For visiting the university and central Belfast, the hotel is very conveniently located. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was confortable and all of the facilities were great. The desk staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming. My stay was spoiled slightly by another group of visitors, who seemed to be hosting a party in the corridor directly outside my room on a couple of nights. So experiences will potentially differ depending on the time of year and events going on in the city. But I'm not sure what the hotel staff themselves could have done about that, and the service and rooms and facilities were all fantastic. Would still heartily recommend a stay.

We love the hot breakfast being served at the hotel. We stayed here for a couple of days and was able to observe how great their employees are in multitasking. And in spite of the multiple jobs that each one of them performs, they still remain very polite, friendly, and helpful. There was never a moment that I was not asked if I needed help with anything while I was just standing near the door waiting for my uber. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Shower did not get warm

Through no fault of the hotel's, I was kept awake in the early hours by some people shouting outside. I woke up tired and was looking forward to a warm shower to wake me up. I noticed a sign on the wall that said I might need to run the shower for 15 mins for it to warm up, so I did. It didn't get any warmer. Left it for another 15 mins and it was still cold. I gave up and left without a shower. Was disappointed as it is obviously a known fault, so to my mind it should really have been fixed. To their credit, the manager offered me to use an empty room's shower as I was checking out half an hour later, but I didn't have time by then and it left me wondering why I wasn't given a room with a reliable shower in the first place.

+ side:- good hard bed. hot water in shower, airconditioning. staff helpful -ve side:- no biscuits with tea, air conditioning noisy at times, ONLY SCRAMBLED AT BREAKFAST MUCH PREFER FRIED OR POACHED. General atmosphere : a bit like a modern ferry terminal 15 minutes after the ferry had sailed
