I like the hotel. We arrived at 5am after long way and we can stay in the hotel to refresh. The living condition was nice. I little strange the 12 hours stay was the same price as full day stay, but in any case I'm happy we found the place to stay in the night. The hotel is fine. As well ad it's.

Our visit at Kaliningrad were first time at all and we rode quite a lot of "stuff" from net about surroundings. This hotel pop up quite often and we wanted to try it out. Nice good hotel and I/we will stay at there later too, when it comes to our route. Recommend!

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great location near cathedral and World Ocean museum. They provided visa support letters quickly and at no extra charge. Breakfast was good. WiFi worked. All good.

The hotel is perfectly located and everything is fine except the breakfast and check out. At the certain point even plates were not available. Also many food varieties offered from the buffet were empty. The porridge was very sweet. During check out we have received the bill from somebody else and only due to the fact we stayed some few minutes longer the receptionist could catch us on the street and give us our bill. The staff seems to be untrained or there is a lack of supervision.

an Ibis hotel as many others: clean rooms, friendly and English-speaking staff, good kitchen with local dishes (borshch and stroganina highly recommended!), and it‘s located just around the corner of the Königsberger Dom, so you get around by foot quite easily: 20min to the bus/railway station, 15-30min to all places of interest north of the hotel. be aware to keep the windows closed, as there are many mosquitos in the area (near the river).

The Ibis Kaliningrad staff were excellent from the minute I arrived to the end of my stay (19 nights). The reception staff in particular put themselves out to help me especially with my need to eat Gluten Free during my entire stay.

Ok, but not great. Scanned every page of my passport. Could understand why information page was scanned but not the rest. Were asked to pay for breakfast twice. Clean, convenient and close to city centre. Will always be 3 star .
