« Good hotel for Queens University Belfast »

When I arrived at the hotel , a warm welcome was given and my room arrangements were all ready and in place. My room was excellent for a one night stay , but not a great view from the window . The restaurant food was good value and served with courtesy . The hotel is reasonably easy to find , but external signage would assist .

Everything was amazing, But it would have been PERFECT if there was more than 2 tea bags in the room. I'm not mad, Just disappointed...

« Disappointing »

A disappointing stay. First room the deadbolt on the door didn't work so I was moved. Second room the power went totally - I was left sitting in the pitch black for 10 minutes waiting for help. When a member of staff did arrive she had the wrong key for the fuse box and had to go downstairs to get another one, leaving me in the pitch black for another 10 minutes. However, whatever made the power go actually broke my laptop charger. It was working perfectly fine in the airport before I reached the hotel so I know it's this incident that broke it. The charger stopped working which meant my laptop died at the very important meeting I had travelled to Belfast to attend. I then also couldn't do any work the rest of the day when waiting for my flight home. Extremely disappointing.

« Arrived in style and comfort »

We arrived from South Africa, tired and frazzled, to a clean, bright, spacious, serene, well styled and well laid-out room. It was our home for 10 days and a very pleasant stay too. The toilet and shower module was an amazing feature and enjoyable to use. Also available was a TV, kettle and hairdryer. Free uncapped Wifi was very handy, as was the availability of a computer and printer setup in the reception area of the hotel. Staff were great! Friendly and efficient. The hotel location was perfect, situated in the laid back, cosmopolitan, university suburb that is well supplied with bustling restaurants, pubs and cafés. It is a brisk ten minute walk from the hotel to the city centre, but if you prefer, it is plied with plenty of buses and trains

Check in/ check out we're easy. Very friendly staff and a good standard room, only feedback that could have improved this is I could not find an iron in the room to iron shirts for the next day.

Stayed one night to attend conference in nearby university. Very convenient location. Good buzz in the area. Parking is on the street so allow time for that. Lots of bars restaurants etc in local area . Close to the Ulster museum. I had a pizza off the menu which was ok. Tea coffee available to make in the room. Tap water tasted decent enough. Didn’t have breakfast. That’s an add on. Room very quiet. Bed really comfortable. Choice of soft/firm pillows. I slept really well. Room was spacious, spotless and with the ability or guest to regulate to suit. Decent towels and shower soap provided. TV fine -no remote control in room - not a problem for me. Staff genuinely friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay again. Great value for money.

Staff were friendly and helpful, early check in no problem. Bar area nice for a couple pints in the evening. Room very clean, bed comfy and everything you need for a work stay or quick no frills night away while exploring the city, but the friendly staff make it more than just a room.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ibis at the Queens Quarter Belfast.The room very clean double bed and a single bed and a compact bathroom with a shower .clean fluffy towels.slept very well didnt hear anything from outside .Breakfast was worth the extra cost in the morning plenty of choice and nice and hot, self service so eat as much or as little as you want,check in was so quick and easy,staff were very polite and friendly .would stay there again only 1.5 miles to city centre.

I was very comfortable but it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff which really made my stay . Breakfasts would be made easier if staff brought tea/coffee , milk and perhaps toast to the tables . Even the provision of trays would mean fewer trips would be needed to gather up what is needed for breakfast.
