The first room that was provided, AC, Shower, Electric Kettle, TV Remote, nothing was working. Then the room was changed and again the AC was not working properly, found a cockroach in the room. Never seen such a bad service at an IBIS before

Had to remind For Arranging AC maintenance supervisor for 3 times. Who attended at 10.45 pm. Further told AC problem and cooling issue. Also requested for a room change. But noone looked into it. I had uncomfortable sleep night. Terrible experience

Rooms are neat and clean. Housekeeping staff visits regularly and change all the used items. Very cooperative staff and timely contacts w.r.t. any complaints regarding room service. Particularly Bajrang and Sopan from Housekeeping staff are very attentive in nature. Overall very good stay experience in ibis.
