« Good experience but it can be better. »

Hot tub not clean, unable to use it! Heating control not working properly. Over heated. Need more effort to improve room cleaning especially the drawers. Staff were very nice & helpful which is the most impressive part!

« Room condition is lack of maintenance. »

The sliding doors are broken and we booked four rooms, but 2 of them have issues with air condition units when we entered the room. The bath tub is old and not well cleaned in 1216. The staff in Canteen are helpful. Some hard working people, but the room condition and cleaning needs a lot of improvement.

First time in Accor. Very positive exp. Enjoyed free upgrade and nice services. Definitely will come back. Only thing to point out is details. If details like villa cleanness can be improved, then the exp will be a 10 instead of 9. But still, very nice already. Ps, like to see your GM mingle more with Chinese clients.

Bed was unusually soft and gave me a back ache. And it creaks. Getting the lights I want switched on was a nightly struggle. Switch design is bad. Nice to have a humidifier in the room, but it'll be even better if it's a bigger volume. The cords were tied up dead so I couldn't move it much.

Perfection. Only minor glitch of not switching on the heater during the first night when Lijiang was mega cold n snowing in the mountain. Lol. Spa is grand but slightly not well maintained perhaps due to the off peak season.

« A paradise with excellent service! »

We stayed in this heavenly resort with our utmost satisfaction. Undoubtedly it located at a wonderful location that we could see the beautiful snow mountain and environment inside our room. Also it is near to the old town that we could stroll around easily. What the most important is their excellent service with heart, we always feel that we stayed with our best friends that we totally enjoyed much to stay in Lijiang. In particular, Su, Lena, Bess, Johnny, Esmei and Archie. I can say that it is Shangrila in Lijiang and definitely we will come back and stay in Pullman Lijiang Paradise again!

We stayed 2 nights, and enjoyed an afternoon tea, 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners here. We also took advantage of the happy hour spa discount in the afternoon. All the staff who served us were attentive, friendly and helpful. They’d pop by now and then to check if we’re enjoying our food and the facilities.

We had a great time at the Pullman Lijiang Resort and Spa. Started with an excellent Spa experience the day we arrived, the excellent food we had at the restaurant, and the lovely and comfortable room we had. The grounds were beautifully maintained and it was lovely to walk within the compounds of the resort. And we got to see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, albeit from afar. All these were complemented by excellent and attentive staff. They are the gems of this resort. We were so well taken care of and we felt so pampered. We always feel so well rested and tranquil in the resort - the place for people with hurried lives. We love Pullman Lijiang!

« Perfect place to be when in Lijiang »

Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Before we even checked in, our correspondence with the Concerige Supervisor, Super Li was very helpful and responsive. We have to give him special mention as he was a constant source of help and good resource throughout our stay there. We felt that he and his concierge team went out of his and their way to arrange various bookings for us and to perfect our itinerary to visit other attractions in Lijiang. After check in, there was the wonderful welcome manager Way Zhao who was very kind, polite and helpful as well. He also made certain arrangements for our stay to be as perfect as possible and if not for these two main people, I think the experience would have been very different. We would also like to give another special mention to Daisy at the bar who took very good care of us. The rooms in Pullman were beautifully and exquisitely decorated, the rooms were very comfortable and it made us sad to leave and eager to come back. The environment and the resort vibe was very nice and was exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing holiday. Comparable with other brands building on the resort theme, our stay exceeded our expectations and we look forward to be back.
