The hotel staff is extremely professional and polite. There are also great accommodation and services provided for travelers. The rooms are extremely clean. I feel extremely safe and comfortable at this hotel. If the city I am traveling to has an Ibis you bet I will be staying there.

The location is central therefore there are night clubs nearby and can be noisy at night. The room was clean but a little run down. In our room 569 the tile floor was coming off.

« All I expected, but limited evening hours »

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. No-nonsense rooms. Ample variety for the breakfast buffet. Elevators one required the use of electronic key, the other one didn’t. Made it difficult to ride them. We arrived after 11 PM and had very few choices for food & drink. The arrival time is the airline’s, not mine.

Terrible!!!! No accessibility to purchasing at the bar and taking a beverage to your room. The staff had to go ask if they had approval to sell certain beers , it took them a while to get approval. They have no shampoo or soap bars in the rooms. All soap is dispensed in the shower and is very cheap !! The staff had to ask for approval to allow a business colleague and I if we could sit in the cafeteria dining room during changing breakfast and lunch hours. It felt like a prison!!
