Staff were pleasant. The room was small especially the bathroom! but there was only one of me so it was ok. I would stay here again if on Business.

Rooms and washrooms were clean and I stayed for almost 7 days. The hotel is near to most of the restaurants and train station so it very convenient.

Front desk staff lovely, room perfectly clean and adequate, shower hot and nice toiletries. Only criticism would be the bed as it dipped in the middle so I think it might be a bit uncomfortable after a few nights. But for a one-night stay this place was spot on.

Plenty of cafes restaurants etc nearby and free parking outside the building. Cosy and warm even when it's snowing. Clean modern facilities - typical Ibis. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast okay but not as good as some other Ibis.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of the Ibis Queens Quarter, a very welcoming front of House Staff and my Room was very well appointed. Having had some difficulty locating the Hotel ( Not the fault of Ibis) I was impressed how Dayna explained and very kindly sent a Pot of Tea to my room, Nice touch. I will certainly endeavour to stay with Ibis in Belfast on my next visit requiring an overnight. I would recommend to colleagues.

The room was big and attractive and the staff were very helpful. On the negative however we only had one small and one bath towel for a couple, and they were very thin so definitely not usable for more than one person at a time. Also one bed side table was dirty with something gooey and translucent, which was rather off-putting.
