We have stayed here a few times and the hotel is always clean. So no complaints here. Staff are friendly and informative. I always stay here when going to see Ulster rugby.

Well, it was all very clean and tidy. As I mentioned, the rooms are decent - no frills, but clean and had a good bed and excellent shower. It was the staff who made it. They were all superb! We wanted a late check out....no problem; wanted some recommendations for where to eat - no problem and so it went on. The staff here are a credit to Accor! PS This feedback site is rubbish. I only have the option to say whether it was business or family or whatever. It was both business and leisure with my partner.

Rooms clean spacious and functional. Bed very comfortable and warm. Key entry to room was very hit and miss and annoying especially being on the 5th floor.

One Day Business Trip to Belfast

I had a one day business trip to Belfast on the 17th October last, which required me to overnight in Belfast at an Hotel close to Queens University. Checking was smooth and efficient, and the staff were helpul and courteous. The twin room (No 106) was functional, although the beds could have been wider without the room appearing to be overcrowded. The early morning breakfast at 06:30am was welcomed, although the food which had been prepared earlier, and laid out in buffet style was not hot. Check out at 08:10 hrs was done in minutes, as there were not a lot of guests in the reception are at the time. Two items that definately need to be addressed. 1) The front of the Ibis Hotel (outside) was in poor condition with regards to housekeeping. A Plant container immediately at the entrance was overflowing with water and had numerous cigarette Butts floating in the water. It was very evident thay had been there for some time. There was general street rubbish strewn around the entire front area, which was still there the next morning. Someone had at least swept the rubbish into a corner during the night. But the left it there, which achieved nothing. it still made the building look unsightly. 2) The one and only cigarette box attached to an adjacent wall , was over-flowing with butts. Clearly, house-keeping is not a priority for this Hotel, and this needs to be addressed by the Ibis management as a matter of urgency. The Hotel chain Image is everything, and the Queens quarter Ibis Hotel image needs serious improvement. Lastly, Car parking is a challenge to say the least. it's a lottery if there is a parking space anywhere on the street, and the prospect of having to get back into my car to go and park in another Hotel's car park several streets away was not something I relished after spending 5 hours in the car to get to Belfast. I have stayed in other Ibis Hotels, and can readily state, they were a pleasure to stay in and to return to. I don't think I could extend the same feelings to the Queens Quarter Hotel, Belfast

The young woman working the registration desk was very helpful when I had trouble connecting to the wifi. She also shared suggestions for nearby dinner options and located an extra suitcase rack for our room. The other staff members were also helpful when we needed help with maps and had questions. Belfast is a great city to visit and the Ibis Belfast Queen's Quarter is a good home base for exploring. It is located just a short walk from a bus stop and from the Botanic train station. Many restaurants, pubs and stores are nearby.

My husband and I were happy with our stay. The room had all the basic necessities. Air con unit was great and we liked the food and drink selection on offer. Staff were also friendly. Our only complaint was that the shower did not maintain the set temperature, regularly fluctuating between freezing cold and scolding hot.

Good apart from uncooked bread at breakfast and bacon not cooked enough. Also had to ask for, napkins, teaspoons, water, scrambled egg. Should all have been replenished.
