« Incredible experience in one of the best Novotel »

This is the the first time I stayed at Novotel Tangerang, but I feel at home! Before I depart from home, there's a called from Ms livia to check when is my arrival time, she said will prepare the room and will makesure the room will be ready when I come. That's so toucheable. When me and my family came into the room, they were prepare a Heartwarmed welcome by installed some pictures of me & my family on the bed with the welcome cake that was pretty and nice. The room clean & comfortable, the swimmingpool was great. It's not too crowded when my daughter played inside. Convenient location and easy access to the mall, we went to the mall 3 times within 5 minutes bywalk from the room. Parking in Tangcity mall for Novotel guest was free. So far I was satisfied with Novotel team hospitality and service. It was a memorable experience. Thank you pak Windi (GM) & Pak Ginto (TCM).

Internet was a bit slow. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean and comfortable. If iron and iron board had been provided, it would have been better.

I fairly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Novotel Tangerang. The staff was really helpful and always made sure that we were comfortable during our 2-month long stay. We stayed there during our vocational training, for which we needed a proper place to study and we tried to use the meeting room at the executive lounge as long as it was available. When it wasn't available, there was no other place to study and the desk in the rooms are pretty insufficient. Another thing to criticize about the room is the smell coming from the a/c. It is awful. The housekeeping staff always leave the air conditioning on at 10 degrees and the strongest fan after they clean the room. Whenever I came back in the evening, it was not nice to come into such a cold and smelly room. Three times, we had problems with one of the concierge employees, who arranged our transportation from the hotel to our workplace at Bandara Mas. The drivers he arranged did not show up on time and made us wait 1:30hrs. In the end, we had to take a taxi. Overall, it was a nice stay. Many Special thanks to: DHEDY, Tery, Dida, Putu, Tri, Ellen, Isti, Dina, Dita, Maria, the chefs in the kitchen, the laundry staff

Almost all was ok But the toilet is really faulty First visit 45 days ago some pipes were not working well esp the toilet This time in the shower .. while taking the morning shower the whole area became flooded Took a while (almost 10 minutes) for the water to go away and then resume washing again The holder for the soap in the shower was rusty Carpets slightly stained (room 1703) Owise everything was ok Breakfast had very little choice for vegetarians ... which perhaps your hotel could do something about Saw a few other vegetarians going through the same predicament as well Pls do improve

I am not sure if I will stay here again. 1) The hot water never worked and I mentioned this to the front desk every day. 2) I work for an airline but the hotel would not even consider me for airline discount when I presented my airline credentials, 3) why does the hotel charge me for bringing a colleague for breakfast. Other hotels do not charge me.
