Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room

Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Firstly, the double decker bed was sandy and dusty. We really wondered if the sheets were changed. As a result, my kids have to squeeze with us on the queen sized bed. The floor was oily and dirty. The latch where the hot flask was placed was also dirty.

The overall is pretty good. The front desk staff does help us reaching to the downtown easily. The bed and room facility is acceptable. One minus point is the breakfast room is not clean and we found cockroach around the table.

Hotel is totally good for our stay and it is valued for money. We booked family room; it is quite small than we think but it has full of facilities we need. Swimming pool is not too big but it has kid pool separately so our kids are happy playing inside. We appreciated the receptionist who decided to give us 1 more hour to check out late because kids are taking a nap during the check out time. Thank you again.

I'm impressive with the way they treat to Accor Plus members. The food, room service, tidiness, and car parking experience are excellent with this cost-down budget. I had a joyful time with my friends there. The only thing that I can be picky is that counter had been confirmed our late check out at 3pm, but the room key still went invalid by itself when we were back at 1:30 pm, but the maids helped us to open the door and contacted front desk for us. It's very different experience from that in ibis Singapore last year. That is sweet and thoughtful!!

The ibis is a nice hotel. Great location, near the cicada night markets with awesome food. The staff are friendly. The pool is smallish but lovely.

I have stayed at Ibis/Mercury/Novotel hotels very often and this was the worst experience ever for an Accorhotels chain property. We had prepaid for a five-night stay but chose to leave after two days. The staff was surly and unhelpful. I have a physical handicap and when I asked for a chair in my room (there wasn't one) I was told that they don't have chairs. The room had the standard Ibis facilities with the addition of an amount of dust under the bed. The restaurant had the same menu as at least one other Ibis hotel restaurant in Thailand (Ibis Riverside in Bangkok) but the difference was that the cooking and the service was awful here. The only positive thing at the hotel was the very helpful parking attendant.

The hotel was located in the centre of Huahin and accessible to many shopping mall and attraction place. Good service provided by the staffs and they are able to speak English fluently. They are helpful and respond quickly.

This is a great Ibis Hotel. Rooms are a good size for an Ibis and have a balcony. Hotel is a walking distance to town and minutes from the beach. The staff are lovely, the breakfast is good. I’ll stay there again next time i’m In Hua Hin.

This is a good location which is near Cicada market (walking distance). The room is cleaned. The hotel staff has a well-trained and a service mind. However, I'd say that the breakfast has a bit lower quality compare to my last stay in ibis Hua-hin.

Staff and services were great. Rooms and cleanliness were just average maybe it was a busy long weekend. There was a shuttle bus to the night market and it was nice. I'm still happy to be Accor's member.
