Excellent service. I stayed for 6 nights and staffs make me feel like home. Special thanks to Arrita (Room division manager), Siefan, Dida, Veronica and Indra from restaurant. Room condition is good too. Recommended this hotel to those who’s visiting Jakarta.

Not too many complaints about the hotel, The Staff and Hotel management is extremely courteous and will go out to any extent helping make your stay pleasant and worth while, only small change would be Vegetarian menu options, bit more Please. Manager Dandi supervises the breakfast and very friendly and looks after each customer very skillfully. Thanks a lot guys for the experience and looking forward to be back ono December 07th.

The checkin was smooth and quick. The staffs were friendly. The room was clean even though I made a last minute booking. My fav are the bed and pillows. It is very comfortable. The location of the hotel is really amazing. It is attached to a mall with many restaurants. Even though the price was little bit pricy, however I really did not mind to pay. You will get what you paid for:)

It was really lovely. There happened to be a cocktail night when we arrived and they had a great singer and good spread of food. We wanted to eat something more substantial so I ordered a ribeye steak but it wasn't very tasty. That was the only criticism. Other than that the breakfast was good, the staff are really friendly. Irma the manager was also very nice. Oh, they also misspelled my name, it's Faizal not Faiza.

« Wonderful stay »

We really enjoyed our stay. we stayed 3 years ago when you first opened. We did notice that the Pool area is looking a bit tired and needs revamping. Split timber decking around the pool edge is a safety issue and the cushions need revamping. In our room the I nside the shower the metal and shelf needed a bit more attention. WE stayed in room 1711. Apart from that it was a great stay and these are observations.

It was a good experience. Room was very clean, spacious with long sitting sofa. The lounge was organized. Only the tea coffee station was poorly monitored at the lobby. The beverages were just lukewarm instead of hot.

The room is clean. Hot water working well. The bed is comfy. The room temperature is bit hot for me (I like cool room). I support the environment for not change towel every day. But there's 2 times during my stay that the cleaning service forgot to throw the trash and to replace the mineral water. And they didn't tidy up the room (bed is okay, I nean mean the others). I hope the cleaning service could do more! But overall this is very recommended place to stay.

Overall, I had a satisfactory stay in the Hotel. - Service was great : Room Service, Lounge, Front Office - Love the room : both the size and interior I dont understand why Hotels dont usually have tissue box in the room area (its only available in the toilet) The soundproofing of the room could be improved. I could hear clearly other guests talking whenever they passed by my room. - Front Office, service in this department could be improved. During check-in, I had to wait for my key (maybe the Housekeeping was not finished yet with my room - I came at around 12pm) During check-out, I had to wait also. There are 2 counters opened at that time, one is dealing with a family of three and the other one with an older gentleman. - Love the lounge and pool area Thank you for the pleasant experience
