A stay of 20 nights over the festive period brought many different aspects into play, however can not fault anyone or the company during this period, with reception working hard to track down a taxi that I had left my phone in after being dropped off at the hotel, also the car park staff were very attentive giving special parking facilities for the motor trike hired for the period

Too little table space. Layout not as expected. Thought Ibis hotel rooms layout are all the same as other location eg. Ibis Bangkok Riverside and Singapore.

Great location of the hotel and enough parking lots. Good service but took a bit waiting time for check in due to long check in process of the other customers. Cleaniness shall be improved in part of old facitities at the wash room e.g. rust hinges, dirty seal silicon and old towels.

The staff is nice. But the floor in the room quite dirty and there are not enough car park for parking we have to park on another place which not near the hotel. However, overall is ok.

Although I was there early at 11am. - unble to check in (2 rooms) had to wait for the rooms to be ready at 2pm. Staff were nice keeping our bags. Later they offered an upgrade to a family-connecting room. Thanks a lot team Ibis Hua Hin.

It was found that the beneath of my bed is still dusty. And 1 point is that as the dog must not be left lonely in the room, it's difficult to clean/ remove sand from dog I got along with me at the beach. Outdoor tap with water spray hose should be provided to easily remove sand from both dog owner and dog.

The room was okay but cleanliness of the overall room and bathroom is not yet there. I found ‘alive’ baby cockroach first thing I stepped into the bathroom. Also the musty smell throughout the night that causes by A/C turning too high. (+25•c) For this sort of price, I didn’t expect much but for a comparison of staying at a more budget hotels, they can do better!

On arrival found room quite small with little storage was upgraded to family room. Room clean most of staff helpful and friendly. Booked Taxi through hotel on line month in advance from airport had to wait 2 hours for it after travelling over 20 hours in total, spoke to reception on arrivall they spoke to office on phone and came back and said the company denied having anything to do with the booking even though on website their logos are together. Only hotel scores 8 company scores 1. No help after many attempts to contact them from airport got help there from Thai Tourist office . Strange thing on return to UK received e-mail from accor asking for rating for taxi they knew nothing about obviously take no responsibility when things go wrong

I have stayed here many times and still very impressive with the services level. Starting from very friendly stafff during check in and even I am familiar with the staff there that means they have worked there happily. Room was clean with comfort bed and clean pillows which this is the main reason I always stay in chain hotel. Ibis huahin is one of the places I confirm that you can get this with reasonable cost and with good location especially every times I travel further to the far south or on the way back to Bangkok. Quiet is one of most I like as I couldn’t hear any annoyed sound from outside even it located on the main road. However, I have little comment in the dirts deposited in the bath room that need to improve. Check out process was very fast and again friendly staff.
