« Great budget hotel »

The room was perfect for the price. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and the breakfast was good. There was a problem with the door lock but the staff handled the issue very professionally.

« Economy hotel (buy the rate with promotion), Food is average, Bed is small for family 2 parents + 1 kid or 2 kids (age below 9) »

Pillows are average, bed is small (2 parents + 1 kid), bath room is good design, breakfast is average, pool is too small comparing with guests (full reservation). Parking is good and location is attractive since it is not far from blueport and cicada market. Staffs always smile.

I use the voucher when booking via ibis system (2 rooms), when checking in - I upgrade 1 room to family type, spending the upgrade price but no point add into my account at all!!! one more thing, you email to me to give you a feedback but the name you call me in the email is wrong!!! please check it carefully. my member’s id: 30…4107 this’s not the first time that I did’t get the point, that why I decided to not continue accor plus member :(
