Good location, clean room. No shower gel in bathroom, it was missing. Used glasses not removed by house keeping. Breakfast a disaster both days. Virtually no food on 1st morning. No yogurts either day, no eggs on 2nd day for the 40 mins we were there. The Ibis in the city center is spot on.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Rooms are good. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is a bit chaotic. Location was perfect for us. Parking outside was easy. Reception on arrival very good, check in and out easy.

I had a one night stay here, and the room was perfectly adequate, wiht a large and comfortable bed, good TV and very good Wi-fi. The bathroom was a little tired, wiht a not very new washbasin and a few cracked tiles, but otherwise the concerson had been done well. The breakfast was fine.

Thank you for the clean and quiet room. You make it easy to walk to lots of great restaurants, breakfast was great and coming and going was so easy. Thank you for providing parking at the Holiday Inn nearby, again so smooth!

Reception staff wearing very dirty clothes. Hotel wasn’t clean, part of the flooring missing in our room & breakfast was not replenished so some people waited ages or went without.

The staff were all very nice and helpful but it was obvious that they were understaffed/not properly managed. We stayed for 2 nights. Beds not made, we had to hunt down clean towels and fresh coffee supplies . Breakfast was a joke..... we has to ask for so many things.... cutlery, hot food, plates etc etc. So much so that the lovely receptionist decided not to charge for it.

Enjoyed my stay at the Ibis Belfast hotel. Have stayed here before and was once again happy with my stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman on the desk the morning of Sunday 9 May. He booked us a taxi and also checked the local weather forecast for us.

We thought to try ibis for the first time. If you’ve been in a cruise ship, the room and bathroom features are very similar!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The train station and bus stop were no more than 5 minutes away - bonus! Another bonus is the laundromat across the train station! Next tine, we would prefer to stay closer to the city centre and where most of the buses and trains meet. One small issue, the bathroom smelt like stale urine. We mentioned this to the front desk and on day two, the odour was still there. It was very awkward because it meant we needed di always keep the bathroom door closed. Note: No fridge or safe in the room.
