stay was good. the taxi arrangement to airport using golden bird was quiet scary. the driver took a local route to airport from hotel for early morning 1.30 am drop. when enquired, the driver said that the normal route was halted for 3 days. though i reached safely to airport, it was a scary trip for me.

I booked the rooms for my family for a family gathering event. We booked 2 rooms at the hotel. The room was very nice, clean, tidy and neat. The breakfast choices is diverse with many kind of dishes. The outdoor swimming pool is nice with green ambiance, it does not feel like you are in city center. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. We ordered in room dining and the meals were delicious. The hotel makes our family gathering a memorable one. We look forward for our next stay.

I like to enjoy coffee at breakfast time in this hotel, because there is an option to be taken away, so can accommodate me when I have to leave for work but need breakfast. Then maybe i can look forward to another menu (not just coffee) to provide a food container to take away, so that i can enjoy breakfast without having to stay at the restaurant

Strong smoking smell in the room. Even if I booked a room for day use from 7 am to 3 pm, the receptionist call me around noon to expedite check out since he said check-out time is 12 O'clock.

« Room should be checked before handing over to customer »

I arrived on 31 January 2018 and was given a room at the Level 17, It was late evening 6:30pm Upon entering the room, I can see pond of water due to leakage from air-con or some piping. The water can be seen as causing a pool and soaking the carpet. It is evident that the room was not checked for a long time, possibly several hours. Fortunately, the Front Office Manager, Mr. Hiru was responsive to my complain about the situation and he save the reputatio of Novotel Tangerang on this day.

Helpful staff, no need for me to asked they comes to give a hand, help me to took my grand ma wheelchair to pass the stairs, registered my free packing without asking the parking receipt from me, calling me at room for other thing they can do for me, clean, fresh room and easy access in town.. We stayed for our anniversary and we experienced a pleasant surprise when we walked in the room as the bed was romantically doctorates with swans (made from towels) and a tray of cake and card with kind wishes. Thank you for this thoughtful treatment. The hotel is also nice and convenient.
