Had stayed in this hotel 8 years ago and this time stayed with my parents. Nothing much has changed which isn't for better. Hotel is clean, well maintained and contemporary. Staffs well behaved and helpful. Electric kettle, mini fridge, 1 litre water per person, clean towels, soap and shampoo is provided. However last two items aren't personal toiletries, so though one doesn't need to carry them, one can't bring them away either. Pros: close proximity to the beach. Free shuttle service to the Night Market. Close to Tesco Lotus and 7-Eleven stores. Variety in buffet and change in menu daily. Cons: despite very early booking rooms although on the same floor away from each other (we had booked two rooms). Far from Market Village mall and not many foot massage parlour around. Would recommend unless someone is looking for luxury.

Front desk's staffs were friendly and courteous. Room was clean but no working desk -- This is inconvenient for business travelers. The buffet breakfast was good for value. Lack of toiletries in the bathroom.

« Exceeded my Expectation »

All in all, Ibis Hua Hin really exceeded my expectation. A lower class of hotel in the Accor Group, it's care more to it's customer than those higher class hotel in the group. For example, a free drinks plus free fruits during the check-in. Which even NOVOTEL can't provide. 10/10 for Ibis Hua Hin.

Overall good facilities however breakfast selection has been reduced since I stayed there last and this was disappointing. No scrambled eggs or omelet any more,, coffee didn't taste very good and cereal selection restricted.

We choose the IBIS cause it is close to the Hua Hin True Arena. Because our two boys have been training there for two days at the Paradorn International Tennis Academy. Nice simmingpool and good family rooms.

A very convenient location next to the sea. Friendly and helpful staff which is why I keep coming to the land of smiles for my vacation. But the room is abit small and the shower is very cramped. It doesn't matter to me really as long as it is comfortable, convenient and safe. However it would be great if there is a small table in the room just like the Ibis hotel in Bangkok.

I stay with Ibis with Family Room.Room is not big but it is very good for klds with bunk bed.Room is clean with facility follow to Ibis standard.Breakfast have less variety of food.Kids need to pay for breakfast even you book with Family room.Conclusion, good to stay just for sleep with clean place.

The room was smaller than expected (as seen in web), but nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Second parking was far and no golf cart to take there even when it rained. Front desk said golf cart is available only for weekends. We stayed 29-30 and that Monday July 30 was a holiday. I think with the rain, hotel should provide golf cart to take guests to parking lot.

I have passes this hotel many times but never stayed at this place before. This is the first time for me. The hotel is located in good location and closes to Cicada Market that is very nice. It is walkable from hotel to market. For night market in downtown, you can use the free shuttle bus service provided by hotel as per schedule posted. The service is very good with member proposed.
