Great location. Staff was very polite and kind. Check in took quite long although there was priority for accorhotels members. The room was comfortable but the breakfast could be better. Wifi was not working from the second night onwards and the card did not work on one of the days.

Stayed 5 nights with my family, overall experience was gd. Room was clean, location of hotel was good. Hv play area to entertain kids. However, found that the quality of food in buffet breakfast had dropped. Bread n pastry section was gd. In asia, most guest prefer hot and cooked selection, vegetables and cooked food and noodles dont look appetising, vegetables looks overcooked and food too salty. I was expecting plain porriage to be plain but it was added with seasoning n salty. Fried noodles were salty. Food rated 5/10 compared to my stay last year.

Overall hospitality was great, good bed, good service. The only disappointment was the size of our executive suite and the executive lounge quality. I travel frequently to Bangkok and usually stay at Amari Watergate, which makes a huge difference between these 2 hotels for the size of the executive suite and the executive lounge experience.

Let me begin with check-in. After being in the Q for 20 mins, was told I had to go to the Accor member counter to check-in. And my check-in process took another 30 mins, due to lack of knowledge from the staff. Unbelievable, I took almost an hour to check in. Checking out was another bad experience, it is a long story that I cannot explain here, you can check with your manager TAM, who gladly gave me his name card and challenged me to lodge a complain. He was totally uninterested about my unhappiness. In short I was wrongly billed for laundry and also room amount, I used points to redeem one night, but was billed for the room in full. I have proof of all these wrong billing. Finally guess what... my check-out took another 40 mins. Ridiculous. I have stayed in Novotel group all over Asia (HK, Singapore, China and even Myanmar, etc), my first time staying in BKK and I can guarantee my last time too. I wonder who reads this feedback and if it is the hotel direct, based on my experience I won’t be surprised I am being ignored too. But if you are interested to improve, please call me at +6…. It will be easier for me to speak to you to explain what actually happened.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was great, there were many shopping malls/food nearby, otherwise easy to get around by grab or train. Ate at the two restaurants in the hotel, the service and food was good. The spa massage was not too bad, though the spa facilities seemed a bit old. Overall, it was a great stay.

Our stay was very nice, the staff were super helpful and the whole hotel was very clean! The hotel Tuk Tuk was out of service which was unfortunate because we would of loved to use it. The location was also very good for shopping and eating, would stay there again!

The counter desk staff service need to be improved. When we approach the counter desk she gave us a black face and was on the phone ignoring us totally. Please also look into the hotel room 2117 hot water kettle. It has a white residue after leaving boiling water to cool for a while. And we were using drinking water. The spa house inbalance counter service staff also need to be improved. They can be a bit rude in their talking. Can consider giving feedback forms for customer to fill in after the service.

The moment I went into the room, I felt the discomfort of its size as it was located in the corner. I requested for a change but was rejected at the reception.

Convenient transportation, delicious food, friendly staff but leakage of water during bathing.

The breakfast is good taste and the attitude of staff is good. The location of hotel is excellent. However, the bathing design is easy to let water out from the bathroom. It is difficult for the taxi driver to arrive at the entrance of the hotel. More indicators are necessary.
