a lovely residential area, with vibrant Botanic Avenue nearby together with train station linking to Lanyon Station. Bedrooms clean and peaceful with comfy beds. Breakfast not great with an absence of fresh fruit.

We stayed with a group. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wad just desperate from spilt milk to over burnt eggs. I did actually ask if there was a chef. No organisational skills ,No One checking just making sure the restaurant was nice and clean also to see if people were happy. I just felt there was no attention to detail in the restaurant. Stains on the floor in foya still there at 1pm. Maybe the cleaners didn't show up for work.

Pleasant and efficient staff. Spacious room, comfortable and clean. We didn't eat at all in the restaurant; however on our arrival evening we were invited to a Meet the Manager event, where we were treated royally (as we were in a hurry) - one of the managers (Diana, I think) sat us down at a table, served us wine and Guinness, and a selection of finger food. This was above and beyond the call of duty, and much appreciated. We were then able to be off quickly to visit my elderly aunt in hospital, which was the reason for the visit. One downside: car parking is very difficult. Parking on street is free in most (not all) of the surrounding streets, but all spaces are quickly filled. Returning at night around 9, we drove round for 15 minutes before finding a space. There are a dozen spaces in front of the hotel. We got one of those the second night. However there is a little rail station not far from the hotel, from whic you can probably get into the city centre
