« great place that is close to all we needed »

Hotel is close to many of the things we needed to see and do in Hermosillo. Fast way to get back to Guaymas were we live. Breakfast is extra but if you order on line it is like 100 pesos, and instead of trying to find something around there is a good choice I had an omelet my wife chose the chiliquiles. both were good. We would use them again. There is only 16 IBIS hotels in Mexico, mostly in the north, they are nice since they are all the same as far as room size and amenities. We always look for one when we are traveling

Everything was great. I just think you should have newer bath towels and consider having hand towels for customers that request them. Also, mattress is comfortable, but it gets hot during the night because the pillowtop has plastic. Hopefully you Consider removing it or replacing it with one that doesn’t have plastic.

In general, my experience at Ibis Hermosillo, was satisfactory. Particularly, the friendly and helpful attention of a young man at the reception desk, when I arrive at early evening to check in. He was the better one all the time. A suggestion. Probably if the restaurant try to vary the main dish everyday, for their buffet breakfast, would be more enjoyable for people who stay at the hotel several days. At present, the menu is the same everyday.
