Very good customer service, from frond desk to restaurant and also Bar by the pool. Your Serveur/Serveuse excellent train included the training serveuse. May be you should increase Room facility, there is no Hand towel, Face towel and wardrobe. The best services I got from Mercure Jakarta Kota, Jl. Hay Wuruk No.123 The Poorest Facility ( you really need do the renovation ) with their smile offer us the maximum they can do, and also the one who Propose Novotel Tangerang, because we need one night rest before flying back for Bali. Hopefully Our note can be useful for your ACCOR Hotel .

Always have a pleasant experience every time I stayed in Novotel Tangerang. All staff are very friendly, accommodating, and did their best to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. Room always clean, and sometimes staff took time to create some animal decorations from towels. Special thanks to Ms. Liani, Ms. Zahra, Mr. Dade. They all very helpful and gave extra attention to us, took effort to accommodate requests I made. They always remember our room preferences and apologize in advance if they couldn't fulfill the request as hotel was fully booked. I feel like coming back to my family when I stay in Novotel. Once again, thank you for all the genuine hospitality delivered to us, thank you to all staff ( I couldn't mention each person's name), but everyone are always nice and kind.

Overall, we are enjoying our stay at novotel Tangerang.. 1. the breakfast is great (variety and taste) , 2. gym and pool facility can accomodate our needs. 3. the view is beautiful. 4. Room is clean 5. Front liner very nice and polite Possible improvement : 1. to provide facility of closed shower at pool (for muslim women is not comfortable to shower outside) 2. We got connecting room, but we felt the room is not soundproof enough (we can hear sound of next door) Hopefully novotel can maintain the greatness and improve some other.. Thank you..

I appreciate for the baby cribs provided, the baby cribs bed was very convenience, my baby daughter was be able to sleep well. Regarding to Housekeeping / Operator, I just felt that they have no enough staff / resources to handle the guesses as sometimes I need to call few times before someone picked my call up or after finished the call, I can wait very long to receive the stuff I requested. Regarding to Concierge: We rented a baby carseat and to be sent to the hotel which was received by concierge. The bad experiences got: a. Before the baby carseat sent, I have told to either concierge/operator, “please notify me when you receive the baby carseat as I need to see that carseat and learn how to install in the car” b. On the day, I was waiting until late night and there were no message at all from hotel. I was a bit panic as I need carseat the following day as I will do trip to Kawarang with my baby. I called the rental company and they said that the carseat has been received by the concierge at about 3.30pm. “What??!?”, and I didn’t received any message from concierge. I tried to understand and still thought that they might be very busy in the afternoon and forgot to notify us. c. So, I called operator (0), and a lady picked my call up. i told her that the rental company has sent the car seat and has been received by concierge. She said she will check the concierge and let me know and she was good to offer to send the carseat to the room as well. But, I was waiting for 30 mins without any news :-( d. Then, I called the concierge directly and someone picked up and he confirmed that yes, they received the carseat and he said he will send it to my room. And again, i was waiting for 30 mins and nothing happened :-( e. I went down to Concierge and someone (not sure he was same guy who I called 30 mins ago). He checked in the store room and my car seat still inside. At least, i saw the carseat I needed for next day. Fiuhhh. And he helped me to send to my room and went up to my room together. That was my “not too good” experiences during my stay. We have no problem with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Thank you

There's ants found in the room. And almost have a slip while having breakfast as the floor at sausage section has oil stain.
