The room was very nice with a beautiful view, the bed is big and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is amazing it has so many choices it s hard to decide what to choose. The only thing wich i found a little bit strange was the fact that i had a connecting room...and after a few hours someone from the other room checked the handle of the door trying to open it...it was very weird and it made me feel not so good. In the future i think it's perfect if u avoid to allocate connecting room to women alone... :)

My stay was through QR and it was my first time in this hotel, I have experienced a lot of stays all over the world. However this one was different. The housekeeping staff when was requested to give water from the trolley, the housekeeping staff would give itwhole heartedly and ask me if my room was finer cleaning was required. Such simple words are rarely being said by people. At the bar and buffet me and my colleagues had joined in for breakfast and in the evening for some drinks, the staff are extremely hospitable,polite,kind and swift towards their customers needs. When I was quite new to the cuisine at the breakfast buffet,the server saw me wandering at the local cuisine and offered me help to take around the buffet and explain the local food and it was quite an tasteful experience too. At the bar, there was a server who was very caring and asked for light bites with every drink we had. He never kept me or my colleagues waiting for bites or drinks Overall experience was excellent. Far by the best staff I have ever come across Thank you, to all of them -Allwyn P.

I stayed here for quite a few times. The rooms are quiet comfortable, clean and cozy. Staff is very courteous, helpful and polite. You will be definitely welcomed with a greeting and smile. Finding local transport to any place is not an issue. There is a mall connecting to this hotel which is a plus. Overall a satisfactory experience.

I stayed there with Etihad. I had a massage in my room and it was terrible. I choose the Focus massage on my back that meant to release back pain. The therapist was not qualified or just had enough of her job. She did not provide a massage and I heard the same feedback from my collegues after the stay. Also she only did 50 minutes instead of the 1 hour. Upon check out i memtioned this to the man who. Checked us out on the crew checkout. He seemed like he doesn’t care what i say and he was very rude. I was paying the bill by cash and i put down 150000 on the table and as I talk to him about my spa experience i am also trying to fibnd the exact change in my purse. He rudly told me my bill is 171000 amd the money i put on the table isn’t enough. I got really upset on his comment when he saw me with my hand going through my bill in my purse. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Overall it was a good experience with room service and checking in/out however my massage was horrible. They girl didn’t even bring a towel with her and used my bathing towel so later when she left I didn’t have any clean bathing towel. She also refused to do a dry head massage for me. Telling me it’s not allowed to touch head and belly. Whereas my other crew members received a head massage. She didn’t look professional at all. Apart from my horrible massage experience it was good. Thank you for everything.
