The room cleaning was not up to standard, The cups weren't cleaned The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The breakfast wasn't what we are used too not enough variety to choose from most items where what we would consider dinner items not breakfast.

A nice pool area but generally the hotel common areas were not well maintained or clean. Dirty lifts, patchy paint jobs and broken tiles. Staff lovel and rooms simple and clean.

Dissapointment. We arrived for check in early at about 12pm. We were told that we can keep the luggages there till our check in time. To our surprise, we were not assisted during the luggage keeping process. Instead, the receptionist given us a key, and say you can leave your luggage inside the room beside the counter. Later on when we came back to claim the baggage, you will be given the key and you go in by yourself to collect your belongings. There were no supervision at all throughout the process and hence comes the question of the safety of that room. Anybody could have taken the bags or luggages not belonging to them. I travelled with my wife and 2 children ( 1year old and 3 years old). We travel with a bag to chill expressed breast milk for our children. Our request to leave the coolant and ice brick for freezing were rejected. After a big hoo-hah then the receptionist gave in and assisted us to have it frozen. on the day before checkout, we requested the coolant and ice brick to be frozen as usual. To our horror when we were checking out, we realised that the coolant was not frozen, probably just left in a normal refrigerator. This has caused all our expressed breast milk to go sour and wasted. Terrible experience. I think apart from being a little more family friendly, you need to train your staff and improve their proficiency in english . We have informed them that the coolant and ice brick needed to be "put in a freezer, for freezing, to make into ice". After all the emphasis, they still failed to understand us. Wouldn't have stayed ibis if not for the trial of using accorhotel apps.

It was a good stay, the staff (at the restaurant and front desk) were friendly and efficient. Rooms were a little flayed at the edges, although clean and tidy. There are some popping up of tiles in the bathroom, which didn't affect us...

I stayed here on 4-7 Sept. for vacation only. Hotel room is very clean, beds are comfortable with a small balcony, shower and bathroom are rather small but it is acceptable. As compared with the price of other hotel, it is a valuable hotel for stay. Many Russian guests are staying at this hotel. Due to the hotel rooms are designed in L- shape with long corridors, so some noise are generated with door closed impact.Hotel location is in centre, free-shuttle car are provided for guests to Kata beach by hotel, but you can also walk to Kata beach along a small path which is only 10-13 minutes to be there. You can also walk to the Karon beach within 30 minutes, so it is very convenience to anywhere.There is a swimming pool here, size is not large but just OK,I enjoyed sometime at the pool also.Reception staff are fine and very pretty young girls with helpful services to guests.The weak point is for 2 small beds room which are facing some broken buildings outside hotel balcony window causing me an unhappy experience on this trip. So I recommend the guests to choose one king-size bed if it is possible.

Nice pool , strong wifi , good breakfast , we had a nice stay. Two things to make better maybe, i came a little bit early j traveled all night, i thought they will allow me to go relax in room instead of that theg asked me 1000 bahts for an early check in... so i had to wait 12am , i went ti hilton few years ago and they allowed me an early check in for free. The last point is at bf , there are 2 ladys working there , one is reallg friendly but the other ( smaller body ) is definitivly not! She always checking what food you take and never smile, she also followed my children.

Good service. Actually, I m absolutely satisfied. There were only problems with breakfast. They said breakfast were from 5 till 12. But when we came at 6.00 canteen was closed. It eas inconvenient.
