The Ibis Kaliningrad staff were excellent from the minute I arrived to the end of my stay (19 nights). The reception staff in particular put themselves out to help me especially with my need to eat Gluten Free during my entire stay.

Ok, but not great. Scanned every page of my passport. Could understand why information page was scanned but not the rest. Were asked to pay for breakfast twice. Clean, convenient and close to city centre. Will always be 3 star .

« Good but not very warm »

The room was great, I liked that it was cleaned every day But I didn’t like the breakfast. Cause it was all the same and the dishes that were supposed to be hot were cold. Croissants were decent though The receptionists were polite but not really welcoming I got only two bottles of water when I got the room, and they would never give a new one for free. What’s the point of making your guest hope that there is always free water in the room? Either make it free forever, or make us pay from the very beginning

Most hotels get the basics right. What sets the ibis Kaliningrad above the rest is the service from their employees. All very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Special mention to Ziyoda on Front Desk who helped me out tremendously. Thanks for a great stay! Would not consider anywhere else on my next trip to Kaliningrad.

I have stayed here 6 or 7 times. Nothing fancy here, but the rooms are clean and the service is good. Never any complaints or problems. The restaurant is convenient and food is good as well. I'm sure I'll be back.

This is not the first time I'm staying in this hotel, and each time I'm surprised by smth. 1) Shower tray in the bathroom - is not anti-slippery! I was about to slip several times during taking shower... very scary. 2) I've called to the reception in order to clarify where I can iron my t-shirt... I was proposed to go on the 6th floor, (and I believe receptionist was able to see that I'm calling from 5th! floor) so I've tried to go to the 6th floor using my card and eventually it was not working... So I had to go on 1st, in order to take an extra card, in order to get to the final point of my trip... 6th floor))) (what for this quest needed?) very inconvenient! 3) No porridge at breakfast, no cottage cheese... Knife for bread was missing... Asked a hostess for one, with no result.... Very poor breakfast! During evening shift F&B waiters were very nice and well trained, service was very pleasant... Maybe only because of this, I would stay in the hotel next time, the rest - is not IBIS standards... And of course my favorite blackout curtains in this hotel - makes me crazy))) no blackout at all!

I stayed at Ibis Hotel with my friend just for 1 night. Ulyana at the reception was very polite and checked us in very quickly. The room was small but had everything what you would need for 1 night. It was clean. The breakfast buffet was great. A big variety of breakfast items and very interesting concept of the restaurant. I do recommend this hotel to other guests.

I stayed in room 423 which had a water damage which you could see and smell. look for another room which can guarantee ibis standards. the welcome was ok as usually. the breakfast is more or less ok. I'll be back

Good stay, no distribution very good. Just like it should be, price goes more to where I like to have it. Only thing I miss and forgot to tell every time is a normal pillow, not those little ones, it's not working for my.
