Terrible!!!! No accessibility to purchasing at the bar and taking a beverage to your room. The staff had to go ask if they had approval to sell certain beers , it took them a while to get approval. They have no shampoo or soap bars in the rooms. All soap is dispensed in the shower and is very cheap !! The staff had to ask for approval to allow a business colleague and I if we could sit in the cafeteria dining room during changing breakfast and lunch hours. It felt like a prison!!

First I had to pay 3 times more what usually the rate is because everywhere was all booked. There was a mining expo and I understand offer and demand but it was already too pricey for the room we got. The rooms are very small and with very few amenities. The sink in the bathroom was dirty you could see water droplets all over it. Staff was nice and professional but still mocking about the prices at the moment.

I felt safe, secure and very comfortable at this hotel. Rooms are small but very clean and comfy. Climate control very comfortable and breakfast buffet was very good. Cable signal was a little weak but will definitely stay here again.

the beds are child-size. If you measure more than 1.80m, your feet get out and the width is ridiculous. Under the sheets have a kind of mat similar to the gymnastics laminated really uncomfortable. The separation of the beds is approximately 20 cm, so one of the people has to jump to get to the bed. The room is really small. I could understand it a little bit if it be in a really crowded and expensive city , but this is in Sonora, a cheap, big and desolated place. Finally the bathroom is small, the door have a 2 inch space in the base so if someone needs to useit the other should go out to make it less uncomfortable .
