I have passes this hotel many times but never stayed at this place before. This is the first time for me. The hotel is located in good location and closes to Cicada Market that is very nice. It is walkable from hotel to market. For night market in downtown, you can use the free shuttle bus service provided by hotel as per schedule posted. The service is very good with member proposed.

We have stayed before so we knew what it should be like and it was. The hotel is in a good location , it has a pool , a free shuttle to the town centre , modern styling and very friendly staff. Overall we had a very pleasant experience again.

« Way exceed my expectation »

Overall service is very good compare to the price I paid. Especially the reception guy, don't know his name but he was the 3rd sex (sorry to say that). The shuttle bus driver was so attentive and polite. But I need to deduct 1 point as the bathroom is too small, can't fit 2 people when it was a family room.

I booked a room through AccorHotels system on Wednesday 20 June, Check-in from 23-24 June, and update the same place every time in system. I have two puppies. You sent me a e-mail on Friday 22 June to inform that I have to pay 500 baht for my second puppy, which is my holiday in Friday. I do not check email. On Saturday 23 June around 12.20. I arrived at the hotel and I waited in the lobby. I wait until guests check-out. So I went to check-in. The employee inform me that employee send me an email. If you have a second puppy you will to pay 500 Baht. I ask the employee please to check my stay history. Because I stayed in IBIS several times and not charged second puppy. The short answer from the employee without a review says that the system has notified me by email. I responded that I was willing to pay 500 baht. The Employee gave me a deposit of 1,000 baht and read the rules ................. The Employee send me a card and She speaks to me by normally check-in 14.00. But now the room is finished. You can stay for this time. The Employee not service minded, And no smile from the start. And do not help with sincere guests. At that time, there was only me at the check-in counter. And most importantly, This sentence should not leave the front desk employee. On Saturday 24 June I know there are groups from Chulalongkorn. So I went down to breakfast at about 10.05 am without a receptionist. No employee asked room number. I went to sit at the dining table before 10 minutes, the employee told me to store the buffet. face does not smile.

Ibis hua hin's location is very convenient, easy to go any direction. The hotel is quite busy, sometimes it can be noisy. I can hear people outside on the corridor very clear. The room is simple, looks clean and literally very clean. The bed and pillow is superb. Breakfast is great, the pool is clean and quite a good size. Overall, i am glad that i chose Ibis hua hin.

« Comfortable Hotel with free shuttle into Hua Hin »

The Ibis Hua Hin was a very pleasant hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and there was a pool where you could relax. Overall this hotel was very good value for money. There was also a free shuttle bus into the centre of Hua Hin, but there are also plenty of cheap taxis (pick-up trucks) to get about the town if the shuttle is fully booked. 500 metres along the highway from the hotel was the cicada night market. There were also several bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and indeed in Hua Hin in general, very much. It is a great resort to visit.

Room 505 , on 11/5/1, - bed is too small for 2 people. - only 2 pillow and are too slim - why is bed closed to wall? And Why is empty area in middle room? Please redesign this room? - No shower curtain in bath room - Water (from taking a shower) spread over bathroom. -Pull cord alarm in toilet, for what?? It look like I am a patient and stay in hospital At canteen (breakfast) - many ceramic bowl at connflake counter have broken defects at the rim. They sholud be throw away.
