« Nice hotel in a good location. Poor breakfast. »

The hotel rooms are very nice, clean and well organized. The staff is very kind and professional, except the woman who work in the breakfast room who was not very kind andand professional. The breakfast is very poor compared with the one offered in other accor hotels of the city (like mercure Lafayette, novotel part dieu, mercure charpenne).

Overall, the experience was very good. The room was big and clean, the staff was nice and respectful except the woman who work during the breakfast time, she was rude with me. I went to have breakfast on wednesday at 6.50 and she refused to give me hot milk for my breakfast, I had to ask three times! And finally she brought me it but it was water with a little milk and not only milk! She refused because she said she had just arrived, that I should ask to another person (but the only person who was in the breakfast room was her!).. it ia very frustatinfg to have this kind of experience. She finally gave me the milk when another guests arrived, and suddenly, she became very nice and educated ! An experience I would not like to repeat. During the weekend, the staff of the breakfast was much more better. They were very kind and prepared me real milk and not water like the woman on wednesday.

It was fine. Room was reasonably sized but not huge. Wifi worked effectively, but breakfast was a bit crowded and underwhelming. Staff friendly.

Good location - close to park, zoo, subway and transit. Reasonable rates, charming hotel. Room 204 drains should be cleared as took long time to drain. Staff helpful.

We loved the hotel, the balconies, the perfect breakfast croissants, and especially Marie and Clothilde and the rest of the reception staff. So helpful and friendly, they seemed truly interested in our enjoyment and comfort.

Check-in is 12pm in the website and I asked for 1 hour for earlier check-in with my silver card. Finally, I received 2 rooms around 4:30pm. Receptionist just said sorry as she supposed to say with no emotion. Room cards does not work, one room with the noisy air-conditional. We wonder for 4-star of the hotel?!

We arrived on 1 May, no public transport but we were surprised how close this hotel is to Part Dieu station. Convenient for metro and trams, walking distance to Rhone, some very good restaurants in the area. Staff friendly and helpful.

« A Mercure with a IBIS room (for Ibis standards only the bathroom was double) »

Small room, one corner of the bed was only at 45 cm of the wall. Old doors in bathroom, but a super TV set. Nice, to open the window and get the smell of the food made in the kitchen of the next door restaurant (they cook eggs during one or two hours and grilled beef). Works in progress in the buiding (no warning at all during reservation process). The lift was not a 4 stars hotel lift, dirty windows, it's floor is/was a shame, put the carpet in a museum please. Very professional staff in reception, room service and breakfast service, but they can't do miracles when the conditions are so bad. Good team in the worst experience in Accor Hotels on my life. Thank you very much for the invitation, for one drink (one person) in a double room. Now i know that for have the rigth to 2 drinks i need a double silver status.

It was very nice the location y very good near than metro and train station, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is ok on size the bed is very comfortable and the pillows are ok for take a rest after work, the minibar is very helpful and it was a short stay I can not said more than this, that is why I reserved always with Accor
